The team at Bob s was top notch!. Not only were they seeking to understand the issue with my son s car while being at college, we had follow up calls to let us know the concerns and their recommendations. They were quick and concise at a fair price.

In a freak incident of my oil plug falling out, I called around town looking for someone to get me in as I don't live in Vermillion. Bob's Sinclair came to my rescue. They asked me questions over the phone to assess the situation right away and called me a tow truck. I got my vehicle back quickly and was blown-away by how fair the pricing was for the situation I was in. They go the extra mile in their service. I am very relieved and happy with their services.

Earlier this month my wife and I were driving from Kansas City to the Black Hills, when my car s check engine light came on and I lost my cruise control, traction control, and AWD capabilities. I left the highway at by chance- the exit to Vermillion, South Dakota. Using google, I went to three different auto service locations and were declined service. While polite, each person did not have an interest in helping me. I then went to Bob s Sinclair Service (200 E. Main Street, Vermillion, SD) and Bob immediately began diagnosing and ultimately resolving the problem. Additionally, his co-worker Corey extended the traditional Midwest warmth and struck up a wonderful conversation. Bob and his crew are top-notch, and some of the kindest, most genuine people you could ever meet. My wife and I will always be grateful for their presence and willingness to help. We were in town for a funeral when our tie rod broke. Bob made a temporary repair to get it on the tow truck, then adjusted his workflow to get us back on the road practically immediately, all at a very reasonable cost. Good old-fashioned small-town honest work at a fair price: refreshing to find in this day and age. And it was fun to see a working Sinclair with all the logos and such, brought back great memories! Thanks Bob and team!

I took my car in due to some concerns with the brake system. They were quick to check things over and gave me honest advice about what to do instead of overcharging me for unnecessary repairs. I would 100% recommend this place and will be taking my car here for future work.

Good service. Went in for a four wheel alignment after i got new tires. Price was $85 with tax and labor. Dropped it off in the morning at 8am, went to class and then they called me at 2pm to pick it up. Easy peasy and so far so good.

Cory is especially great! She drove to Beresford to pick up our tires personally in a storm! That way we could leave in time for our trip. Ben and all the techs are also great!

The best experiences I've had at an auto body shop were at Bob's. The employees are nice, patient, and provide useful information. They understand car troubles are not ideal, and make the process go as smooth as possible.

I took my Jeep in so they could look into why the check engine light was going on and off. They didn't charge me for things I KNOW they could have, that other shops routinely do charge. They of course explained to me what was wrong (turned out to be something simple and which didn't need to be fixed), and more importantly didn't push any unnecessary fixes on me. Prompt service all around, from making my appointment, to the short amount of time they had my car, and fairly priced. I'd definitely recommend them.

Would not go back. I had gone to this shop because it came so highly recommended. Get my car there for two problems. One of the problems was "fixed" and told that I should be fine unless there was a bigger problem. In regards to my check engine light, it was reset and told that they couldn't do anything about it (and didn't know why it was happening). Paid a pretty penny. A few drives later, the first problem is back and I can no longer drive my car. Call them to be greeted rather rudely and be told that they had told me this would happen. Was highly disappointed and would not recommend.

I took my car here because it was making a loud grinding sound when I turned the steering wheel. They were able to get it fixed within a timely manner and the price was super reasonable. Very happy I went to these guys!

Took my car to Bob's Sinclair Services knowing that they had done good work on a friend's car a couple months back. After looking at my car for free they were unable to do the repair, in my case, do to some manufacturer's shenanigans but were able to recommend another shop in town that could take it. They ended up saving me about $180 and a trip to Sioux City. I would recommend Bob's Sinclair Services as your first stop for all your car needs in Vermillion.

Stayed in Vermilion coming back from Sturges and noticed my trailer wheel bearings on one side was toast! How I made this far was remarkable. At 7:30am pulled in and by 9:30 was back on the road with a brand new axle. Bob the owner is one of a kind. Best experience ever!!!

Sinclairs is the most helpful shop in town, they willing help replace wiper blade, tire pressure, and oil anytime I've asked. I can't thank them enough.

Have taken my vehicles to bobs for 25 plus years but this morning I had an appointment in the morning for a diagnostic on my car that would literally take 5 minutes to perform. So when I get there they said it would be later this afternoon before they would even look at it. I complained a bit so the kid did my test in about 2 minutes but was very rude and put out.
