Kirk and the crew here are amazing. Honest and quality work that they stand behind. I have been a customer for years but recently had an issue with my car and they found some really dangerous things wrong with my car. I drive 1200-1500 miles a week sometimes and I would have never know I was literally one bump in the road from probably dying. I am eternally grateful for not only notifying me but it was corrected quick. This would have taken another place weeks or months to fix. He called me several times with updates and costs to fix. I love the transparency. Thank you so much.

Quality service and repair work. Great people. The waiting area is not heated, they need to address the issue...maybe put a space heater in the room.

I had my 2013 Honda Accord Sport serviced here on 8/04/2023, and I was very pleased with the work done. Spoke with Kurt during the maintenance and he gave me the run down of things that my car would need fixed soon.....this included needing a new battery ASAP. And he was 100% accurate on that call, because the battery went totally dead yesterday Aug 5th while I was up on the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina. I appreciate Kurt's honesty about maintenance that I would need soon especially with the battery and I should have went ahead with him replacing it but I thought I would be able to get a little more life out of it......but I was wrong. I became a faithful customer of Pro Service Auto way back in the year 2000/2001 ish, back in the days when Winfred Gray and Leonard Ingle ran the place. My dad who was an auto body repairman (Brent's Auto Repair) for most of his life, who is now deceased, referred me to Pro Service Auto all those years ago because he personally knew Winfred and Leonard and knew that I would get good auto service there, for when he could not do the work himself. Back in 2001 Pro Service Auto put a rebuilt motor in my 1994 Honda Accord EX and the car literally drove better on the rebuilt motor, and I drove that car heavily for another 3 and 1/2 years until it was totaled in a car accident in late 2004. They also did work on a 2009 Nissan Altima that I drove for 13 years. I moved away from Greeneville in 2013, and just returned to Pro Service Auto earlier this year for a brake job on my daughter's Nissan Sentra and I was very pleased with the service on her car. Friday was the first time Pro Service Auto worked on my 2013 Honda, as I have always previously taken it to Johnson City Honda which is where I bought the car in 2015. I can say for sure I will be returning to Pro Service Auto because they also saved me some money in addition to a job well done. Update via Pro Service Auto. I went to pickup my car today and spoke with Kurt and he apologized many times that he couldn't figure out the issue no matter what they tried. He refunded me the labor cost of what he had done that I paid for and apologized for the lack of knowledge and customer service. Although it was frustrating that I couldn't get my Ole honda fixed, he handled the situation well and respectfully. I appreciated it.

Took care of the 3rd party warranty for me, worked me in so I'd have my car the weekend of Christmas. Kept me updated on status. Promised one thing but delivered more than promised. Very happy with their service and professionalism. I am making them my permanent go to.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! I am on a long trip towing a camper and my check engine light came on. I frantically called Pro Service Automotive and they squeezed me in first thing in the morning. They have been so great- honest, fair and very nice people! They did what needed to be done promptly and did a great job!!! Very professional but kind at the same time! Awesome!

This is where I usually take my car for service. Yesterday a warning light about a tire came on just as I passed Pro Service. I immediately went back there and Kurt put air in my tires. Absolutely great people. I highly recommend Pro Service

They are THE BEST! I have been going to them for 10 years and they have kept my 2005 Lexus RX330 16 Years Old running like a charm! Staff is all smiles and very professional and so friendly! They know what they are doing and they do not take advantage of you cost wise.i highly recommend them.

While visiting from Texas, and not knowing anyone in the area, we googled automotive repair and discovered Pro Automotive in Greeneville. Even though they were fully booked, the kind lady who took my desperate phone call suggested we come by and her husband would take a look. We were fortunate that the issue was easily resolved and appreciated their willingness to help us. Extremely friendly and truly good people!

I was recommended here for an inspection on a vehicle I was looking to purchase. Treated very nicely. Honest people. They took time to look over the vehicle and explain things to me well. Affordable price. If I ever need any work done, I will go back here. Highly recommend.

The absolute best auto repair shop I have ever used. The staff are the most friendly and honest people you will ever meet. If you are still taking your Honda to the dealer for service, you're throwing your money away

They replaced the clutch and fly wheel in my '09 Honda. They did a great job, and got it back to me quickly. They were friendly and had the best price in town doe a clutch!

A very tough 4 hr Alternator replacement. They did it no problem. Great work friendly service.. Not the cheapest in town but you can count on it being right.. and for that I am willing to pay a little more!

These folks could have really taken advantage of me and told me I needed a compressor for my AC. They didn't and they had it finished in the same day! First time I took my car here I just went for a quote on front brakes and rotors and for them to drive my car to see if anything needed repairing asap. I had just recently bought a rare Honda car and they are supposed to be Honda specialists. While on the test drive, the tech drove my car hard. He revved it up to 6000+ RPMs before changing gears. We get back to the shop for them to take a look under the hood and he noticed that the casing around my radiator cooling fan was broken so him and another guy (manager) tell me that I should replace it right away. Within an hours time I took my car back and left it. The following day they call me and tell me that they can't get the part. Another day goes by and they tell me that the wrong part came in but they are going to make the next one work. I should've taken that as a sign. I end up having to leave my car there all weekend. I picked it up the following week. Fast forward about a month later and while sitting in line somewhere, my car started overheating. I turned my car off, let it cool , got out and checked the cooling fan fuse, and the fuse was blown. I go and buy a pack of fuses and every fuse I put in kept blowing. The next day I take my car back here. This is where the ordeal starts going south. I take it there and the same manager was rude and eventually said that if it's something to do with the cooling fan then they would fix it. A good portion of the day goes by and he calls me and says that it's an electrical wiring issue and has nothing to do with the cooling fan. After he told me this I took it to a very reputable shop known for fixing electrical issues in Johnson City. They checked the wiring. It wasn't a wiring issue. The motor was bad in the cooling fan. Didn't take them long to determine this. So now I'm out $75 and could have saved it had they found the problem at Pro Service. The same day I take my car and invoice from the other shop back here. The manager was again rude to me and said I done told you what's wrong with the car. I gave him the invoice. He must've called them because he or the owner agreed to put in another cooling fan the following day. He however didn't bother to tell me he was going to put one in. I had to call them the following morning and speak with one of the women up front and ask what they were going to do. The day goes by and they call me and tell me it's done. I tell them to lock the keys up in the car and that I would come by after hours and get it because I had to go out of town. I get there to pick it up to find my gas tank on empty and my car sounding like someone had stolen the muffler so I leave it there and come back to pick it up the following day. Keep in mind that my car has been well taken care of and kept in a garage. That morning they acted as if they knew something was wrong. First thing they said to me was "what's wrong". Come to find out the tech that originally drove my car drove it again after putting in the new fan. If he drove it hard with me in it, God only knows how hard he drove it without me in it. He didn't drive it just a few miles, he drove it 30 miles! Absolutely no excuse for that! He did not have my permission to drive my car that far! He had to have drove my car hard for my gas to go down as much as it did and my muffler to be cracked! Not to even mention that he also broke one of the radiator hose clips! The "manager" tried to justify it by saying that they wanted to make sure it was a good fan when the place in JC found out that the original had a bad motor within an hours time without even driving the car! I have never had an experience like this before. They did reimburse me for the $75. They also sent me to a muffler shop to get my muffler welded for a "temporary" fix. However, my muffler was perfectly fine beforehand! Now I'm going to have to replace my muffler in the near future. They're also telling me that they can't find another radiator hose clip. I now have a car with problems it never had before taking it here. The character limit on Google won't let me write all I want to.

My father-in-law has taken his car there several times for the same issue and it still isn't fixed. He takes it back, pays for it to be fixed, and it's still doing the same thing. He is not comfortable saying anything but I will.
