Truck jelled up on me while ice fishing last week so had it towed to Sioux Valley Repair (advise from tow truck driver). Stacy the owner even had a bay open so we put it inside to thaw for the evening and he had me up and running by noon the next day, even picked me up at my hotel. Great service, great work at an affordable price.

We were on a cross country RV trip from MI to WA, when we noticed a coolant leak. The local Ford dealership recommended this shop, because they are equiped for large vehicles. Stacy got us in within 30 minutes, diagnosed a problem with a hose, got the part and had us on the road in no time! He and his young mechanic were wonderful and an answer to our prayers. They were also reasonable in what they charged. We highly recommend this business.

This place was an absolute lifesaver! On our family camping trip, 3 hours from home Stacy took our vehicle in and patiently worked through a mess of unknown issues. Our rear gas tank that we didn't know about exploded due to the exhaust pointing up at it. We had no options, no way to move our camper, no way to get a different vehicle limited resources and 2 rather distraught kids. He made sure we had a road worthy vehicle again and went way above to make the best of our situation and ensure we were able to safely continue on.

This shop over charged me for goods and services. $200 for antifreeze in a 6 gallon system also miss diagoned my truck charging me labor and parts that i did not need. I believe i was grossly over charged on entire bill.

Traveling in our RV from Florida headed to North Dakota - we were making great time when our radiator fan failed. Fortunately we were at the Watertown exit in South Dakota. After confirming failure we first attempted a truck repair business who pointed us to the local Ford dealer. They were of no help. Google to the rescue - found Sioux Valley in a search for RV Repair. The first thing I saw was a great review from a couple in a similar situation. I called - Stacey answered their phone said he was around the corner to come on mi over. They were under the hood immediately-diagnosed the radiator fan clutch had failed - they had a new one in and we were back on the road in about 2 hours. They were great!!

While visiting from Arizona the stairs on my rv became stuck in the down position & I needed 2 head out of town 2 for the birth of a great nephew. Being a friday no one was able 2 get me in till monday at the earliest. Making random calls to places, I wasnt even sure I'd be able to go anywhere till monday at least. Then I called Sioux Valley Repair & my prayers were answered! I was told if I'd come down in an hour that hes take a look. Not only did he take a look but was able to get the stairs unstuck & wrapped up so I could make the 100 mile trip in time 4 the birth & I arrived with out paying an arm & a leg. The guy that helped me was so wonderful & tho I hope I never need my vehicle serviced I can tell you that if I do & I'm in Watertown I know a mechanic I can count on. Thank you so much !!
