Enjoyed our experience very much. We got to drive however many cars we wanted until we found the one we wanted. Steven was amazing. He answered all our questions. Talked us through everything. Loved the environment. Will be back for another car!!!!

I worked with Derrick and he made the buying experience of buying a nice truck, easy and fast. He works at the Southeast Nashville location and I would recommend coming down to see what he has to offer. This is my second vehicle. Both of the vehicles bought were top notch

All I m going to say is if you don t want a co-signer on your vehicle this is the place to come. They work with little and no credit. Derrick got me in a vehicle hassle free. Clean titles. Clean cars. Better than most dealerships I ve been to. They did not lie and go up on price. They have great insurance features. I recommend anyone who is looking for a car. And they don t run off comm. so that lets you know their prices are set prices. Beyond happy.

Went to DriveTime to look at a few vehicles and was nervous. I thought I was going to be in there all freaking day but I wasn t. The online process was easy and when I got to the dealership Jonathan Martin was there to greet me and help me get into the vehicle that I had mind set on he was very patient with me throughout the entire process and answered every question that I had and he was very professional and knowledgeable about each and every vehicle. Thanks Johnathan Martin for all of your help on today.

Had an appointment to test drive a car there at 1:30pm. Was greeted by the general manager and waited for about 20 minutes to learn the car had a dead battery which is not a major crime. He then proceeded to help another customer for 30 minutes while expecting my wife and I to wait. Eventually left without any contact or driving the car. If you can't handle an appointment just say so, don't waste your customer's time.

From the start to finish is was everything I expected, no change from the online approval process. My price was the same price. The process was very quick and easy and the staff were super helpful and very friendly. They made sure everything was in working order and answered all my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend and use for my next purchase

We'd love to be able to give 10 stars on here, but since we can only do 5, here are the rest ! Both times we visited, Steven helped us. The second time around, he welcomed us like an old friend and took his time in making sure we had all the info we needed. The cars are great and sell themselves, but it doesn't hurt to have a good experience with a non-pushy salesman that has a great sense of humor. Fully recommend DriveTime to anyone looking for a great quality and reasonably priced vehicle. Thanks again!

I went with my adult son to purchase his first financed car at a dealership. It was a very pleaseent experience! Gus made everything so much easier than other dealerships. No games or manipulating numbers and finance. Pretty straight afford salesman! Highly recommend the dealership and the salesman! Ask for Gus!

If you are looking for something reliable or durable. Then avoid drive time at all costs. I have been living in car buyers Hell for the past year due to multiple failed attempts at trying to get DriveTime to fix their wrongs. My vehicle may look pretty on the outside, or at least from what you can see. Although truthfully, there s nothing beautiful about it. The whole undercarriage of the vehicle is completely rusted out. To the point that it is like pulling teeth to find a mechanic to touch it, or let alone, put it on one of their racks. You know it s something when Jeep says the vehicle should have been auctioned for parts. You know what DriveTimes response to them Jeep, and the previous mechanics, Precision Auto Tune, Precision Auto Care, AutoZone and multiple Firestones was? Repairs Denied or She reported this last year and we denied repairs. They offered to cover the work to put on a bracket. Every time leaving me with a bill of over $1000 worth of work. In today s economy do you think that s really something affordable, when I m already paying them over $500 a month. Especially for a vehicle with damages that I did not cause. The vehicle isn t down from user wear and tear. The vehicle is falling apart from the undercarriage. So, now I m coming to the Internet for a bigger platform. Until they make this right. I was told if I mentioned anything legal all calls must stop. No longer will they silence me. Or try and force a repossession on me. I haven t been able to drive my vehicle over 3 miles without it quitting on me. I have toddlers, that have been in this vehicle when it stopped. Would you put your family in this?

Gus was an excellent customer experience guide!! Very impressive knowledge of each vehicle I test drove and was patient in explaining all details asked. Very through in explaining my paperwork and the whole experience was pleasant. I never felt pressured or rushed.

I had an excellent experience at Drivetime. Pre-qualified online, got requested documents while there, pick out a vehicle. 2 hours TOPS! Picked up the next day;1 hour. Mike (Gus) was great and treated me extra special! No complaints. 5 stars across the board.

Initially, The salesman Pierre helped me out a lot. I Was in and out under 2 hours. He explained everything thoroughly and answered each and every question I had no matter how many questions there were lol. I definitely recommend Drive Time in Antioch. Location has way more of a variety of cars than the Madison location. If you re looking for a car, come into DriveTime in Antioch and ask for Pierre.Update.. I haven t had the car a full week and my transmission has went out in the car. I basically got sold a lemon. Now I m carless. Yes the car has a warranty and it can be fixed but its the simple fact that I shouldn t have to go through all this, (getting the car towed from precision auto, to the jeep dealership, having to put down $300 for a rental through enterprise, and having to find a ride to and from work for the time being till I can get to the rental car place). I feel as if DriveTime should ve loaned me one of their cars momentarily so I wouldn t have to come out of pocket for anything. Never the less, this has been a traumatic, upsetting, & disappointing experience. NEVER EVER will I again get a car from any DriveTime!
