Exceptional service!!! The young man who assisted us was friendly, professional and arrived to help us very fast. When he arrived he didn't make any snide comments or pass judgment, he just quickly went to work to free my daughter (who was securely in her car seat and unable to unlock the door) from our locked vehicle. When I went to grab my purse he told me that they don't charge when a child is locked in. He made what was originally a very stressful and upsetting situation very easy and if I could give more stars I would. A++++ in every way possible.

I had such a great experience. They were quickly able to cut a key for my old suburban that was having trouble turning the ignition. Highly recommend.

A+ service!!! These guys were great all the way around! Rescued my college daughter after losing her key fob...they drove to her car and programed it on site! Very personable and professional! Would highly recommend!!

Scott and his crew do a great job. When I have needed lock services it s usually not a good situation and Scott or one of his crew always arrive quickly, are very professional and get the job done quickly.

I had to repair my 14-year-old car remote car key 3 weeks ago. A colleague of mine asked me to contact this store. Honestly, Scott and Matt are amazing. They are so professional and kind. These guys deserve more than 5 stars!

The previous owners of a boat trailer we purchased had lost the keys to it, and Hansen's solved our problem quickly! I called on Monday, and they came out on Tuesday. Within twenty minutes, they had keys made. They were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!

Personal service. Having trouble with worn teeth on your key fob? They can reprogram and cut new key fobs to factory specifications.

We have this car that randomly locks and it locked when the door closed behind our child with the keys in the car. The air would have only run for 10 more minutes and it was about 90 degrees out. A Hansen locksmith showed up within ten min of our call and had the door open 45 sec later. They told us not to worry about pay because a kid was in the car. If I ever need a locksmith I will call Hansen again. I willthey are fast, professional, and truly care about people.

Called to have a key fob for my car programmed and they refused to do it because I purchased the fob from ebay and told me it had to be purchased from them or a dealer. To me this makes no sense as the fob was brand new and the website that came with the fob pulled this locksmith up as a go to. Disappointed....

This morning I locked my keys and my little boy in my running car, so I called Scott and he left his house in his personal vehicle to get to me ASAP! I live out by Tabor and it only took him 20 minutes to get to my house from the time I called him. And then he DIDN'T charge me anything because my little boy was in the car. Best service ever!!

Hansen Locksmith replaced the locks on our front door. Our appointment was scheduled quickly and the work was very professional. The quality of the locks is great and very reasonable service charge. Would definitely recommend!

I unlocked my camper then didn't realize I relocked it as I took the key out til after I put my dogs inside. I went back few min later and I couldn't get in sobmy dogs were locked in and my toddler and myself locked out. I called Hansen locksmith. He was very quick response time, quick getting in and, reasonable. Hope I don't need services but if I do I know who to call.Service: Building lockouts

Hansen Locksmithing helped rekey my Nissan, preventing the need to tow it to Sioux City or Sioux Falls, as I had been warned was the only way to fix my problem! He came all the way to Vermillion and even picked me up and took me to the car. And, less expensive than every other option! Thank you!!

I Bought the wrong set of keys by a year.They Figured out I had the wrong keys in a minute. Drove an hour to get to me early in the morning. Was fine in 10 minutes. Thanks alot.
