Chris does an amazing job with either our furnace or heater. He is very knowledgeable of what he is doing and very professional on the job. He makes sure that things are working right and recommends what's best for your home in terms of heating and cooling your home. He has been our technician as far as I can remember and always does a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend Chris at Kalins or Kalins Indoor Comfort for your heating and cooling work.

I m a really difficult person to impress, but the service guy on call (Chris) was absolutely wonderful. He got to our place quick and fixed the problem quicker. He was very easy to talk to and comfortable to be around- the type of stranger you don t mind being in your house. I was very pleased!

Ryan did an excellent job! He was here within an hour of our call for help, quickly accessed the situation, fix it and was able to get our furnace up and running better than it has for quite a while. He was extremely knowledgeable and carefully explained what had happened and what he did to fix it. Also gave us very helpful information about new heating and cooling systems we might want to be thinking about given the age of our furnace.He was friendly and polite and represented Kalins very well.

Jeff actually talked me through getting my hot water heater restarted and it really wasn't even his problem but he was very helpful. My gas had been turned off while they installed a new gas stove in my kitchen, and the hot water heater was not restated.Jeff walked me through it with my video camera on my phone. He was very patient and thorough.

Received advance text msg that Chris was on his way for my semi-annual Spring inspection. He arrived on time. Chris is a professional that was both courteous and informative of what he was going to be doing during this service and gave me a time estimate. Needing a/c repair is never fun, but Chris R was very nice and VERY fast! He also explained everything as he was doing his work. I would highly recommend Kalins. Their dispatcher, Andrea, was very nice as well! 10/10

Stan was friendly and very thorough in his job. Told me everything he was going to do as the job went. I voiced a concern I had regarding my floors in humidity. He showed me what I could do and made an appointment as early as possible to rectify my problem.Very happy with his service.

Great experience with Dan. He came quickly and got the job done very quickly, he also tried to help me via phone first.It took some time to get someone on the emergency line, when I called once and even waited for about 10 minutes for someone to answer the emergency line, I had to call back: Imagine waking up at 3 a.m. with your house (a house with a bird/ other animals as well) in the 50s!!! We also have our AC from Kalins and also have that one maintained with Kalins and they do go above and beyond! Really good products and service from my childhood years, and also the home I now own. I will continue to use!!!

Excellent job! I called about an annual service on our fireplace for a new (to us) home. When I showed up I noticed out turbaned was not working. Bill was able to get the part needed to make sure we had heat and get our fireplace up and running.Great job.Highly recommend.

Aaron did an awesome job. Had heat in no time after his arrival. He was very thorough, professional and kind. He did try to help over the phone first, but was unsuccessful, as there was no power getting to the thermostat. As always, very pleased with the service you receive from everyone at Kalins.

My furnace went down. I called Kalins early am Feb. 4th, and Andrea was extremely helpful in scheduling me in with Jeff Sage. She even contacted me later to tell me when Jeff would be arriving. Jeff arrived at the time I was told he would and in a very short time diagnosed the problem, showed me the igniter, that had gone bad. In less than 1/2 hour he had my furnac running and I had heat again. I feel that Kalins is very fortunate to have a technician of Jeff's caliber. He's knowledgeable and very competent in his ability and work. He's a great representative for Kalins.9Service: Heating system repair

Jeff contacted me, and was able to get my heat pump back up and running the same day. A few weeks later another issue turned up, and he was able to repair that the same day as well. They are knowledgeable, professional, and I would recommend.

Jeff Sage did an outstanding job of representing Kalin s. Our HVAC checkup resulted in the dire need for replacing our furnace and he did an excellent job of explaining what went wrong and how they would avoid the problem with the new system. He also worked tirelessly to get the internet connection to work in our unique environment with the new thermostat so we can check in and control the system from home or away. Our fireplace also required service and he handled it with the same professionalism. Thank you Jeff and all those who worked on getting our HVAC and fireplace running. We have had Chris as our Service Tech since we have had our new Lennox sytem install. Chris has always been polite and on time on each of our service checks. Hats off to Chris and his Kalins co-workers! We are very satisfied with all the services they provide!

We found all members of the Kalins team (Randy and his guys; plus Jim and Steve) to be extremely helpful, professional, and efficient. We even had the warehouse manager, Ron, stop by to help by dropping off supplies at one point. We would recommend Kalins without hesitation.
