Find a used pickup online, went over and decided it wasn't what I wanted. I ended up finding another pickup that they had and bought that instead. Over all I am very pleased. Jackson went above and beyond for me and we made a deal at the end. My only complaint was that they don't allow taxes to be put onto the loan. I've never had a dealer not do this. Either way, I had a good experience and would recommend them. Thanks again Jackson.

I get my car and truck serviced here on a regular basis they always do a good job. Sometimes you may have a bit of a wait due to a lot of customers.

Just bought a brand new truck. Salesman Robert Tejral came out on a cold rainy day! He was professional, punctual, and answered every question we had! I know they have other salespeople but he is your man to see. We'll definitely be doing business here again!

Purchased my first truck from Robert Tejral at Northtown. He was great to work with while purchasing the vehicle. He answered all my questions and would listen when I had something to say. So they were having a big buy back event. I was highly interested in a Truck they had on sale, so I took in a trade in got aprroved for the loan but because my truck was customized meaning it was a diesel that had been fully deleted, they claimed they didnt want it. I personally have never liked Northtown anyway but after this it definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Very unprofessional! I was told they were going to call me back with word of a deal they made with another buyer for my truck, never heard back, no call no nothing. I will never take my business there again.

Very unsatisfied customer! Took my car in for the tire sensor light on a monday the light came back on a couple days later so took it back the following tuesday to get it fixed again. The light came back on on Wednesday morning so they took it again Wednesday to fix it and I drove about 3 miles and the opposite tire light came on so it had to go back again. We live 20 mins outside of town wasted a lot of gas, time, and money!!

I was told the vehicle had never been smoked in but when we opened the door, it reeked like smoke along with the entire dealership. They said they would contact us the next day with a deal on a recent trade but never heard back....just needed a phone call Gordy....

Good dealership, took my truck to trade in and got me a crewcab silverado and I love it , this is my go 2 dealership from now on

They charge for estimates and it takes nearly a month before you get an appointment. They're also very rude and at times don't seem to know their heads from their assess!

Bought a vehicle here and have had nothing but problems within 3000 miles. Service has been terrible to get things fixed. I will not buy a vehicle here again.
