Caliber collision did an excellent job on the repair of my 19 Toyota Highlander. I can t even tell it was in a wreck. The customer service was exceptional and they gave regular updates throughout the repair process.

Rick was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He was professional and answered any questions I had without any complaints or frustration. The red headed lady at the front desk was also so sweet and very personable. My car s work was completed within a reasonable time and was very clean upon return. Would recommend using them.

I brought in my Palisade for repairs to the rear bumper. The initial consultation was quick and efficient. Tammy was great at keeping us informed of the work being done. She kept us informed of where our car was in the repair process. We encountered nothing but great customer service from her and the receptionist. They dealt with payment from the insurance so I wouldn't have to. The work done to my car is as expected and had no issues.

The team I had made me feel at ease in a stressful situation. Rose is incredibly pleasant and Darby was amazing! They openly communicated the entire process. My repairs were done in a timely manner with outstanding results! They even repainted my stripes all the way around the car, so they would match! I would recommend them without hesitation!

Excellent customer service. Repairs were slow and quality was a little off. They are going to take a second look and hopefully get me back on the road. Standing behind the customer after they got paid is a great way to earn my trust. Thanks

Great work at the Alcoa location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I received regular updates on my car and was able to pick it up in a timely manner considering it was the holidays. Highly recommend Caliber Collision!!

Great Google reviews, so I chose the great folks at Caliber! Carol, Darby and Richard did a great job and kept me in the loop, it took 3 doors to be delivered before they got a good one that wasn't damaged to put on my van. Im so glad I went to Caliber! Just look at this great job they did!!!

Darby was absolutely amazing to work with!! She kept me in the loop with every detail!! Brain, our tech, did amazing work on my car! She's absolutely beautiful again!! And a special thank you to Bryson for getting the scratches buffed out so perfect!! These guys are awesome and they did great work on my truck. The side that got hit now looks better than the other side, and it looks like the day I drove it off the lot. Dustin was incredibly helpful and made regular contact to keep me updated, which was a pleasant surprise. Caliber has been the worst experience I have had with auto body shops. I went to pick up my car it had faded door handle with white spots on them both mirrors were faded the driver side had a big scratch on it. The car didn t look like this when it was dropped off. They did nothing to fix the problem. I wouldn t recommend this body shop to anyone.10/9/2023I emailed over a week ago and you still haven t gotten back to me to fix the problem. The poor customer service must start at the top of the company and work its way down to the rest of the employeesServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Both my repair experiences, last year and this year, with Caliber Collision were fantastic, or as fantastic as getting hit by something on your way to work in the middle of the night (this year it was a fat buck) then subsequent repair experience can go. They got me in and out and kept me apprised on the progress and estimated finish date. I never once needed to call them to get an update. Fabulous service!!! Professional, fast and knowledgeable. Dustin was extremely courteous and pleasant to work with concerning our Jeep. Under promised and over delivered. If we need collision repair again they will be the only call we make.

The service was terrific. We were pleased from the moment that we walked in the door with for an estimate to the moment that they were helping to transfer car seats between vehicles after the repair in the rain. Very Professional and friendly. Explained everything, every step of the way. Texted updates were invaluable and when I reached out my service rep was available...I didn't have to leave messages and wait for a returned call. Justin was fabulous and went out of his way to ensure the work was completed timely and correctly. Could not have asked for a better experience. It was like I was his ONLY customer.

I had the pleasure of working with Darby throughout my repair process and WOW! The best customer service I ve ever received. She kept me updated and replied quickly to any concerns I had. I ended up getting my vehicle back almost two weeks earlier than promised, and I ve had no issues mechanically or otherwise and I ve driven 500 miles since and in in-climate weather. So Im not quite sure why my 1st review was deleted or is not showing up but I would not recommend this company to anyone out here. If you would like quality work, take it elsewhere. Spend your money with a reputable company that treats its patrons and public with respect and gratitude. I visited this business about a month ago in search of a shop to fix my vehicle. When I entered the doors, there was a woman and someone else in an office talking. I coughed to make my presence known since there was no one in the lobby. When the lady seen me, she sort of rolled her eyes and came to the front asking if she could help me I began to tell her I needed an estimate. To which she replied I needed an appointment. I did a 360 to look around the office and asked why. I than told her there was a guy finishing up an estimate outside right now and there is no one else here but me. There was not even any one outside. this is the middle of the day in the middle of the week. She began to tell me she could do it possibly next week or Friday at the soonest and I told her thats way too long and said Ill just go elsewhere and she told me, "OK, have a nice day". I guess when you have SOOOOOOOO many customers, you can afford to lose one. My business wasn't important enough to fight for or take a few minutes to try and win me over. Poor customer service, undervalued public. I guess its just the way East TN is because my local Caliber Collision in California would have never treated me this way and would have made time for me. Thanks for nothing.
