Our RV had an issue and the gentleman here was so helpful. I showed him photos and he got us back on the road. This Ace is great I highly recommend stopping in. Thank you so much for your help!

I needed a new propane regulator for my generator, but my generator has an unusual quick connect fitting. I wish I d gotten the gentleman s name. The employee I asked for help finding their regulators ended up spending an hour helping me brainstorm, pick barbed fittings and hose clamps, and helping me cut up the old and new hoses to splice together a hose with a new regulator and the old quick connect.

Ace Hardware in Wall South Dakota was extremely helpful. My husband and I were on our way to Wyoming for our honeymoon when we blew an intercooler boot. None of the surrounding automotive parts stores had the part we needed nor a helpful attitude. We found ourselves at ace hardware fashioning a part to limp us to Rapid City. We both greatly appreciated the help from the employees at Ace and the kind smiles. Great place!

Always a great place to get the random handyman stuff I need, plus great seasonal stuff too. Helpful & friendly staff, plus they offer very reasonable prices & some awesome sales! Can't beat all that, especially in a small rural community!!!!

Very poor business hours.I called on a certain product to see if it was on the shelf but the guy that answered the phone just kept making excuses for me to come to the store and check for myself. He would not even go look to see it he had the product on the shelf. He said " I'm sure we have them". Then he began to bore me with all the various products which I already knew. I just wanted him to go to the shelf and put eyes on the product which he would not do.

On 7/12/17 We were in Wall. Discovered we broke a bolt on our hitch to our camper. It was after hours, and we were in a jam. There was an after hours number to call, so we took a chance to find out time they opened. Instead of waiting, Darwin came over and not only got us the bolt, but cut off the broken one for us.He saved us. I will forever be grateful to the amazing man and his brother and friend.Small town heaven...

Great hardware store. The employees were super helpful. Nice automotive section to keep your crappy motorcycle alive for a little longer.
