my son put in a very nice car stereo system recommended by the guys at cartronix in Antioch. It was a great father son moment for me and he is thrilled with the sound quality. These guys do great work and they're never trying to upsell. They worked squarely within our budget and even after a month we're willing to remove the speakersAnd put in different ones if he wanted. I was particularly impressed by the fact that they didn't try and sell us a warranty. They added a warranty to the final cost but when I asked them they said . "Oh we can take it off." And they did with no questions. In fact, Connor actually reminded us after we close the deal and went back in and refunded it because we had forgotten about it. Amazing.That was a fresh experience compared to what I experience at the 'geeks'. lol. They made it such an enjoyable experience for us and system sounds mine numbingly phenomenal. I highly recommend cartronix in the Old Hickory area of Antioch. They're the best and we will go back

Cartronics has done audio systems in my truck and my boat. Great group of guys and very professional installs. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I would highly recommend using them!

For the last 4 weeks, Cartronics of Hickory Hollow was the newest honorary member of my family. I went in for a quote for some work needed for one of my cars after visiting a competitor who never responded. I was not aware that this location existed but happy that I was referred to check them out. While writing this I can say I have no regrets. The team was very patient with me as I asked questions about the work I needed done, complexities as well as project completion timelines. Connor worked with me specifically with the quote and followed up when he stated he would and Cartronics got my business. After completing the 1st install and seeing how professional the finish product looked, I was sold and pretty much decided to have them work on my small fleet of vehicles. Thanks Connor , Cartronics and team for your patience and thank you for taking care of my cartronic needs!

Cartronics at the Hickory Hollow location did a fantastic job of installing an Escort Redline Ci 360c radar detector. They were more than competitively priced, did a beautiful really custom install, and were a pleasure to deal with. Nick, in particular, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful and I can t recommend them more highly.

Have done business with these guys twice now. Once to replace a blown speaker and more recently to install a remote starter for my F-150. Met or exceeded my expectations both times.

Excellent customer service. They listen and offer advice to help you get what you want. And they stand behind their work. Hard to find this high level of customer support in other businesses unfortunately. I d highly recommend this location without reservation.

Went to Rivergate store on a Saturday. I understood it was first come first serve. I was getting a couple of remotes installed. I was told it would take 2 hours to install. Got there before they opened, 4th person in line. I waited 4 hours and my vehicle didn't move. Called another audio place while waiting. They made an appointment for me on a Saturday. They did everything Cartronics was gonna do and did it much cheaper. Installation was great. My advice, shop around around first. And get an appointment.

5 stars. Terry at the Hickory Hollow store is one of the best in the nation. The entire staff is also top notch. They ve done two of my trucks and just did my boat. I ll be back.

What a great super easy experience! We had a dash cam that we pulled out of our older car, and Cartronics responded so quickly and via text which was super nice! They hard wired the dash cam in our 2022 BMW X3 and it works perfectly. They are clearly good at what they do as you wouldn't be able to tell this wasn't factory installed.

I called the day before asking questions about the remote start and features along with any specials going on and was given the info I needed and asked for. I called the next morning with additional questions and Kendall helped me with everything and was able to give me a same day appointment for installation. Also he was so accommodating to get me home while they worked on my car. When I picked up my car he went over all the special features and made me feel great about my purchase. I recommend this location in Antioch to Anyone that wants to get the job done efficiently and effectively! Thank you so much! I love my smart phone remote start!!!!

Great, friendly, and fast service. Drove an hour just to bring my vehicle to this place, and it was well worth it. There is no comparison to any other shop I have dealt with for their knowledge and professional skills are well about any other place.Went in because the vehicle I bought was having trouble with the radio. Called and talked with Tyler and he was able to answer my questions and assist me in finding what was wrong with my radio. Brought my vehicle in and as I was told over the phone, it was a simple and easy fix. Was in and out in no time. Very friendly and helpful in getting my radio in the vehicle working. When I upgrade my audio system, I'm definitely going back here. They are worth every bit of time and prices are great.

I had such a great experience with this location . The professionalism was AMAZING!!!!!!! Not showing favoritism but the employee Tyler , is most definitely one Of the best in the Company in my opinion . He was very patient with me when choosing the speakers I need it for my truck . Was searching on mine to make sure that I would appreciate the look and the quality by viewing the reviews and so on.. professional professional professional , and even though I had to special order the speakers I chose , he stayed in contact with me every day until my speakers arrived . It s too bad I can only give five stars because my overall experience was at least a 10 ..... I don t care what they say about the area hickory hollow , my experience overall was excellent and not once did I not feel comfortable in the neighborhood ...

I took my 89 S10 in to see if they would install a stereo purchased elsewhere and was not disappointed. Jerry was extremely helpful and informative, and I decided to purchase speakers also since mine were originals. I made an appointment, dropped my truck off and about three hours later I was notified it was ready. Looks great, sounds great...awesome job! Thanks Cartronics!!

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Cartronics. Rick and Tyler really went above and beyond to help me with a radio instillation. They were very professional and even took the time to make sure I knew how to use the new features before I left. I had a great experience and I highly recommend this business. I can't wait to go back for further upgrades to my vehicle!

Extremely very professional business, staff absolutely cares about their customers. I was quoted a price for stereo install and cameras and they came back and stated; WE SAVED YOU OVER $200. What business world do that! The work was great and everything works just like I requested.Thank you

Riding the motorcycle to Nashville I lost all sound from my brand new speakers that were installed at a store in Memphis. The next morning I called the store and spoke with Tyler. I explained to him that I had 5 guys and bikes waiting on me to leave and if he could get me in for a last minute fix. He said he was busy but would try his best. When I got there he quickly figured out the new speakers were blown and that it was a pretty easy fix. Soooo out of the graciousness of his heart he pulled the bike around and installed a new set of speakers right then. They were very busy but he knew I needed to get back to the guys so we could head out to Georgia. In and out in about an hour which was amazing. And on top of that he knew they were under warranty so he swapped them out, took care of warranty stuff and only charged me for labor. As a business owner myself, THIS is the kind of guy I want working for me. A real problem solver and truly listens to the customer. Thanks a ton Tyler! You save me from the wrath of several guys and the trip and tunes were amazing. Lee Bowling

I highly recommend! Go talk to Rick he knows what he's talking about and he'll take good care of you and make sure the job is done right. When I first got my system the amp had an issue. Rick told me to bring it in and they'll take care of it. They replaced the amp and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I'm just glad I purchased it from them and had them install it. I truly appreciate all their hard work and they know I'll be back soon. I did all the research prior to going to see them and not to name names the other audio stores close by (you know who they are) either tried to rip me off, or didn't spend the time or even act like they cared. As long as Rick is still there I won't go anywhere else for my car audio needs. Thanks guys it sounds great!

Jerry was so friendly and helpful. I appreciate the time he took to find me the best deal and to help me fully understand how to operate my new remote start device. I had work done to my vehicle several times and each time I received a outstanding support from the guys at Hickory Hollow. They are very experience in the products they sell and completely thorough in the excellent work they perform. I experience a friendly atmosphere there and they shows a high degree of respect to everyone that comes there to shop. I appreciate that very much. I will always go back when I need a item added to my vehicle.

I have been to Cartronics twice now to install radios in my cars. Both times this business has been incredibly polite, fair in price, and delivered quality work.This last time in particular, employee Rick was awesome! He was very kind and honest about the service provided, which is so important because I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. He made time to explain to me how everything works and why I was paying the price I was - even while the store was pretty busy.The instillation of my stereo was pretty quick (especially with me not having an appointment) and looks & sounds incredible! I didn't think I could love my car more.I appreciate so much that I feel like a valued customer. My husband and I definitely plan to do more business with Cartronics in the future!Thank you Rick & Cartronics staff!
