Fantastic customer service. Anyone I spoke with was very friendly. I needed a windshield replacement. They got me in a couple days later, and it was done the same day.

These folks are true PROFESSIONALS. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed just a small piece of tempered glass and they treated me like I was spending hundreds of dollars with them. They were very, very helpful getting me a piece of replacement glass for my fireplace. No upsell, no add-ons, no "extra" charge - just friendly, helpful service. When I need glass of any kind in the future, I will see them first.

We wanted long side mirrors to put (Flush) on the two sides of a china cabinet I have.Janet really worked with me & put much thought into it.She told me what glue to use, etc.They got it ready & we picked them both up!It turned out perfectly & we are so happy with it!Also, the price was right! Asked them to replace a window, after a couple months and several "Let me check on that and call you back." conversations (she never called back), they began to send me bills. Bills for a service I never received. Point of the story? They're the worst company I've dealt with in town.
