10/10 service. Said he would be a hour and a half but showed up in at least half the time. Got my car out of the ditch without damaging anything that wasn t already damaged from impacting the snow, and after getting my car out of the ditch and getting paid he still went out of his way to help me find my phone that fell out of my pocket where I went into the ditch. Gary was very knowledgeable and kind. We called to have him tow our vehicle. He looked at it and knew the source of the problem and fixed that instead. This likely saved us a lot of money and hassle. Had to wait a whole day to get my car out. No one was around to answer the phone. even though we made plans for Saturday 1130...didn't get it til Sunday at 8. And I live out of town. But the guy is really friendly
