I took my Porsche Boxster to Downtown Autobody to have the bumper and tail light repaired. The right side of my bumper was heavily scratched with white paint and my tail light was cracked around the edges as the result of a car side swiping my parked vehicle. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was already finished by Wednesday evening! Communication was excellent, they were super kind and accommodating, and the body work was beautiful. They were also kind enough to wash my car and vacuum it out, leaving my car in pristine condition upon pick up. I would highly recommend Downtown Autobody for any work needed!

This is the third time that I have taken my car here, upon recommendation from a family member, and I don't have a reason to not come back. This last visit I had a pretty good dent in the car, and when I picked it up you would have never known it was there! They do a great job, are friendly and offer timely estimates. If they aren't able to offer an estimate on the spot, they will email you ASAP. I would come here again and again :)

We recently took our car to be repaired at Downtown Auto Body. Its our sons college car. It wasn't a big job but Downtown Auto Body took care of us. They were so professional, considerate and went beyond what we expected. They even washed his car, which had been sitting under pine trees most of the summer. Downtown did an AMAZING job on my vehicle. It always sucks when someone hits you and has no insurance. Dave took care of everything with my insurance company and stayed in communication with me through the whole process. My car looks brand new and you never know it had damage to it. Parts are even OEM and not aftermarket. It was done quick too. I highly recommend Downtown for your body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Downtown Autobody is where you need to go! Years ago, they fixed the front side of my vehicle when my husband backed into my car. Just recently, I had a paint scratch on the side of my car and once again, they did an amazing job. Their service is great, they work hard, and everything is done right. These guys are incredible and by far the friendliest out of all the places I went to get an estimate. They wanted less than half of what I was quoted at Stinnett's. Extremely helpful and very responsive. Dave and his team were awesome and they communicated well with my insurance agency even when the insurance agency was the ones who were unresponsive. Downtown Auto does excellent work looks like your vehicle come off the showroom floor takes good care of you. If you have any damage or need anybody work to your vehicle take it to Dave. If you need a rental car they can help you out with that also for good prices. Thank you so much Dave and you do excellent work man.

My van had MASSIVE damage and required numerous calls, emails and video chats with the insurance company. My van was in their shop for 36 days (but who was counting?!) due to insurance delays and parts being unavailable from the manufacturer. Mike and Dave stayed in contact with me the ENTIRE time, even allowing me to stop by regularly and see the progress being made on the repairs as parts came in. They sent me photos as things progressed as well. They went above and beyond to make sure every single things was done right which required them to go back and forth with the insurance company many times when insurance tried to go for lesser quality or used parts. They also arranged my rental car and worked with Pro Rental Car on my rental coverage when the days allowed by my policy had all been used. I hope that I never need these kind of repairs again but I would definitely go to Downtown every time for their professionalism, transparency, kindness and efficiency. My van looks FANTASTIC, just like the day it came off the showroom floor. THANK YOU MIKE AND DAVE (and the paint guy I don't know the name of!!!)
