My daughter caught a flat on 24 after church with my grand-daughter with her, glad she was safe. I googled the nearest towing company near us and BenTow was the closest. He was great, came within 20minutes and texted me a picture of our vehicle where he dropped it off at. Great customer service

The owner of this company told me a time and kept his word on the follow through. My car got to its destination safe, and the price was very reasonable. I recommend Ben and Tow services to everyone!!!!

Mr.Ben is awesome! He has towed my vehicle twice on separate occasions. Contacting him is easy, no hassles at all whatsoever. Arrival time is the fastest I've ever experienced. He updates you if something concerning your service changes, which is very considerate. During my actual tow service, Mr.Ben was caring and careful with my vehicle, not a rough or rushed feeling. Questions were asked to assess the situation about what happened. From arrival to departure took us no longer than 10 minutes. Super quick! Ben was amazing! Outstanding service Ben is the owner and really cares about his customers. He was so patient and kind to me as he had to wait an extended time for an escort into a secured parking area. He was very knowledgeable and considerate he told me what he thought was wrong with my Jeep and was right on. He answers phone quickly and he got there within 10 min of my call! Also, if you have roadside assistance with your insurance company you can call him and just submit to your receipt to the insurance company after for reimbursement no need to call them first and wait 2-3 hrs just call Ben!!!Services: Battery service, Car towing

My car spontaneously stopped while on my way to work and Ben Tow was fast and responsive when I called! He let me know how long my wait would be and then, let me know when he was 20 minutes away. This guy was great! He was the quickest option I could find to tow me and, to top it off, was one of the cheapest. My insurance was sending someone out and quoted me 2.5 hrs of wait time I called Ben and he was there in 30 minutes! Furthermore, when he showed up to find that another vehicle was parked next to me with a flat (coincidence?!), he gave her a free consultation and took a look at her tire.
