Kevin and his team of professionals are the epitome of how a customer service oriented business should be ran. I just purchased my third set of tires from them within a six month period and every minute of all three experiences were great. Their communication skills, interpersonal skills, quality of work and timeliness of work cannot be surpassed by other companies of the same genre. Having lived in the west for 24 years, I was used to the excellent service provided by Les Schwab and was concerned I d not find equivalent service when moving back to the south. I was wrong!

My kiddo was sick today, literally puking in the parking lot, and they did a great job getting me in quickly and efficiently. We've been using this location for 4 years and have always received great service. Today was no different! I highly recommend them....but make an appointment! If you have to wait there are stores and food near by.

Outstanding customer service! Friendly and professional staff. The whole transaction from purchase to install took about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend. I have been purchasing tires from America s Tire/Discount Tire since 2014 there s no reason to go anywhere else. The follow up with rotation and (if needed) repairs has always been very dependable.

Called last minute before a possible snow storm and spoke with Mike, he was able to get my car in and out in under 45 minutes so I could make it to work in time. Everyone was so polite and professional, and obviously quick. Even told me about my lug nuts being over torqued by the last person to handle my wheels. 20/10 service, they have a happy customer for life now.

My goodness I walked in at 8:01 and got four brand new tires for my wife s Honda civic. They had great Michelin tires in stock and I walked out at 8:17!! Took them less that 15 minutes to do all four tires. Made my day with how great and FAST the service was. Thank you. WillBe back.

Purchased 4 tires for our RV. They were not able to fill the tires to the recommended pressure and also damaged our siding attempting to remove the wheels. Then denied that they damaged our RV stating that there is no video of them causing the damage.

The only place to buy tires! Super customer service.Update 10/13/23: I ordered new wheels for my 2023 Jeep. Caleb was super helpful and patient as I looked at ALL my options. The wheels arrived in the timeframe quoted. My new wheels were installed in 45 minutes. They even helped me load up my old wheels! Highly recommend.

I had an appointment for 2/7 to have new tires installed. Well I took my car to get in an alignment and afterwards I stop by discount tire to see if they can put my tires on today. Not only did they put them on today 2 days early but they did it all within an hour. These guys are great. I just love this company.

I have been less pressured to buy time shares than tires.This used to be a great place to buy tires. They are still quick and do good work but it s turned into a high pressure sales pitch for everything. There are plenty of other places to buy tires. I feel like I m unsure if the tires they are selling me are the ones I need or the ones they get a bonus for selling this month.

I had great service this time around! Brandon called and checked up on me and it just so happened that I needed new tires. I always buy Dunlop but was unable to purchase my tires "anywhere" I hope they are just pulling the tires for a short time to come up with a better product. I ended up with Goodyear Assurance Weather ready. So far no complaints. 5 stars for the noise level (there is none). 5 stars for driving in the rain. 4 stars for cornering at higher speeds. Dunlop takes the cake on the cornering. I can't rate sleet or snow yet because it's still hot out.Ben helped me when I stopped in. He was very knowledgeable, answered my questions, helped me look up some new rims for a future purchase and had a great attitude. I set up an appointment and they finished under an hour. The only thing I recommend doing is to make sure your tires are in the back if you want to take them with you. I wanted my 2 front tires and none of them were in my car. Yeah, I could have went back in but decided to let it go. All around good service.

This crew gets it done quickly and actually cares for their customers. I ordered tires on their website, but the supplier (Yokohama) was having issues with shipping. They matched the price for tires that was readily available and had me ready way before I expected. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Ordered some wheels and tires for my outback wilderness,made the appointment and showed up a bit early. Everyone was very helpful and got me in fast. Not only was I in and out but they went above and beyond by bagging my old wheels and tires to load them in the back of my Subaru without messing up the interior. Absolutely can't say enough positive about everyone there. Will definitely be back.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing tires. Had a blowout on Alcoa Highway (see pics) and was able to change to my spare to get here. These guys immediately found the tires I needed and had everything done in about 30 minutes...2 new tires, replace old spare, remount spare under truck. I promise I will not buy tires anywhere else after yesterday. Thank you guys for getting after it! Well done!

Guys are excellent. Work seems excellent. Guys called me to come in early since my tires came in early! Went in and was out with new tires and wipers in under an hour. They let me know my stud is not great and could snap, great thank you, stud bought and replaced! Wish they did wheel alignment so I didn't have to go down the road for that. A++ overall.

I would give this store 10 stars if I could!!! I was treated with complete respect and concern today!! I have been a customer of Discount Tire for years and always been treated good but today the service was exceptional!!! If you are in need of tire I highly recommend this store!!!

Got a nail in the side of our back passenger tire. Since we had coverage because we purchased our tires from here it cost about $32 to replace it. Got in right away. It was about a 20 minute wait.

This place is usually my favorite and I ve been going to them for years because they ve always taken care of me in the past. Not this time. Spoke with Jon on the phone and I bought tires 4 months ago - 4 lug nuts fell off on the highway and it ruined my wheel. I went in to the nearest Discount Tire and they told me I had to go somewhere else to get everything replaced and they couldn t do anything even though they didn t apparently tighten the mug nuts enough which is so unfortunate. Supposed to come in every 6,000 miles but they only help you within 1,000 miles of installing your tires. They are usually so fast and efficient so I m really sad to have to go somewhere else now. Didn t take responsibility and cost me a bunch of time and money with an unresponsive team :(

We're looking to get new tires on our Honda Pilot. We live in Maryville and we're suggested to go to Discount Tire. I came here and got 4 new tires and the sales rep Ben was extremely helpful and the manager Michael went above and beyond to create great customer service. Price seemed fair and they were extremely efficient. If you're looking for new tires I would highly suggest trying to check them out.Great customer services hard to come by nowadays and I appreciate it much when spending money in an establishment and they treat you with respect and are grateful that you're spending your money with them.Thank you again,

I have tried to use discount tire several times and each time I couldn't b more disappointed. The only reason I'm giving them a 1star is because I cant leave a review without it. I can assure they have lost mine and every member of my families business.

Excellent service for how busy they get. Competitive prices. If you go in during the second half of the day or on a weekend, be patient. They are giving everyone great service and that takes time.

My problem is not with my local store (Its 5 stars) but rather Synchrony. After close to 10 yrs of using them to purchase tires ( many thousands of dollars worth) They cancel my account. Not 1 missed payment not even a late payment ever. I did have a couple rough months with other accounts. Those issues are being handled. But to see a good customer struggle but still make there payments to them and still close there account. Talk about kicking a man when he's down. Terrible business practice.

i had a nail in my tire on the way to work giving me a low tire alert. called them while at work and they said they could take care of the issue quickly. i left work and returned in less than an hour with the tire repaired. Thank you guys! Great customer service!
