Friendly experience and quick turn around. I've trusted other shops in town and had issues with scratched wheels and torn beads on brand new tires. I've trusted them with my projects and they haven't let me down. Prices are fair and the staff was nice. I've come to this shop before and will again in the future.

10/10 Recommend. I was able to get squeezed in last second with no appointment...and then ran into issues that nobody anticipated happening (and the store was down to just 1 tech and the store's manager). They are the greatest auto shop. They do tires but so much more!! They can handle any automotive issue that you have. They will tell you exactly what is wrong and provide you solutions to help decide what is the best course of action to fix you vehicle. Very customer focused!!!

This place is a joke. The wheel studs on my trailer sheared off. I went there looking for help. Long of the short is, they told me to go find my own parts at autozone. If I could find the parts (on my own) they would do the repair.

We were traveling from Iowa to Minnesota on a Saturday when we had our wheelbearing go out on our truck on the interstate. The wheel was ready to fall off and was at an angle and smoking. We limped into one tire shop but they were unable to help us. Most places in Watertown are closed on Saturdays but we found Tires Plus. We were told to bring it in at 3 and they would see what they could do. We had it towed in at 2 and they started on it as soon as they could. Unfortunately everything had melted together due to the heat. We thought for sure we would be spending Sat-Mon in Watertown but two of the the techs went above and beyond the call of duty. Justin and Zach ended up staying a couple hours late after closing time to be able to get our vehicle fixed so we could continue on our way. Justin was wonderful about coming out and keeping us updated on everything as it went along, he was able to get the needed part and didn't kick us out at closing time. This was a Saturday evening and they gave up their time to help us. It was a tough job since everything kind of fused together and took a lot of work but they helped us out and we went on to finish our trip on Saturday. This place was amazing and we will keep them in mind whenever we travel that way again. The cost was very fair for all the work they had to do. Tires Plus management should be very proud of the ethic these two guys have.

If you want honest, helpful, and reasonably priced service, look no further! Front desk person was incredibly patient and helpful with me and our check engine light problem. Even recommended other shops who might potentially get my job done faster (because he wasn't just out to get my business). In the end, his shop attended to my car's problem and got us back on the road to be able to return home in the same day (travelling home from vacation).Service: Oil change

Highly recommend this business for everyone. Was having brake issues with my vehicle. I called them up and they were very polite and informative. Vehicle was in and out of the shop very fast and was back on the road in no time.

I was traveling through and had an issue with my trailer tires. It was a Saturday, so only 2 guys were working and they were busy as hell. Still, they sqeezed me in, swapped my tires around and got me back on the road in a hurry. Both of the guys working, were polite and professional.

I brought a wheel and tire in to the store for a colleague to have it inspected since it went flat the night before. They allowed me to leave it and go about my day when, to my surprise, I received a call in seemingly no time at all stating the tire was patched up and good to go. I was even able to send my co-worker there and they put it back on her car on the spot. What was a stressful experience for my coworker ended up being a painless and inexpensive repair.

Worst experience I ve ever hadThe owner is rude and completely incapable and the manager is Unknowledged -unable to even diagnosis cars properly, wasted over two weeks of my time and problem still exists and now I m off to the dealership where they did the job right first appointment and next day after clown show at tires plus inept service!Would not recommended to anyone!

Didn't even tighten my brake caliper mounting bolts after doing axle repair. My caliper flew off shortly after and destroyed one of my wheels and the caliper itself. They've also failed to tighten my oil drain plug bolt in the past which I caught immediately, thankfully.They used to be a good shop, but completely avoid them at all costs now.

Went in to get rims swapped on my truck and when I looked at my after market rims they took off they left scratches in some gouges in the rim. It s like the guy running the tire machine had no idea what he was doing. Now these rims were expensive. They are painted rims with silver accents. The owner said he would clean them up. I went back and they looked the same. I pointed out the scratches and marks on the rim and he stated that s what happens when you take tires off a rim. So right their was a red flag to me. That just shows that the quality of work they do by not taking precautions on rims that cost over a grand. I m very disappointed in the owners lack of care or concern. Especially when you can see a big pry mark on the rim with the paint chipped off. So just a heads up to anyone having tire work done on your ride with custom rims.

Quality of work was great.Very nice and polite.Expensive. 140+ for just mounting and balancing 4 tires.Didn't have to put them on the car.I should have asked first.

Fixed my tire and had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Michael was friendly and helpful. Had coffee in the waiting area and the service was inexpensive!

Good staff running a solid operation. Quality work at fair prices. I've used them for a puncture repair and an alignment, so far, but will continue coming back.

Brought my car in for an alignment, not only did they fix that, but they also straightened the steering wheel back out, found a loose bolt and told me how to fix my door latch(it opened a little hard). 7/5 would go there again.

Passing through Watertown. Saw a tire going down. Locals said Tire Plus can fix it. Got there and talked to Al, Service Manager. He said No Problem! Had us back on the road in an hour. Very pleased with this place Reasonable too. Thanks Al.

Caution, this is not a corporate Tires Plus, so they do not hold themselves to the corporate policies or standards. A year and a half ago I had my alternator replaced at a Tires Plus. The warranty from Tires Plus is 24 months or 24,000 miles. On Christmas Eve, we were driving to Sioux Falls when the alternator went out just outside of Watertown. We jumped and brought the car to this Tires Plus, which shows up on the Tires Plus website. Since it was Christmas Eve, they (and everyone else) were closed, we ended up leaving the car and had family pick us up. What we did not know was this Tires Plus is an "independent" so does not honor the Tires Plus warranties. Not sure how the general public is supposed to know such information, but had we known we would have towed elsewhere.

Pulled in with low tire pressure. They were immediately able to add air to my tire, but were not able to check the tire for issues as they were pretty busy. Frienfly with good service.

A friend went here and was treated poorly and was only offered one brand of tires and they were only going to do one set of brakes even though she asked for all the brakes to be done. The people working there were also very sexist to my friend.
