My wife went to buy wiper blades. The counter person was very unprofessional. She felt he treated very poorly. Acted like he didn't want to help. Very upset about the whole deal.

My husband and I are about as car-illiterate as they come ... Our experience started with some car trouble we had a few years ago and has grown into our go to place for anything from wipers to check engine lights. Appreciate you guys, your knowledge and your friendliness as it seems we always have trouble when it s cold and not a single grumble ever!

I hate giving bad reviews. This place has descent prices. They are very un-organized. I would recommend O'Reilly before you come here. The manager Renee is cool. This place is clean and organized for shelving but not part orders. Ordered parts in store was supposed to hear from them when they arrived. Finally after a couple days i was supposed to have them i called and they said yeah we have had them for 3 days. So i tell them my fiancee will pick them up. They give her half my parts! So then im mad and she doesnt want to have to stop back. So i had to make a special trip just to get them. Pricing is usually cheaper at O'Reilly. If you try and get help over phone its like they dont want to take responsibility. They are like its not my order with you or its not my department.

Where I ALWAYS buy my parts...always got the lifetime warranty items... almost 300000 on my 2004 Chevy. And they are open until midnight. I think I have bought more parts between 10pm and midnight. Great service and have always had the parts I needed.

A little on the pricey side compared to online options but when waiting is not an option the store is always clean with knowledgeable staff that are willing to help.

Stopped at AutoZone yesterday in Yankton. Was having issues with my van and those guys went above and beyond to help me they are way better than O'Reilly's of Yankton.

I have a BMW AND I Needed new wiper I use the 2 wipers on each side and I got them in Blue. I put the new wiper's on. Part the car at my home. The next day had to go to town. Shop, Before I got in my car, I look at the wiper's something was not right. One was green and the other one blue. Boy I sure mess up buying these wipe's, so I went to Auto Zone and got a new wiper as I was thinking get the right one blue. Put it on and the next day went out to my car and look at my wiper's. Again there was one green and one blue. What's up someone changing my wiper's I will get who is. But went back to auto zone and change the green one to blue. This went on 3 time and the last one I didn't take it out of the box just put it on my car and the net day it was green. So you do know no one was changing out my wiper's. Went back to auto zone all out of blue. So we call where than were made. Than made it all OK for all the mess up and sent me 2 set's of wiper's good for 2 year's and Auto Zone gave me my cash back for the first set I got. That was all cool than made it all right. No matter we will not stop till it is fix. That my Auto Zone and your Yankton, SD. Great place stop buy. Tom

This place never knows what you order And they never have warranties on their stuff even when I bought a brake booster And it's been acting up since I it they refused to replace it

Alot of employees have no idea what they are doing. There is a few of them that know thier stuff. Ranae is the best.
