Jason, Cory, and temp service writer (spaced his name) up front were exceptionally helpful during the rally. Ran into a primary problem and they were able to fit me in. Vern did a great job getting things set right. Rode another day and a half in the hills, then rode home to Minny with no issues. Bought a shirt to do some free advertising for them. Thanks fellas!

Very professional staff. I bought a 1971 Harley Servi-car from a person and i brought it to Deadwood Custom Cycles to have extensive work done on it so that it would be safe to drive. All the staff were exceptional. What great team work they have going with these professionals. Highly recommended.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil changeServices: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

A huge shout out to this entire shop! Especially Jason and Tyler who went above and beyond to fix an unexpected problem on the bike after an oil change. The shop was extremally busy when we arrived. But still found a way to fit us in. Jason ended up staying late into the evening to finish the job and literally saved our lives! Thank you again Jason! Clown act. Stay away. Sharp lips. Good on sales. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR BIKE.Promised my bike next day. Took them a week. And it ran better when i brought it in. $2,000 later. Had motorcycle repaired at home after rally. $100.00. Thats all it cost to repair. A filter. Again. Clown act.

Stopped in for some work during Sturgis - it was really busy - Jason and the team were super helpful and took time to provide great service. Cool space with a bar to enjoy a cold one while you wait. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I was visiting Deadwood with my family when a part on my motorcycle went out. We stopped at Deadwood Custom Cycles before touring the town so I could take care of the issue. I did not realize we had entered through the back, and when the guys saw me they told me to go on through, that I was in the back. I went to the front and there was no one there. Then a kid ran up from the back, answered the phone. Another customer walked in and the kid took care of him. I was looking for a bulb and did not see one. I stood near the door to the back room waiting for the guy to finish with the customer he was helping. He looked at me, I held up the lightbulb letting him know I would wait just needed to see if they had one. The guy was obviously angry at me and said what? do you want me to stop doing what I am doing with the customer I am taking to just to help you? I tried to say no, I was just waiting, and he started yelling at me saying how I needed to wait my turn and he was not having a good day and was already in a mood. It was menacing and uncalled for. His bad day was not my fault.I ended up going somewhere else to get the part I needed. I do not need to spend my time, or money on someone who treats people they don t know that way. My feeling is sorry, you don t get to treat me so poorly and get my money and business. Plenty of motorcycle shops around.

Blew my rear shocks on a trip to Deadwood SD so I took a chance and stopped to see if they had any good used shocks that would get me back to Montana. They went out of those way to help me out. Got me back on the road and back to Montana. Great place and they treat you right.

I had Monkey Bagger Bars installed and there were a couple hiccups but the fine folks at Deadwood Custom Cycles went out of their way during the Sturgis rally to make sure that everything was perfect before we were on our way. I highly recommend Deadwood Custom Cycles for any of your needs.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

"They don't install tires they don't sell"........I guess money doesn't spend theI've called every motorcycle shop within 100 miles from stugis, "Deadwood Custom Cycles " is the only one that will not install tires not purchased from them directly. Going rate to install tires from other shops, $280 lowest to $350 before tax. Why the hell would any one bring food to a restaurant to cook. You go there to be served. I would assume a "Custom" motorcycle shop would do custom work. No one asked for a guarantee on a tire job, but if you have to get a guaranteed job on a tire change you may need to look elsewhere.Nobody asked you to guarantee my tires I purchased from a reputable dealership. It is obvious ylthe kind of customer service you will provide. I should have listened to the many people who warned me of this shop.Service: Tires

My bike started having clutch issues 2 days after we arrived to the Sturgis Rally. Everywhere was over busy due to the huge amount of bikes here. I called Deadwood Custom Cycles and although they were extremely busy also the owner Jason Moot said he would get me up and running. Turns out the clutch was bad. He personally worked on my bike (as the owner you know he was super busy) he put in a new clutch and I was able to enjoy the rest of the rally. On the way home my brother in laws bike started having problems we were just coming up to the Deadwood exit we turned off and headed to Deadwood Custom Cycle once again Jason stepped up to help. Raven the lady that works there is also super amazing as well as his mechanics. He has only been open a year but I would give him a 10 Star if I could

They did help out in a pinch, but took all day to do it and basically just wasted time so they could charge an 1.5 hour labor for a 10 minute job.
