I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation and had requested to have 3 recalls in my truck done. I was informed at the time of making the appt that they didn t have any of the materials for any of the recalls so I just asked that they do the oil change and tire rotation. Appointments was scheduled at 10:00am. At 2:40 I called to see if vehicle was ready, Jeremiah informed me they were just finishing up with the recalls. At 3:20 pm I stopped by to pick up the vehicle, figuring it should be ready, it wasn t. Jeremiah said it will be done by 4:30 so I caught a ride back home. I received a call at 5:15 pm stating my vehicle was ready. I understand things take longer than expected at times but don t give false information at 2:40 pm that things are just finishing up when there are 3 more hours of work to be completed

I recently drove 4 hours to looks a used Ford Explorer at this location. I met with the salesman and went for a test drive. I asked is they had service records and they did not. I visited with the sales manager about this. I suggested a car fax. He pulled a car fax and still no records. I was then brought to the lobby to wait. I asked my salesman if I could look at it again. We went outside with the keys. When we got to the vehicle another couple were looking at it. The keys were passed off to the other salesman.I asked my salesman if a deposit would hold this car. He said yes a deposit will hold it being I was first. I wrote the check out and tried to give it to him. I was then told they couldn't take my deposit being as someone else was in the car. I walked out . The car was sold to the second customer.

I wish I could give a 1/2 star. At start of covid I went in to request a claim for the "chrome" plated running boards. Still in warranty. That started an epic journey that never got resolved. Emails, phone calls, calls to Detroit. Detroit would never let me talk to warranty service. Somehow it was reported truck was in an accident, so they had no responsibility. Pictures were taken originally, no accident damage. I think someone made it up to deny claim. That's fraud.I couldn't count the calls (50+) emails (50+). I just gave up. Like they hoped I would?Both dealer and corporate at fault.Just a miserable excuse for service.I've had 5 star service in SF when I lived there. Now I drive there for any repair.And buy me trucks in SF.

The service department is a joke. Service advisor was constantly swearing and berating employees when he didn't think customers were around. Took my diesel pickup in 11/4/23 for an oil change, fuel filters, tire rotation and 2 small warranty items. 3 1/2 hours later they pull it out and forgot to change the fuel filters. Pulled it back in to get that done and finally got the bill. $602.32 with a $99 diagnostic fee. Only explanation I recieved was "prices went up." Would have been time and money ahead going to Sioux Falls and back. Ill never spend another dime here.

These people in the service department; Jason and especially Troy the technician, went above and beyond to get my wife's car done. He also went so far as to reach out to his friends and family some 50 plus miles away, that were close to where her car broke down, to assist her! Just Incredible!! He is just an awesome human being!

Our family had been looking for a big bronco for several months. I had been following one on their site for several days Sent a message and Clayton responded quickly. Vehicle was still available so we made the 1 hour trip. This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases we have ever made. We are very happy with our new Big Bronco. Thanks Guys

I bought a 2014 F-150 FX4 from Lewis & Clark Ford Lincoln this past weekend and I was completely satisfied with the entire process! Cory V. and the rest of the sales & finance staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a very nice newly-remodeled dealership & service center. I had done plenty of research on the pickup I was considering before I stopped at the dealership for a test drive, so I can't comment on their "off the street" customer service, but I can tell you that everyone I talked to at Lewis & Clark that day was friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends looking for a vehicle.

TOTALLY screwed up! Forgot to order part twice and then long third time they made an appointment to get it fixed and after an hour they tell me the recall was fixed!!!! I told them when I got hear the reason I was here!No communication between departments. They need to get their poop in a group!

My wife and I were traveling cross-country with a travel trailer in our 2018 F-250 supercrew. We developed a steering issue and decided to call on Lewis and Clark Ford. They were able to schedule us the next day. Our problem was diagnosed, and addressed as much as possible. Greatservice.

We had an AC issue with our F350 while on vacation. They got me in and thought they got it fixed. Turns out it was something else but they got me right back in, found the real issue and fixed it free of charge! Jesse was super friendly and helpful.

Austin and the guys in the service department went above and beyond to help me with my van that needed warranty work done. When they realized the van was too tall for the hoist but knew I needed to use it, they did the work outside in the parking lot - it was cold!!! I m definitely a customer for life.

Follow up: I regret buying the truck. Too many issues with it in less than 3 months. Dealership took care of the first issue at no cost after 3 different visits and time away from work. Next issue; Was having my wife's car's oil changed and mentioned my battery light came on, they said bring it on down to look at it. And found out there is a diagnostic charge of over $100?! Would have been very nice to know that up front. So I would have to say that overall I'd have been happier to made the trip out of town to get better priced vehicles.Working with Dylan and the team at Lewis and Clark made my buying experience worthwhile! They worked diligently to get me what I needed and worked to overcome multiple obstacles that came up during the process! Thank you very much guys!!!Mike M.

It took a while for me to respond to give Lewis & Clark a great review but I didn t forget! I was driving by and needed an oil change on my Ford F-350 and the service was awesome. Brent took care of my truck and while I waited the guys at sales gave me a ride to get a haircut, then picked me back up! It s hard to find a trusting dealership but these guys went out of their way to help me out.

I recently took my 2019 Ford F150 into Lewis and Clark Ford to complete a company issued service bulletin. Service Advisor Austin had phoned me in advance that all of the parts were in so we cld schedule service. I dropped the vehicle off Monday AM and by that afternoon I had a text message that my vehicle was ready. This was a fairly extensive service and Technician Troy and company performed the procedure flawlessly and in a very quick time. Service Advisor Brent and myself had an enjoyable conversation on pickup. I purchased the vehicle new from Dylan and Brandon and I am very pleased with the total service provided by Lewis and Clark Ford.

I had a great experience at Lewis & Clark Ford Lincoln. The salesman I had, Dylan, answered every question I had for them and explained the many new functions of the new 2021 pickups. The team there was very good about being willing to negotiate on price, both, on the new vehicle and the price of the vehicle I wanted to trade in. Overall, a great experience for me and my family. Couldn't have asked for anything better, honestly.

Very upset with our experience. I have never had to endure a dog fight to get a vehicle. We initially got on their website and one of the automated pop ups asked if we needed assistance, they claimed they would have someone call us the next morning (no one ever called). My husband called up there the next morning and scheduled an appointment for us to view the vehicle and made it very clear we were extremely interested and most likely going to just write a check for it. Thank god we decided to go up there that day (we live 1 1/2 hours away) because as we were starting to drive up there, they were in the process of possibly selling it to someone else. Knowing well enough that we were very much interested. I don t understand why it s such a disservice to hold onto a vehicle while we make the drive to the dealership. The sales manager had absolutely no remorse and said it wouldn t have been any of the salesmans faults. It would have been the other customer who bought it because basically (first come, first serve). Good to know they hold very little respect for their customers. I had specifically picked out the car I did and wasn t driving and hour and a half to buy something else, but then they didn t care. To say the least, we will NOT be returning.

Came in to get my TP sensors looked at and check out other recalls done on my vehicle. Booked my appointment a week in advance, got in this morning and they did not have it in their system or the appointment booked. The guy got us in because it was their mistake - fine. The recalls needing to be checked on included one for transmissions which they did not check (because a hard shudder when accelerating apparently doesn t indicate an issue unless there s a code/light on.) Charged $200 to replace the tpms sensor and did essentially nothing else. Won t be back.

Wasn't told they wouldn't finance the vehicle I was looking at so the day I went to buy I had to scramble to find financing. The truck has had nothing but issues, very underwhelmed by the experience, and by the service.

I am a first-time car buyer and the staff at Lewis and Clark Ford were great! The salesman that helped me was so upfront and honest with all my questions and really put me at ease with the whole experience. In the end I felt like I got a really great deal on a 2019 Ford Escape and the salesman went above and beyond and delivered the car to me after agreeing to fix a chip in the windshield we noticed while test driving! I will definitely be returning next time i need a new vehicle!

Purchased a new to us 2015 Ford explorer sport from Lewis and Clark Ford on November 14. Came to a purchase agreement with the salesman that they would fix all the issues the car was having on November 18. My wife dropped the car off right away the morning of November 18. So they could have the car all day to work on it. He AGREED that these issues would be resolved November 18. My wife came back around 5pm that evening to pick up the car. She looked it over and all they had done was wash the car and got us another key fob. The navigation was still not working, the car was still out of alignment, the driver side mirror was still broken, the hitch cover was still hanging on the back, and the wiper blades were not changed. It s now 5 weeks out and these issues have still not been resolved. Every time I call I get this big round from person to person. Then on top of it I get lied to by the salesman. So anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle DO NOT buy a car from Lewis and Clark ford in Yankton, S.D. Terrible customer service save yourself the headache.

We were in the market for a new truck but had a very hard budget we needed to meet. We also needed a 4 door cab and the ability to tow our new boat. Dalton did an awesome job of listening to our requirements and finding us a truck that met all of our needs. I will definitely do business with him in the future.

Very nice salesman over the phone. Sent my daughter there to look at used truck. It looked very nice drove nice. No they way home the lights in the radio went out. Not a big deal it is used after all. After one day check engine light came on. Took it to a local shop they said needs repairs to exhaust which might be pretty expensive. Called dealer and they said tough luck it is used.Really one flippen day!!!!!Need to stay away from this place. I understand used vehicles but come on. Guessing they reset the computer and dumped it on them.
