Very nice place! I did have a couple issues with having my fob ticket lost while I was trying to get it repaired however rob was very quick to order a new one! Once my car had gotten into the shop it was ready in a timely manner, they had even fixed my front break hose along with my transmission shifter cable bushing free of charge! Very nice people and amazing service!

Really enjoy working with Watertown ford. I ve had all my service work done here for years now and also bought my most recent vehicle here. I recently got to experience their flexibility also, my vehicle was in the shop for some service but I wasn t going to be able to pick it up that day. I called to see if I could get an interior detail done and they said no problem. They got the vehicle from the service dept and got the detail done the next day.

Recently I was traveling through Watertown South Dakota and my F150 started having heater/cab issues. I popped in to the local dealer to see if someone could take a quick look under the hood and give me some advice. I m sure the dealership is great if you have a scheduled appointment. Don t bother stopping if you don t have a appointment. The shop is micro- managed and no one can or was willing to think for themselves. It was obvious people punch the time clock and do no more than they absolutely have to in order to draw a paycheck. Customer service sucks here. It a shame too, since they have donuts, popcorn and soda available along with plenty of comfortable seating. I probably could have camped out in the lounge all day and no one would have known.

My husband and I moved to South Dakota a little over a year ago. In search for a place to service our vehicles we came to Watertown Ford. From the first phone call to every visit there after we have received phenomenal customer service from all the staff. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I greatly appreciate Tom from service and Brad from the Body shop behind the dealership along with all the lovely employees that make this service station the trusted place for our vehicles.

I am very impressed with the service Watertown Ford provided this past weekend. From the 'new guy' who listened to my car problem to the professionals who fixed the problem...I felt listened to and they had my car ready in the time line I needed. This was a big deal to me. I had an oil light message and I had to be in Omaha the next day. It didn't cost an arm, leg or my first born. I would sing their praises but you wouldn't want to hear that. Professional people All the Way. Thanks Ford staff. They were there for me.

made appointment. was there on time they got it right in. They double checked what I wanted checked and completed. Walked me through the process and was on my way within 35 minutes.had oil change and tire rotation.

Took my Jeep in for a recall, made appointment on October 9. Today is the 16th showed up for appointment. Didn't have the part, had a week to order it. Was not happy, now another trip into town.

Watertown Ford Chrysler is a great place to get your next vehicle. They treat you like family and will take care of you. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased there and would buy there again without hesitation. Their service department was great as well when the starter on my pickup went out a couple years ago.

AWESOME SERVICE! Sharon was QUICK to help replacing our fob battery. Being new to the area and accustom to waiting for customer service issues like this at other dealerships was a welcome surprise today.

Not super impressed with the lack of communication at Ford. During the Spring we were interested in car A. We weren t able to look at it one evening but could come the next day. 2-3 hours before coming it was sold okay that s fine. For about 5 weeks messaged a salesman about car B. We had test drove it entire family loved it!! Asked about a sensor that needed to be fixed, brakes and tires. They took it to Sharps to be fixed didn t hear back went on vacation (told the salesperson) when we got back we really wanted this car. Yup, while we were gone someone else sold it. For 5 weeks invested time in trying to communicate to someone who s a nice person, but was beyond disappointed to have yet another vehicle sold. Honestly, not sure I would ever want to go back because the trust isn t there.

I bought a vehicle from their used lot and bought a warranty with it. I took the vehicle in for spark plugs at a different shop and discovered a whole plethora of other problems-totaling about $2500 in repairs on a vehicle I ve barely put 1500 miles on. Great, I took it back and was told they would look at it. I was told NOTHING was covered under my warranty and it would all be out of pocket. I called the warranty place myself and was told Ford never even put in a claim!!! I m not sure about anyone else but this screams that Ford just wanted their hands in my pockets and they were hoping I wouldn t follow up and would pay for my repairs out of pocket! Completely unprofessional, lazy, and greedy. Take your car somewhere else to get work done, Ford does NOT advocate for their customers.

Horrible service. No one ever knows what s going on! I made an appointment for warranty work and when I showed up they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I was apprehensive to leave my vehicle there fearing they wouldn t know where it was when I came to pick it up!Fast forward a few months and we need a replacement key for our f-150. Called to make an appointment and the lady said we didn t need one and to come whenever they will have time. Came today and of course they have absolutely no time and don t know when they will have time. How do you tell a potential customer to come whenever and then turn them away? Horrible horrible customer service. Watertown Ford will NOT be receiving anymore of my business!

I would like to thank the service staff and crew of Watertown Ford for being so prompt upon helping us with a mechanical problem during the Christmas holiday week. We were trying to get to North Dakota for Christmas and we, like so many others, had a problem with our vehicle. The guys were able to get us in the next day and get us on the road. NOT Quick at all! Only 2 cars ahead of me with a estimated wait time of 1hr 15mins. 3hrs later and a lot of consumed cookies. It was done. At least their sales Manager Jason is great at customer relations and great to deal with.

I was traveling through South Dakota on the I-29 when my Serpentine belt blew up on my Expedition. I got a tow into Ford and I believe it was less than one hour later they had me on the road again, headed home to Manitoba. Gina and Eric went out of their way to help me. I really appreciated it. They made me and my family comfortable in the waiting area while they got the belt and replaced it. We were on the road less than 2 hours after the belt went. If I was stuck near there again I would definitely go back.Thanks guys!

Took our pickup in to get a receiver put on the back. A simple job turned into a fiasco. There was no mechanic there in Accessories, so Rob, himself, did the job....just a matter of finding the right tools he said. Great service! Thank you :)

Poor Customer Service. Took work vehicle there for an oil change and an estimate for brake repair, was quickly told to move as I had accidentally pulled into the service lane and not the Oil Change Lane. I then moved the truck to the Oil Change Lane and went into the building and spoke to a young lady at the oil change desk. Told her we wanted an oil change and estimate on the brake repair. She called a cpl hrs later and said vehicle was done. Co worker went a picked it up, but they had not looked at the brakes and written an estimate . He was told, you have to speak to service for a estimate on brakes.Wow!!

I was recently having trouble with the radio in my jeep. I worked with Marc and he was AMAZING. Everything about my ford experience was quick, convenient, and friendly! After my first visit for them to check what needed to be done, I received a complimentary car wash AND Marc personally delivered my vehicle back to work! So kind. The second appointment was just as prompt and Marc once again delivered my vehicle! So appreciated. I cannot say enough good things!

Took delivery of my 2022 Ford Maverick today, the salesman Tim Amy was fantastic to work with through and through. Knew his product front to back even when cars are in short supply. Cannot thank the guys at Watertown Ford enough for selling my vehicle at MSRP in this crazy pandemic, paperwork was a breeze and my time was valued with my 10.5 hour drive home. 10/10 experience cannot thank them enough!

Quick, efficient and friendly service. Love their "snack bar"!!! Friendly and quality service at a reasonable price. Wait time for servicing seemed to be a bit longer than usual. They always do a great job at servicing my vehicle and keeping me informed.

Amazing staff and amazing service. I m biased though since I worked here before. It did take two hours from my oil change and I was in the 30 minutes or less slot so that was a bummer but otherwise great place!
