The guys at Rob s got our family in to repair our air conditioner at a moments notice. They were kind and helped us get back in the road so much more comfortable and allowed our family vacation to continue with ease. Rob's Auto is fantastic! They are friendly, thorough, flexible, and affordable. I love picking up my vehicle to find they have vacuumed the interior and cleaned all my windows. No more bugs!

Marc and his team are amazing. Seems they are constantly going above and beyond. With 6 cars in our family, we have our fair share of oil changes, flat tires and other "issues" Each time, Marc takes a stressful situation and quickly makes it manageable.Superior customer service along with just being good people, Marc and Rob's Auto will have our business for life. 5 stars for the business and an EASY 5 stars for Marc

Rob's Auto was our saving grace on 8/26/2021 when travelling along I29 in a terrible storm our wiper blade blew off. We made it to Watertown & googled "Auto Repair". Rob's was the first place I saw. I called Rob's Auto telling them where we were (even though I had very little clue where I was) what our trouble was & asked if they could help. They gave me step-by-step directions to get to them & said they sure could help us. When we arrived they pulled our vehicle right into their shop, fixed our wipers, replaced both blades & checked the storms status! Great service! Very reasonably priced & felt like almost family. Highly recommend this repair shop.

Needed brake lines flared for my 68' truck. I had the lines on hand and just needed them cut and the fitting swapped over. First place I went to said they couldn't do it. I called Rob's up and they said they would be more than happy to help. Picked them up later in the day and the flares look factory with new fitting on. Beautiful work. I will be back if I need more done.Service: Brakes

Had a radiator replaces and my ac recharged. They didn't put an o ring on one of the hoses and it sprayed antifreeze all over my engine. Had to fix it myself and buy coolant to refill it. They charged me for both so I double paid for those. Also lost the cap to my air conditioning line. Seemed like good people but I wasn't happy with the service at all.

Great place to have your vehicle taken care of. Only place I take my vehicles. Robs team is outstanding. Mark is nothing but helpful. They are all very knowledgable about what they do and are more than happy to explain things to you.

He's a stand up guy and does what he says he will.Edit: I was wrong with my original 4 star review. They supposedly replaced two parts on my van. Very soon after, those two parts quit working again. Not impressed.
