These fella's went above and beyond fixing my problem I n the parking lot after the tow truck dropped me while I waited. Great Service manager who takes pride in his Job and Company's reputation. He could have made me wait until Monday morning to look at it. But came out himself and sent a tech outside to repair me. Thanks Folks, I made my deliveries on time and I highly recommend this shop.

Went in to ask for a out of frame rebuild estimate. Kelley said he couldn't give me an estimate without tearing it down first. Drove down to peterbilt in smryna Tennessee maybe 8 miles,got an estimate there.I live in lavergne tn, 8 or 10 miles from clarke power. I have visited these people a number of times for parts..never had good service. I will be from a different Detroit dealer from now on...Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Went in to parts Dept and bought 6 pack of injectors. Asked guy behind the counter if I could talk to a tech as it had been a few years since I had replaced a set of 60 series injectors. Just happened to be a tech around the corner who overhead me asking so he came to the parts counter and explained in great detail what I needed to know. Also helped us get some more parts to make the job a success. Seth was the parts guy and I can't remember the technician's name but they were very helpful. Would recommend these folks to anyone!

Ripoffs and liars! Took my M2 Freightliner in with a blown head gasket, they told me the engine was ruined and needed to be replaced, gave me an estimate of close to 30K! I towed it home, had everything checked, and turns out the engine was not hurt! They also cut wires,and a plug off instead of disconnecting them. Put the engine back together myself, and it runs great! Stay as far away from this place as you can!!!! Charged me $1600 to tear my engine apart, when they could've fixed it for less! Wish I could give them less than one star!

Mark shows up one hrs after i call..... very good customer service and he was done in less then 1 hr. ...... reasonable price .. i did't have to tow my truck ...... I recommend this company.

Charged me $829 for filter replacement ($21 value) it took them 2days about 5 hours to diagnose what problem is with the transmission. After all the hassle I still diagnosed the truck myself and told them the problem.

Got to my rig within 45mins. Didn t overcharge for the repair. Cleaned up the area they worked on afterwards.

If you need your Detroit or Cummins diesel engine or Allison transmission repaired, then you should check it out. Good people. Reasonable rates.
