We would like to thank Broadway Dodge especially Kris Monk for being on top and helping us find the perfect vehicle. She s very detailed and listens to what we re looking for. If you re planning or looking to buy a car, I do recommend Kris Monk to help you guys. She has a lot to offer you from helping you to find the right vehicle and deals, and will make sure to be with you throughout the process. She s very straightforward and gave you a lot of options. Also, Cathy helped us with the financing and finding the best rates. As a first-time buyer, I know it s a challenge but this team makes it easier for us! Good Job!

I am over the top happy with our experience with working with Kris Monk & Cathy in the process of building & purchasing my new Jeep! From step one Kris had everything handled, listened to what I wanted, needed! She was always ready to answer my questions or she found the answer & called me back promptly! She even went out of her way to meet us to sign papers which made us feel like family not just customers. Took pickup in to get small oil leak fixed ended up with them taking cab off to do work and now I have a plugged heater core and heat worked just fine before I took it in ! Now they want another $2800 to replace heater core after a $ 8600 bill for oil leak! Service personnel said that happens but they didn t do anything to cause that! Huh.

I will never go there again. We had issues with our vehicle that they told us after a week that they would fix and cover the cost. Then a week later, they changed their mind. They gave us a back and forth for four weeks. I have been without a vehicle for a month. They are completely incompetent and dishonest.

Kris, Marlo and Cathy were very accommodating, and they went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. Broadway has wonderful customer service and hospitality. Our experience was hassle free, and the time was minimal for paperwork. Kris was wonderful to work with and we will be back! Thanks again Broadway, we re glad we can be part of the family!

Customer service is at the highest level! Through out the dealership; working with Trish in sales, to Kathy in finance, and general management thanking you for your business exceeded our expectations. If your looking for a new vehicle, give them the opportunity to earn your business!

I went to what I thought was a reputable dealership to purchase a reliable vehicle. After purchasing it, the service records indicated that the actual mileage was over 90k miles over what the vehicle was sold to me as. After multiple calls with opportunities to rectify the fraudulent situation, the finance manager and sales managerrefused.

I was visiting from out of town , State and had a warning display come up on my dash board. I called Broadway Chrysler Dodge Jeep and talked with Nick. I was afraid I d hit a completely booked repair schedule. Nick got me in and took care of the repairs. He also found I had a recall that needed to be taken of. I had that scheduled with my dealership in my hometown but he checked parts availability and said it could be taken care of there. Nick and the technicians at Broadway Dodge are a great example of why I buy Dodge. Great service! THANKS AGAIN.

6/22/23Not sure why this visit has been so complicated but it has been politely and professionally handled by the service department. The original problem was a cylinder5 misfire code and a shortage of parts. Originally told there were only 9 PCMs for my 2011 RAM in the entire USA and now there is apparently a malfunction in the newly installed PCM!Here we are again today 7/7/23 at the service bay AFTER $3000 in parts and labor with the same problem. Not a happy camper !! Returned truck, parked outside service bay, waited in TV area for 3 hours until my ride home arrived, found the truck unmoved.7/10/23, 0820, called the phone number suggested in the reply to this review, responded to my call 0920, Marlo (sic) assured me it would be looked into, callback at 1420, problem was being given to "engineering", many times during this encounter I, under an outside mechanic's advice, suggested valve cover removal and physical inspection which seemed to be offensive to the staff.7/12/23 AM, no more contacts at this time0845, Nick called after speaking with Chrysler Corp engineering and it's been determined by them together that it's a lifter problem which will probably also include a new camshaft, quoting Nick, "we didn't consider that because it wasn't published in the Chrysler repairs guideline".WELL THE VALVES AREN'T A STEP IN THOSE GUIDELINES EITHER! This new solution could add ANOTHER $6000 to the bill running the total to $9000. I gave them the okay since they already have the truck there.WAITING once again!7/19, 4:20PM. received call that truck would be ready 7/207/20, 8:40AM..arrived Broadway for truck, asked the man at service desk 2 questions, 1)Are parts installed under warranty? 2) Is there a recommended break-in period for engine? Response to both, "I don't know. "I have self-imposed a break-in period of 500 miles with speeds below 65MPH and RPMs below 2000 and no towing.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY REPAIR SERVICE !!!!!

Broadway Dodge was great about getting me in to fix a u-joint I had going out while traveling through town. The problem arose when the technician broke the u-joint yolk while attempting to remove the u-joint. The additional part had to come from out of town so I was stuck for the night. The reason for the 3 stars is because I had to pay for the additional part that the technician broke. It should not have been my responsibility.

I took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were fast & efficient. Once I drove home that evening, my steering wheel began to shake badly. I called the next morning and they had me bring my vehicle back to look at it again. They found the front wheels were out of balance and repaired it quickly. Josh took care of everything and was so customer service oriented! I was impressed with how urgently they treated my issue. I will continue to take my Jeep there for future service.

Went for an oil change and fuel filters for my diesel. I ask them to look at the front end because I could here a noise on the passengers side. They completed my work in less than 2 hours and did a multipoint inspection and found no issues. Their rates were comparable to most dealerships. Excellent service. I will be using them as long I m still working in the area. I would recommend them to anyone.

My mom bought me a car from here about a year ago from Tricia and she is one of the nicest and most helpful people I ve come a-crossed, we lived in Sioux Falls at the time and couldn t make it down to Yankton to get the car because of some stuff going on and she took the time out of her day to drive it to Sioux Falls for us and then went over everything before she left to make sure we liked it and knew how everything worked. Definitely a 10/10 and would recommend to my friends and family!

Kris Monk really worked hard to find exactly the type of vehicle I was looking for. She's detail-oriented and extremely ethical. She under-promises and over-delivers!

I brought a 2008 Dodge pickup in for service. I'd purchased it as a combination graduation, Christmas, thanks-for-being-you gift for my daughter. She was heading off to college and I asked them to look it over, make sure it was safe, and fix anything major. Then I wouldn't worry about her so much on the roads. I'm a disabled widow, my son is deployed and my daughter was still learning about vehicle maintenance and repair. I just wanted be sure the vehicle was sound.Fast forward a few months. Someone borrowed truck to go to Menards. In a crazy, freak accident, a loaded grain semi went out of control off the highway. It blasted through the Menards parking lot, through a field, and down into a ditch before coming to rest. The ONLY casualty was my daughter's truck. Thankfully, no injuries and the driver was OK. Super. The truck was totalled. Although not a badly as I would have thought (Yay Dodge Ram). The insurance process begins. I'd only had it a short while, so the loan balance was high. I was concerned about breaking even, so I submitted the $3000 bill from recent work at the dealership.THREE (3) SEPARATE ADJUSTERS reached out to me to say that the bill from the dealership was outrageous. One person commented that it was practically criminal. Wow. I was shocked.Turns out, the dealership TRIPLE CHARGED ME on the work. I was charged for each diagnostic inquiry, then charged to actually look at it, charged for the repair and charged again to test the repair. I didn't understand (of course you pay for them to check it out and then make sure the repair is good). One agent broke it down for me by saying that it was similar to buying a gallon of milk for $3, then paying another $3 to the dairy because they had the cow, then another $3 to milk the cow and finally an additional $3 to the bottling company.I understood that! These three adjusters had no knowledge that any of the others had contacted me. They were each so concerned about how outrageous the bill was that they wanted me to know, especially in light of the fact that it added no value to the vehicle at all.Eventually, everything settled and I did manage to get the loan balance covered. But this dealership took advantage of a disabled widow who was trying to get her daughter safely to school. They have no scruples and clearly no ethical guidelines. They assumed I wouldn't understand to details and they were right. I never even questioned it. I trusted them to give me back a safe truck for my daughter. I trusted them to be honest and fair. They are not honest. Not one tiny bit.

I asked for an estimate and to see if they could figure out why my heat and air doesn t work. I also explicitly asked if any services they would provide for me would cost money because i would otherwise wait for approval from insurance, they said an estimate and my services today would be free. When i picked up my car I was given a $100 dollar fee for labor To make things better my car also DOESN T BLOW AIR OUT ANYMORE, i took it in with it blowing room temp air no matter the heat setting, but i took it home with no air coming out at all.The final cherry on top is my car also makes random clicking noises in the drivers dash now! I called to talk about these issues and they said it isn t their responsibility!A car dealership broke my car, but it s not their responsibility everyone!! thank god

I had a voicemail that my Jeep was "done" after being in the shop for 5 days. An hour later when I went to pick it up, the hood was still up. I was told "Oh, he wanted to check the coolant level one more time". When the guy came out to do this, he told me all the tires were just a little bit low on pressure so the low pressure light was still on. And he wanted to check the torque on my wheel lug nuts. These are things I can take care of myself, so I just left. My Jeep was "done", huh? (Also, it may be leaking some fluid now, I haven't had time to look underneath yet to see what the deal is.)
