                      The staff at this location are highly motivated when it comes to assisting customers. They offer a warm, friendly environment and shopping experience while maintaining a comfortable sense of professionalism. They are always going above and beyond offering advice and resources even if it means sending you somewhere else that may be more knowledgeable/helpful to your situation.                       Wednesday, October 27 evening we were experiencing some difficulties with our car starting. After stopping back at the  Orielly store we figured out what the problem was. The staff at the store that evening were top notch customer service and went the extra mile to help us complete our trip from Kansas to SD.                       Staff is pretty unprofessional. Finding help was like pulling teeth, then when I finally was helped the guy treated me like I kicked his dog. Answered a phone call on his personal phone while he was helping me, then proceeded to use obscene language in front of me. Openly bad mouthed corporate to another customer and wasn t following the facial covering policy as the company stated. Pretty bottom of the barrel staffing. I ll take my business elsewhere for the rest of this restoration and future restorations.

                      Had a high school kid really help me out here a few months back. He really went above and beyond. He made a special exception on a part i needed. I didnt keep the proof i needed to show i bought the part here 2 years prior and instead of telling me tough cookies he took control of the situation without me having to plead with anyone. Most businesses  that are publicly traded almost require you to escalate things and get you all flustered before they would ever help you and take care of you like i was treated here.                       Most of the people behind the counter have a good understanding of the inner workings of the automobile and are helpful.  I encountered just one brain dead individual working there over the last several years.                       Couldn't figure out where the fuses were in my car or how to replace them. Thank you to the kind hearted soul who showed me where they were, how to fix the problem, and made sure i had spare fuses and wrote the numbers down.
