I had alternator and power steering job done. Initially quoted 1200 but was honest about power steering pump being good and not needing replacing. Lots of respect for not charging me for one. Prices are high but so is work quality. Comes with warranty so price is mostly justified. Would come again.

Thought we had a leak in a tire and they checked it out and couldn't find a leak. Maybe it was just the cooler Temps because I had to add air to all tires, but that one was 29 and needed to be 35 and the others were about 33. They didn't charge anything to check which was very nice! We had an appointment at 2pm and was told it would only be about half an hour. We had an appointment at 3pm so that would work. It was an hour before they even took the car back so we had to cancel the appointment and was almost late picking up our child from school. This is why it was only 4 and not 5 stars. Everyone was very nice and helpful otherwise.

They have hot chocolate, cappuccino, coffee or bottled water for you to drink from when you get there plus bottled water. The people are friendly and work with you as best as they can. If you do work with them they will give you a ride and pick you up or even pick up your vehicle and drop it back off if you can't come in. I tell you all around an excellent place!!

I spent close to $3,000 at Graham for them to fix my 07 Mustang Gt. They finally called me the day they finished, after I waited over a month for it to be done "because they were waiting for a part from Tennessee" my goodness. Ieft to go take my car to the gas station and I immediately hear noises. Chirping, vibrating. I was like GREAT! Spent all the money to just to have to take it back and find out it actually wasn't fix all the way. First of all they realized the wheels weren't aligned correctly which I paid for them to do, and they find a wheel bearing that needs to be replaced. And than they tell me to pay close to $400 to do that when a wheel bearing is only $100 online!! $100 an hour is how much they charge for labor, with how poor of a job they do it should be $20. I am extremely disappointed with taking my car there, you would think with how many mechanics are working there it would be a good place to go, ITS ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I didn't even know the price of how much everything was gonna be either until after they fixed it! Very inconvenient.

Great experience. Went to get a tire fixed. Had a hole in the sidewall. So they mounted my spare because I had road warranty with another tire store. No charge! Thanks

I took a motorhome in to have the front tires rebalanced. Alex was very competent and did an excellent job. Even used a torque wrench to torque the lug nuts to the required 500 ft/lb. Later that same day, I had a screw in a Jeep tire. Took that in and in no time, that was fixed as well. We don't live in Yankton but do visit yearly. Should we need tire work again in Yankton, Graham is where we'll go.

Do y all pickup vehicles? Cus mine won t start, I replaced my alternator and battery . But everytime I go to push the brake on the road it stalls and dies on me.

We had some tire issues while sight seeing and they were awesome.. got us the 2 new tires and rotated the tires.. very professional!!!!

Pretty sweet place. They have a nice waiting area. Prices are not the best in town but the service is good however. They have a really good tech named Alex working in the shop area. The guys up front are not pushy like one may come to expect in a place like this. Time of service sometimes takes longer than one would like but its because they are busy. An elderly friend of mine raves about this place. He brings all his clunkers here. He stated that the techs in the back came up front and told him the issue and what his options were and he was very impressed with the place.

I live in Sioux Falls but when I had a tire blowout in Yankton I took the car to Graham. They were very friendly and super helpful. They looked at the tire right away and determined it could not be repaired. I was told they were booked but could put on a new tire in a couple of hours. The guy even offered to call around to see if he could find a used tire after he looked in their own storeroom and found they did not have one on hand. I actually had the car back in about 90 minutes and was able to get back on the road to Sioux Falls. Very friendly. Good service. I will definitely be using Graham Tire in Sioux Falls if all their locations are as customer service-oriented as this one.

They got us in quick. The quote they gave us I thought was reasonable. And they stuck to their quote. Bill the manager was super nice. Let us use the Graham van to pick up my wife. I will go here again!

I highly recommend graham tire . I bought my tires there 2 years ago and they stand behind them if I have problems. The service tech, Ness, was very professional and friendly. The whole experience was great

Graham's really helped me out of a tough situation without price-gouging me. I was just visiting family and unexpectedly needed some work done quickly. They took very good, quick care of me for a reasonable price.

I had an excellent experience here.One of my tires had a slow leak; I showed up with no appointment, and walking in, was helped immediately. The reps were friendly and efficient: when I told the guy what was wrong, the response was "I can take care of that for you right now."They sorted it out in around half an hour, while I slurped caramel cappuccino (definitely a nice perk) in the comfortable waiting area. The cost to fix the tire was around what I expected it to be (~$20) and I didn't feel like I was being taken; there also wasn't any attempts to sell me anything I didn't need or pressure for other services.I hate having to deal with repairs and repair places, but these guys made it painless. I'll definitely go back for other services --- unless the repair doesn't hold and I die in a fiery wreck, in which case, assume my burnt corpse would dock a star or two. ;)

There is nothing bad I can say about Graham tires. Every service we have had done with them has been exceptional including the employees. So important to have a business that you can trust. A forever customer

Appointment at 11 o clock - - we finally left at 2:30 pm! What is the point of having an appointment? When my husband mentioned something he was told well it s hot and people work slower when it s hot and that the person who was supposed to be doing the work must have let for lunch - I guess in every job I ve had I ve always told a person I was going to lunch - AFTER my work was done! Won t be going back!

This morning Graham Tire in Yankton gave me the best customer service I ve ever had at an auto. shop. The car s negative terminal bolted on the old battery in my 14 Taurus was so tight it made a groove on the battery s terminal which made it impossible for me to get off. Graham Tire s manager and technicians each helped me and provided their tools in order for us to get the old battery out. For free.I was able to get a brand new name brand battery for $110 dollars five minutes later, and wasn t charged for labor. I ve never experienced over the top service like this. I hope Graham Tire Corporate reads this review And just FYI, refurbished batteries for my Taurus were $101 in town, so I m pretty happy I was able to get a brand new one for basically the same price.

I have tried graham once before many years ago, told myself I would never go back,1. because the service was horrible2. The prices were outrageousBUT I figured I would give them another shot today and go in to buy a replacement rim for my vehicle.Easily going to be a $400+ purchase.Well I go in to inquire about the rim and all the reps there seemed clueless as to rim purchase (okay?),The manager comes over in the small huddle of workers and is making sure they are making sales (very unprofessional), while I'm not even being taken care of. The girl that was helping me answered the phone before even giving me any idea of what I had originally asked. Mind you I asked about a peculiar rim, so I was trying to give them the a little leniency, but after she got off the phone, the guy with half the knowledge not caring too much, and another guy who just seemed to be there, I gave up. I said forget about it and walked out.Don't go here if you want good service, good prices, and information on tires (ha).

I live in my RV and have had so many tire problems caused by tire people. Like inflating all my tires to 100 and rotating wrong. I don't know the techs name but I wish I did. Because he did a great job and not only did my tires but found out the reason my inner dually went flat was because my valve stem extender was leaking. Anyone else I've been to would have just slapped it back on and sent me away. I'm going to call them tomorrow to make sure they know how great he was.

Not only were they exceptional they went above and beyond! After truck tire was replaced I got to talking about my lawn mower tractor tire. I couldn't get off to have replaced and YouTube described the issue as an unfixable problem! Graham accepted the challenge, I brought my tractor back to them and they not only replaced my tires installed and made sure the others were also balanced and proper air in all 4!! Thank you for such awesome service!!!!

Just picked up my car after two and half hours. It would have been longer had I not inquired about the status of my vehicle. The Lobby was empty and the finished work order and keys were laying on someone's desk. Good thing I was proactive in getting my car back or I might still be sitting there.The alignment and oil change seem to be fine. I thought I was buying four Goodyear tires at last weeks tire sale. I even confirmed with Tim, the sales person at the time of the purchase, that Goodyear tires were currently on my vehicle and that is what I wanted to stay with. Long story short, they put Kelly tires on my car and told me they were made by Goodyear. Those are not the tires Tim showed me. Lot of street noise and a hard ride is what I got on my drive home. Not much fun, $700 dollars later, when you had a better ride with your old tires.

Amazing guys. I was a bit late , they still got me in and out within 20 mins. Pointed out my problem right away, gave me an estimate and let me know what I can do to get the problem fixed.. highly recommend

Called ahead of time to ask about pricing on a part to install that i already owned. they quoted me at $200 went to pay and they charged me $400 for one hour of work. this place is way overpriced and terrible customer service the guy was a jerk. would never recommend or ever go back to this place.

I went with my 80year old mother-in-law and she wanted 4 new tires a was qouted a price of 800.00. She called her son and said no way was she going to pay that much money then he came up with the price of 4to 500.00We ended up going th o wal- mart.
