Over all a good place but the used tires are getting way over priced. For what they want for a good used set I can buy brand new for the same price. I've told them this, doesn't seem to care.

Good people every time, I ve had experiences at other places close by that have been shady at best, I will always recommend this place before anywhere else, usually pretty quick and prices are also more affordable.

Went in needing a tire plugged at one store they said no. But here he looked at it and said he could do it. Took about 15 minutes and I was on my way. Great service, clean, and reasonable pricing. Ill be going there for more tire work. Very Happy with them.

Really nice people. Prices are reasonable and they are quick. They have used tires too, so if you have an older car that you don't want 1K in new tires, they will help you out.

Friends and I went camping Memorial Day weekend, and came back to find our vehicle had a flat tire. Given that our trip home was planned on Memorial Day itself, we were resigned to that fact that we were probably going to have to get a hotel room and drive back on Tuesday. We decided that our donut could get us to Knoxville, but we held out hope and were calling every tire shop along the way. The only one that answered was UTTC, who got us in at 5:30PM on Memorial Day and patched our tire. Completely recommend!

Needed a new set of wheels and tires mounted and balanced. Universal Tires quoted the best price and got them all mounted up on the spot and quick! Definitely earned the 5 stars. I'll be back for sure. Thanks!

Be careful of this place. I had went here a while ago since my AC didn t blow cool air. They said I had a leak and needed my water pump replaced, among other things. After my appointment was cancelled, I decided to go to a different shop. The other shop tested my water pump three times for any leaks and found none at all. Found out a sensor simply needed to be replaced. Thank goodness this place cancelled my appointment or I would have had to pay 600 or more dollars!

If you are looking for a good used tire go see them the staff is really nice and they will do you right and the price is reasonable every used tire I have got from them looked almost brand new would recommend anyone looking for a good used tire at a good price to go to them they are the only ones I buy used tires from cause they do me right.

I went to Ted's super station today to get a used tire and was given rude service instead. So, I went to universal tire and got awesome service and a great used tire for 45 buck and was only there for a few minutes! Thanks Universal Tire I'll be back!!

They was fast on changing my oil and changing out 3 tires, 2 in which my wires were showing badly, decent price on everything total and the lady at the front desk was very friendly!!

I had a nail in my tire and pulled in and was greeted immediately. The young man was able to get my tire plugged and me back on the road in about 20 min or so. Excellent service and work, thanks for being there for me when i needed help. Will return if needed.

In emergency i had to have alternator put on. After leaving, the engine didn't run correctly becuase the hoses were not put back on after they worked on it. Then i got home and none of the skirting underneath was put back. 2 yrs later, found belt tensioner not put on correctly so alternator had to be replaced again. There NOT mechanics. If you need tires you might take a chance on but remember your love ones are in this vehicle. Photos on web are not anything you see there.There's a reason the only good review rating is cheap****. Notice the other review ratings*Plenty of places near by to go too. When you drive up....just look. Drive away!!

Excellent customer service. They do used tires (some of which are just as good as new ones), oil changes, tune-ups, and brakes. They did the brakes on my Ford Windstar today and I can't be more pleased with both the price and service. Give these guys a try....you'll be glad you did.

Excellent service, explained what needed to be done, provided me with the service I needed (rather than overselling), and they were able to get me in right away. The bonus is they offer a military discount (TY!) I ll definitely return for other services and recommend them to others.

Not happy with my tire service or handling of my wheels ... definite wheel scrape and drop damage . im not interested in returning here for my service or even to have what was wrong fixed . Manager was great and helpful. Already had other shop rebalance wheels 3 days later from vibration .
