The work was done excellently and faster then we expected . I cannot tell the new to the rest of the car. I didn't expect to have the car detailed inside and out. Fantastic job, you guys rock. I liked that you kept us updated as things progressed. Thanks guys I will recommend you to everyone I should have taken before pictures so I could show everyone the differance.

Had my windshield smashed by some heavy farming equipment, called ABRA and spoke with Melissa. Very helpful and understanding when the 1st attempt to have it fixed didn t work out on my part, 2nd time around, success! Melissa kept me informed through the whole process. Her professional demeanor and willingness to help were very much appreciated! 5 stars only because more was not an option!! Thanks ABRA!

Overall the guys did a great job on my repairs. Honestly the paint job is an A- as there were a few things I spotted. Nick at the front desk was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Maybe my expectations were too high. I would recommend them to others for both workmanship and turn around time.

I felt like you didn't listen to my wishes, when you called before Christmas when I asked you not to. Then when I called the week after Christmas, you didn't know who I was and couldn't easily find my original quote. When I picked up the car it was parked by Hwy 212 with the keys left in the ignition!

Friendly, considerate staff. Work replacing windshield seems to have done well, but the coming months will tell. Customer waiting area is a bit spartan. Work took longer than expected, perhaps due to a miscommunication between staff members. Those issues aside, it was a good experience!

ABRA replaced the mirror on the passenger side of my vehicle. I was in the shop for a total of 25 minutes. Their service was great and they had me in and out in no time. My brother sent his vehicle in for a bumper repair a few months ago and the service took 3 weeks to complete. His bumper also fell off his vehicle driving down the interstate a few weeks after their poor installation. Despite his taking so long and the poor installation, I decided to take my vehicle in for repair as well. It has now been a month I have been without a vehicle and the parts have not even been ordered yet. There was no communication while I waited 2 weeks for them to just do an estimate and they let my car sit. They also did not call when there was a small discrepancy between Abra and my insurance so it sat even longer. I recommend not taking your car here if you want to wait a long period of time without a vehicle.Service: Body & Trim
