Tanner was very professional helpful and informative! He sent me videos of the vehicle as i live out of town and we were able to set up the purchase over the phone! I will be coming back for future purchases. 10/10 would recommend this dealership.

We bought a car here for my daughter. The service we received was decent 5/10, I understand all car salesmen are pushy. We live 3 hours away and we just wanted to look at the car before making a decision, I ended up having to put $500 earnest money down for them to "hold" the car. I was pretty hesitant because I would be out the money if we decided against it. Well I should have listened to my gut feeling because the car was in the shop before I even got the title in the mail needing a new engine so now we are out the total price we paid.

Four years ago I made my first purchase from Sharp Automotive. It was a 2017 Chevy Equinox including an extended warranty. The entire sales experience was outstanding from start to finish. My sales representative, Casey Brooks, was professional, helpful and accommodating. I have been completely satisfied with my purchase. But then recently, 4 years later, it happened! My car broke down in I-29 just a couple miles out of Watertown. It was an alarming and helpless, hopeless feeling. At my request, my car was towed to Sharp Automotive. After a careful inspection, Sharps found the engine had seized causing a catastrophic failure. The engine could not be repaired. I was facing thousands of dollars to replace the engine. Mark Abraham, my Sharps Service Advisor, worked tirelessly with my extended warranty reps to identify the cause of loss and provide coverage for my loss. Mark worked on my behalf for 45 days to finally produce a resolution and together with Service Manager Shannon Schock approved and installed a new engine for my car--WITH NO COST TO ME!! Now, that is impressive customer service!! Thanks Sharp Automotive for a great customer service experience after the sale--even 4 years after the sale! Be assured, I'll be back! That's 5-Star Service in any book!

We had a wonderful experience buying a pickup from Alex at Sharps! We were buying for our son s first car and Alex made the process so smooth and helped us every step of the way. We will definitely be going back to Alex for all future vehicle purchases!

Mixed review. I've had excellent service and another time with very poor quality. I overheard one employee saying only one person knew how to do a very simple task. I have a feeling the majority of the people working on the vehicles might not be very skilled. I spent about $800 for something they said was wrong and then it wasn't. Then they wanted over $1k more to fix the real problem. Nope. Never again. Maybe an oil change, but never trusting them again with anything that is more than the basics. This is a shame considering the "dealership" should be the "experts". This was an expensive lesson.

I recently purchased a 2023 GMC Acadia AT4 . The whole process was easy and painless. I live 180 miles, purchased the car over the phone and it was brought to me. Casey Brooks was easy to work with, finance team was straight forward with numbers and would highly recommend anyone to do business with them.

Yikes, I am looking into trading 2 vehicles in for something bigger, I ran across this company that doesn't live far from me so while I was browsing on their website and the inventory. I saw not one but numerous vehicles that are extremely dirty outside apparently they do not want to wash the vehicles before taking pictures that makes the business look dirty and I think I'll just look elsewhere.

I was out on a hunting trip, when my truck came up with a emissions problem and I was about to go into reduced power mode. I went to these guys for help and they got me right in and back on the road within a couple hours! I couldn't have asked for better service!

I took my Toyota Camery in for a recall, oil change, tire rotation IF NEEDED and to address some shaking going on. My first issue is that they talked down to me, explained things they reccomended to me like I was 5 years old and didn't know anything about cars. I declined the services due to the price of each was 150 - 200+ dollars. After I had left and waited for my car, they called me with an update. They again explained the reccomended services they reccomended like I was 5 years old again. The service guy then addressed the issue of the shaking, they reccomended 4 new tires and quoted me 1000$+ for a car... seemed ridiculous. I declined this as well. The the oil change, tire rotation(was not needed) and checking out the shaking was 189$. After I left I went to another mechanic shop and had them check it out, they said the tires were fine and the slight shaking was nothing to be concerend about and charged me nothing for this. After this experience with Sharps Service I will not be going back and will not be reccomending them to anyone, not even a recall that is free to get fixed. I felt like they were trying to money gouge me and scare me into fixing things that did not need to be fixed.

I brought my 2018 Tacoma in for a recall to replace the fuel pump. After part of a week and one weekend in the shop, Sharps finally called and said my truck was done. I drove the truck home, and within 24 hours the check engine light came on, the check engine light had never been on in my history of owning this truck, and I bought it new, so this seemed not to be a coincidence. I hooked up and read the codes myself, they were for a fuel system vacuum leak. I called and they told me it was just a fuel cap, and that I needed a new one. I had to take off the next day on a long road trip, so I bought an aftermarket fuel cap and took off. After a frustrating 1700 mile trip and countless check engine light resets, so I could use my cruise control, I got there. While there, I received a survey pertaining to my warranty work id just received from sharps, I filled it out giving them one star, which is what I felt at the time was deserved for the level of service I received. The next day, I received a call back from the service manager who I dealt with. He wanted me to bring the truck back in and they would take another look at it. I dropped it off again after coming home from that trip, they had the truck for another week, claiming they were waiting on a gas cap. I told them id already replaced it, and it wasn't the issue, they told me it needed to be an OEM one. Finally several days later they called and said my truck was ready. I went in to pick it up, and to my surprise, I had to pay a several hundred dollar bill to be able to get my keys back. They said there was dirt/ debris in a vacuum valve on top of the fuel tank near fuel pump. I thought we were waiting on a fuel cap...? which in my opinion would have been very available and the same on most Toyota vehicles. But, instead my truck had the fuel tank dropped again and some work done to the fuel pump area, again.. seems fishy, and likely a mistake was made while they did the recall on fuel pump two weeks earlier. In the end I had to suffer through this and pay the bill for what was likely a mistake made by their mechanic while performing the fuel pump recall, but there is no way to prove this. To this day while filling the truck with fuel I cannot get the fuel pump handle to stay on while pumping gas, it will click off several times during a fill up, seems like there is a venting issue and the nozzle senses back pressure and clicks off. I don't like leaving a bad review for a local business, but I feel it is necessary, this event happened several years ago, and its possible things have improved in the shop since. I have received excellent service from Sharps in the past going back 10 years ago.Service: Electrical

I scheduled our vehicle for an air bag recall for a morning appointment. I dropped the keys off the evening before and was told it would take about an hour and a half. My wife went to pick it up after she got off work and theyI said they didn't have the vehicle nobody dropped it off. My wife said we dropped it off the night before and then they start. d looking for the keys. What a joke!! I will NEVER go back to this so called business

This place is not to be trusted with servicing. Took my pickup there for a tire rotation and oil change and they tried telling me I had a bunch of other issues. And due to me not wanting them to do the repairs they messed some things up on my pickup during the oil change and I've been having issues ever since.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Dishonest... had a pre-purchase inspection done on the vehicle by an independent party, told me one of the rear shocks was bad and should be replaced. Sharp says it's been inspected by their own mechanics and does not warrant replacement. I run my hand along the shock and it's caked with oil. Should have known they were dishonest from the beginning when the car was advertised online as having a back up camera and Bluetooth, neither of which are actual features.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I arranged to purchase a Prius V from Sharp after working with Robbie over the phone for several days. There were a number of scratches that I was concerned about from the pictures and he claimed that the service department could buff them out. We agreed on that and let him know that I would see them in a few days and even texted him when I was leaving Minneapolis for the 200 mile trip. I cleared my Saturday, arranged for a babysitter, and set off.Robbie called me two hours into the drive saying that the scratch was too deep to be buffed out and they had had an agreement with the person who had traded it in to have it taken care of. Clearly it would not be done in the next three hours. He said that I could work with the previous seller to have it taken care of and I turned around instantly and cancelled. Sharp Automotive was aware of these issues and knew they would come up, yet waited until I was on my way and in a jam to negotiate anything. Would not recommend doing business with Sharp now or in the future.

BUYERS BEWARE!! Purchased a used car from them when it was raining only to find out the next day it had hail damage that was not reported or in the ad. Two days later the check engine light came on. Called to see if they could at least fix the check engine light issue and they told me I was on my own. I would not trust this place again. They also had nothing to say about the hail damage other then a sorry.

To quote the service dept: the tech must have missed lug nut day at school, haha Unfortunately, not so funny.This place is not to be trusted.They botched my brake replacement by not putting either of the two lug nuts that connect the brake caliper to the vehicle.When asked for a discount on the service I was denied.Ultimately, they did remedy the issue by putting new lug nuts in free of charge.
