Regarding Service Department / Eddie Zamora.I bought a used Jeep Renegade from West Chevrolet and there was a sound coming from the front. Took car in to service department. Eddie got my car in quickly for repair. His crew found that a strut was broken, he got parts ordered and installed. Due to ordering parts had to leave car overnight. Eddie got me a ride home even though I live about 20 miles away. I will continue to go to West Chevrolet to buy a car in future and for repairs. I highly recommend working with Eddie and his crew. Thank you again.

I was very patient cause they were working hard for me giving an estimate on the 2014 red Chevrolet pickup truck they did a great job I was satisfied with the paperwork I'm waiting on State Farm and deal in whitedot Michigan Greg hunt begin Greg hunt they give the OK on the 3 different claims no I don't know I think they're stupid we've set some paperwork doing both

We had an AMAZING experience..our salesman was Jason Biggs. He had all the right answers and the rest of the team got us into a 2023 Chevrolet Equinox. Just a great place !!

Now that's how a service center is supposed to be!! Pull in to a covered area, service pro takes your name and does the rest while you wait in the comfortable waiting area or walk the lot looking for your next purchase. Also while they were doing the service, they hooked me up with a spare key and fob, programed and ready to go. These guys and gals are awesome!!! From sales to service, management to mechanics, and everyone behind the scenes( Ms. Partin) , you all are why WEST IS THE BEST!! Thank you very much.David Hartter" Don't you buy no ugly truck"

Repaired windshield wiper spray under warranty. Repair was made in 45 minutes. Friendly and courteous staff.
