Silas was the only one to respond to my on-line search for insurance quotes on my vehicles and home. He contacted me to find out exactly what I was looking for. He was very pleasant and courteous. I did choose to switch to State Farm, but for practicality purposes, I contacted a local agent in Rapid City. If I had lived in eastern South Dakota, I am sure I would have chosen to use Silas as my agen, though!

I had Silas as my agent and he did a fabulous job! Everything was explained very thoroughly and clearly, and he was very patient and kind as well. I felt very satisfied with the help and I would recommend Silas as your agent!!!

I had a wonderful experience getting my new policy set up thanks to my agent Silas! He was detailed on the ins and outs of what I was looking for.Most importantly he had my best interests in mind when browsing different plans to pick out. Without a doubt I would highly recommend this office.

I met with Silas Henderson and he was extremely helpful in our meeting. He informed me of my coverage options, talked me through my current savings plans/goals and what options will help me achieve them, and got me started on my long term planning for my life. Above all, he was helpful and kind. If you are looking to find insurance coverage and want someone who is willing to sit down with you and genuinely help you with your options, I recommend going to Silas Henderson at Bill Speier s office in Watertown!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Silas Henderson. I started searching for a new agency for my auto and renters insurance a few days ago. I spoke with a lot of agents and agencies during that time. I felt the most comfortable and informed by Silas, and didn't feel like I was being pressured into a quick sale. I read that State Farm excelled in customer service, and Silas proved that was true. Mikel recently helped me with getting home owners insurance. She was very helpful with checking all the basis with me making sure everything was covered. She also quoted me for a life policy. Excellent customer service!

I went to get a quote done at a location in Watertown. Mikel was very helpful with making it a priority to help me even with how busy she was when I entered her office. She had good customer service and walked me through everything answering all questions I had.

I recently called their office to ask about a life insurance policy and possibly auto. Mikel was very encouraging and helpful with not only explaining coverage but also getting the prices lower if not t lest the same as my current auto insurance.

Have had policies with this agency for many years. They have always answered my questions with the best possible option for my needs. Most recently I had a need for insurance they didn t offer, but they went out of their way to find another local provider who could offer the coverage I needed. Thankful to have someone in this field I can trust.

Back in December 2022 I had a major health issue to which Mikel was at the old local agent at that time before I switched. She was generous, genuinely open to helping me focus on staying positive despite what the doctors told me and she sent me a get well card.That small token was enough for me that when she left that local agent shortly afterwards I am thankful to God I had her number. I switched to this new agency as I am going where I am appreciated not tolerated.I am glad I made the switch for my business, and all my insurance needs. The environment is relaxing friendly and reminds me a lot of the tv series, Cheers where everyone welcomes you knows your name all in a professional manner.

I hold multiple Policies with State Farm through Bill Speier and his statefarm insuranceI have always been treated with kindness, and respect. These people are AMAZING! MIKEL GEAR has been phenomenal with my claim and getting done the hard stuff with insurance claims.Bill has been patient and understanding in how hard this current claim has been for me. It's hard for most people to understand that loss through theft and or vandalism can rip your world apart, however the WaterTown Statefarm team has been nothing short of miraculous with their hard work towards helping me through my personal tragedy!Shout out to WATERTOWN STATEFARM FOR BEING EPIC AT THEIR JOB!
