Totally negative. Took my 4 wheeler to them that was running but with choke partially on. Got it back partially tore down and a cardboard box with parts. They had a part timer working on it and had it for 7 months. First time I ever took anything to be fixed in one piece and got it back in pieces. Like taking your car to get repaired in one piece and getting it back in pieces. Not happy and not recommended. Can t even give star rating!!! Plus I had to pay for getting it back not running and in parts.

This was the First time buying a machine at all from a dealer and they made the experience super easy simple and fast! Thank you so much for all your help looking to add some more accessories in the future on my krx1000 will most definitely be doing business again in the future highly recommend!

Chandler was very easy to work with - added accessories on the Wolverine that I asked for and when I showed up the unit was ready to be loaded and I was on my way with all paperwork completed in less than an hour. Terrific experience with Evolution Powersports!

The employees were prompt in finding a time for my equipment, good about checking to make sure that I knew what they thought should be done, and letting me know what the costs would be for the job. I was very pleased with the whole process.

The service department was great to work with, I called and told them I would be half hour late and they said no problem what so ever. I waited while my repair was ongoing and was updated how things were going. I highly recommend Evolution Power Sports

We took our jet ski in for winterizing. Had set up the appointment last week and checking in was a breeze. Those guys are always friendly and welcoming. They explained what would be done, approximate cost, and when we could pick it up. He went over the invoice again, asked if we had questions. And in spite of the windy, rainy, cold day, he came out and helped hook the trailer up. Great experience with Evolution Powersports!

Honestly probably one of the best buying experiences I ve had! I ordered 3 different side by sides from 3 different dealerships due to the supply constraint Evolution was the only one that actually kept me informed and was realistic about time lines. Once it showed up, they made the buying process extremely easy!

We just purchased a pontoon from Evolution and it was the best sales experiences we have ever had.Parker was extremely helpful in guiding us to the boat that best fit our needs. He knows his boats! He was quick to respond to our questions and help in anyway he could without being pushy. He even noticed an issue that we probably wouldn t have seen, pointed it out to us and made a plan to get it fixed.Tyler in service worked extra hours and fit us into his schedule so that we could have our boat for the weekend. He easily could have waited until the following week as we were the ones who waited until last minute to make a decision. Best boat service tech in town!

Brandon in sales is honest as they come. Our organization has purchased a number of machines with the same result great machines at a fair price. Brought my machine in for first service at 1000 miles and they were professional and organized. They cared about my time and getting my machine right.

Customer service was amazing here! For perspective, if you say junp they ask how high. Parker helped us get our boat ready fast and they were willing to do whatever it took to get it done for us by our deadline. We drove 3.5 hrs from MN to Evolution and glad we did! We definitely recommend and would do business with them again!

They got me in quick which was good. Got 2 new tires and a fork seal replaced. Was an issue with the starter when I went to pick it up but they addressed that right away and got it back to me the next day. Was some confusion/misunderstanding with some of the work done but they took the time to explain that to me as well.

Have a 2009 Polaris browning edition 800cc ATV. Engine was starved for oil. Called evolution power sports. Explained to them what had happened to the engine. Asked if they had rebuilt the 800cc engine before. And if they had what was worst case scenario on rebuilding it. Was told 2,400. So made appointment and brought it in.Two days later a different guy called and said they had it tore down. Said cost now would be 4,600. And if we wanted them to repair it. I said what would be the diagnostic charge if we didn t repair it. He told me 200.Also asked how did it go from my first quote of 2,400 to 4,690. He said that he never gave me that original quote which was true. At that time I stated if we decided to repair it. That I wanted to be sure the check I wrote when done would be for the 4,600. He said I will have the technician look again to make sure.So a day or two later I get a call. And now they tell the rebuild would be just over 8,000. Then later that day they called and told me what they had for new ones. Had a new Yamaha 700cc for 9700. Asked early on if we rebuilt it. How long did they warranty there work. Was told thirty days. Told them would think on it and let then no what we decided.Did some research found a machine shop call Indy specialty s in cannon falls. They rebuild them to as good as new or better they. With a six month warranty.So called evolution sports yesterday and said we were coming to pick it up. Got there they machine outside with the parts in boxes. They did help load it.When into pay for diagnostics and that went from 200 to 387. Told them I had found a rebuilt engine that was warranted for six months. And was rebuilt to be as good as new or better. They said they couldn t install that because warranty would be out the window. They wouldn t need to warranty the engine the company that rebuilt does that for six months. All they would have needed to do was install the engine and put the rest of machine back together. But maybe they are not allowed to do that because they are a Polaris dealer.However with how everything turned out. I can t see myself doing any business there again.
