I was visiting Watertown a few weeks ago from Minnesota, I knew my front brakes needed replacing but thought I could make it the 400 mile round trip, not. Called some places and were all about a week out, my GF suggested this business as she knew the family and has work done there before, took me in that morning and brakes were done before the end of the day, same price as the shop I normally use in MN, great work and thank you.

As an out-of-town motorist with an unexpected car problem, I didn't know what to expect when I walked into this repair shop. My experience could not have been better! The customer service is outstanding, staff friendly and super helpful, and the repair was quick, done right and at a reasonable rate.

I only bring my car here. Everyone is so kind and truly takes care of my car. I find myself on average bringing my car to a shop about once to twice a month. They will always take care of me, and treat me as a priority. Thank you guys!

I was traveling on business and had a front wheel bearing go out on my Avalanche. They got it done the same day even though they were very busy. Awesome customer service, excellent work and reasonable pricing. These people know what customer service is all about. I was a mechanic for many years and know what it takes. Shelly does an incredible job serving as liaison between the shop and customer. Highly recommend to anyone.

A day before we were to head back to Texas, a 14 hour drive, we took it to have it serviced and they did a great job. Bob and his team were able to pinpoint the issue (alternator) and they were able to fix my car. Since then my car hasn t made that alternator noise and we drove back assured that our car wasn t going to go out on us. The lady in the front desk was also sweet and kind they offered to lend us a car while they were repairing ours. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone out there in Watertown.

I ran into some engine trouble while traveling on Christmas Eve. I called Sherbenskies not expecting to get an answer. Not only were they open, but willing to get me in right away with their busy schedule. They even stayed late to ensure my vehicle was repaired and reliable before the holiday weekend. Fast, friendly service from some of the nicest folks you'll ever meet.

Highly recommend for any of your service needs. We were on vacation when our A/C quit working. I contacted them at 7:30 on a Monday morning and they fit me in first thing in the morning. We were able to enjoy our vacation with very little delay. Very friendly and caring family.

Honest. Reliable. Trustworthy.My battery was acting up, thought it might also be the alternator and of course was about to head of town after work. Called several places; all of which were really busy. Called Scherbenske Auto. They were also really busy, but said that they would try to squeeze me in some time (that day!). If only to do a diagnostic to see what the issue was (ended up only being the battery - thankfully!!) Not only did they get the diagnostic done, BUT they also had two batteries to choose from and they were able to squeeze me in and get it done. I ll be going back!

Never met anyone else with as much knowledge and experience to fix almost any automobile, very friendly staff, and hands down best full service shop in town.

Having my nisson frontier engine light checked out at this place was a God send.Best place I've ever taken a vehicle to, kind, knowledgeable wonderful experience. Will not be going anywhere else from now on.

Great service, great tires, at a great price. They even squeezed me in just as a major snowstorm was hitting so I could have a match set on my 4-wheel drive vehicle.

I tried to get an alignment done on my truck but they referred me somewhere else why I don't know. So I didn't use them but I hear they do really great work.
