I wanted to start my life over after I became homeless in February. A dealership in Aberdeen sold me a car with a bad head gasket which friends and church members helped me with the cost and repair. There was so much wrong with it but I needed to be able to get places as I was alone in Aberdeen. Then again in November the head gasket went out again. I emailed every dealership in Aberdeen and surrounding areas, explaining my situation and desperate need to get to doctor appointments. I got a call a week later from Mike at Northland Auto and he asked how I was doing. I said well, I could be doing better and was pretty down. He is absolutely wonderful and said I have some good news!! We have a car for you!!! I couldn't believe it, with extremely low credit score and no cosigner, I just kept thanking him, crying telling him how important it is to me I make it to my appointments as I have depression. I made a down payment, insured the car and they delivered it to me that day!!! Mike did amazing job picking out a beautiful reliable car. Not only was it detailed, I got a warranty, free oil changes and they delivered it right to my apartment:) Thank you Mike and everyone at Northland Auto. I cannot thank you all enough for all you have done for me and I will never go anywhere else if and when I'm ready for another vehicle:)

Dude.. this place was super easy. It s a hometown business, I Love being from a small town, and this is what it s about!! Come talk to any of the folks here, especially the lady at the front desk!!! (Oofta). does not matter!! Professional, courteous, and all out fun!!When they say they make deals happen.. they do!!

I had an awesome experience with Mike I didn t have great credit but he got be approved and financed I recommend everyone coming to this place to get a vehicle so easy and very friendly staff

Very pleasant experience at Northland today. Everybody was extremely nice! Glenn was super helpful in helping me find the right truck, and we got a great deal made. Glenn also braved the wind and cold to make our day even better, thank you!

They were very helpful friendly and helped me in every way to get a vehicle, but after that when I called back multiple times to get some things straightened out I kept getting pushed off to someone else. Thanks for the car but i wish I would of kept the Impala. Mikes whole tone and attitude was different after the deal was done

I arrived here because of an add in the mail that said i had won a prize. I tried calling the hotline and the business in order to save myself the drive as I really didn't want to go an hour only to receive a small prize like the fit bit. However, they refused to tell me what my prize was, I could only claim it if I showed up in person, and some of the potential prizes ranged up to 10,000$. So I took the risk and drove with my family. Naturally the shady practices began by trying to sell me a vehicle when I stated I was only there to try and recieve the prize. The sales representative was very nice to me and was receptive to needs I had, but once he couldn't get a sale I was quickly dismissed and pushed through the process. I at last after 25minutes was allowed to claim my prize, which ended up being the fit bit lowest value prize. The lesson here is be cautious, while they never explicitly lied in the add or their intentions their only goal in mind was to sell a vehicle. I just wish that the prize incentive was up front and over the phone to know what I won to save me the hour there and hour back.

They were amazing in so many ways! They not only got me into a vehicle I wanted, but were very fast about it, and amazingly friendly. It was a bit of a drive from where I live but 100% worth it. Definitely will recommend!

Shawn was great to work with and made the process very simple, he was more than accommodating! The others were friendly and appreciative of the business. The paperwork process was extremely fast, to the point and I really have nothing bad to say about anything.

I would rate 0 stars at this point if I could. Bought a vehicle on 12/31 and exactly 24 hours after driving off the lot it broke down. Had it towed to a different company and it was scheduled to be fixed and done that week. Northland took it from there and back to their shop to "make it right", but took 2 WEEKS just to fix the "issue". After the test drive suddenly there's another problem and was told I should have the vehicle back in a week or 2. Here we are...23 days later, and surprise surprise another issue pops up and now there is absolutely no idea on when I will get my vehicle back because it needs to be sent somewhere else to be fixed for that problem. I had asked for updates and communication from the beginning and I have received absolutely HORRIBLE communication and have maybe once gotten a call from them with an update. I call and can rarely get anyone to answer, and when someone does I get transferred for nobody to pick up that call or call back. I call or text the numbers for both of the guys that were working on our sale and get no response. I have had to call just to figure out updates to get told every single time that there's another issue. I receive apologies from others that answer the phone, but have nothing to do with any of the issues or the lack of communication. They should not be the ones apologizing. I had initially praised them online for helping us make the process easy, but when you're buying something from them everything is great and everyone wants to hear from you until the sale is done and there is an issue. I really wish I would've looked at reviews before I went through this process.

Nick Johnson was a friendly salesman to deal with and answered all my questions I had. He was a very down to earth, talkative and made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. The laughter when I walked in was nice. And so far I am loving my new ride! Thank you so much again Nick!

Great experience here. The staff and atmosphere are welcoming and relaxed. They were very patient and made time to answer detailed questions on the car. They went the extra mile to make sure I was confident with the purchase. They got me the Jeep I've been looking for, and I couldn't be happier!
