Troy and Scott worked with us to end our search for a "unicorn" Ford Flex. We looked long and hard for a specific color , specific options and EcoDrive (twin turbos). They had the exact car we wanted and were able to reach a price that the big dealerships and internet sales could not compete with. No hidden prices or added services (I am looking at you Infiniti of Kansas City). A snow storm made it difficult for us to go to the sales lot. They were very helpful and met us half way to deliver us our car on New Years Eve! The car was beautiful and we recommend to any one looking for a car to include Quality Motor in their search. Happy New Year and thank you for your excellent service! We could not be happier!I have added some photos of our purchase and my happy wife driving to work on the first day back from the holidays.

I bought a truck from them and had the check engine light pop on three days later. How convenient truck was bought as is. Sketchy business do not recommend them.

I bought a car for my son from this place in September 2022, they told me the car had a small oil leak. Guy I spoke with said he didn't even see any spots underneath the car it was so small. I bought the car and as soon as I got back into town and filled it up with gas, the car over heated. Turns out it has a blown head gasket, so the car is a lemon. This dealer has a mechanic on site so they had to know this car was a lemon, just threw away $4650. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE GUYS EVER!

They replaced valve cover gaskets on my Escalade and one of them wasn t fitted right. I don t hold that against them because they fixed it for free. But when I went in to have more work done on it they refused service because I was late to the appointment . They wouldn t even let me leave the truck so they could work on it later or a different day. Guy was condescending. You re providing a service, that s not how you treat a customer ready to spend thousands at your shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great dealership! I bought an SUV that I realized had a bad headlight a few days after purchase while driving at night. I called them to get it fixed and they repaired it for free! It ended up being expensive to fix and they gave me a loaner vehicle to use while they fixed the issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Professional salesmen and an awesome mechanic.

We had a good experience buying an SUV from Quality Motor. The SUV started acting up after we got it home, we called them and they said bring it in and our mechanic will take a look at it. Quality Motor covered the costs and didn t charge us to fix it (it ended up being a very costly repair too!) Troy sold me a used Kia. He was great about answering questions. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and left with a new car within an hour. The car was a great price, and I got a trade in credit much higher than I had been quoted elsewhere. Very satisfied!

I bought my first truck in high school from Troy and loved it. He also helped me sell it once I graduated. Bought a Jeep in 2017 and have had no issues with it, whenever I need a fix or windshield fixed I can normally get my car in right away.

Bought a clean used sedan all online/over phone. Car was exactly what Troy said it was. Minor title issue (not Quality's fault) but Scott and Troy took care of it, sending new title via overnight mail and included refund to cover small late penalty incurred by me upon licensing car.

Troy and Scott have your back! Two days after inquiry they had the exact model, the exact year, the exact price (even the exact color!) vehicle that I requested, checked, washed, vacuumed, and waiting for me to drive away. It simply does not get any better than this! Thanks guys!

We broke down in Vermillion 500+ miles from our home in Arkansas. The guys at Quality Motors fixed us up the very same day and let us hang out in the dealership while we waited. The work was also done wonderfully and we made it home safely.

My elderly dad bought a pickup from them. Drove all the way from vermillion ro Sioux city with no sway bar attached. Very dangerous to say the least, easy fix. But obviously they did not want to crawl under the vehicle and inspect it. Buyer beware!! Terrible used car lot!!

Being a parent sending their child to school away from home, it's nice to know there is an honest shop that can help in a pinch. I made a last minute call for a repair to my child's car and they were able to accommodate me within a few hours.

my wife and i have bought and traded 5 or 6 cars from Troy in the last 2 years.Even sold 1 back to him.Always got a great deal more then fair trade in value and Kevin in the service dept is great.

We recently bought a car from here and drove it back to our trusted mechanic and he told us the leaks in the engine were obvious to see and the dealership knew and covered them up when we bought it.... cost $1,370 in repairs after buying a car they assured us was a great car with no problems.. we were partly in the wrong for not having it checked out first and assuming this dealership was honest and nice.. will never go back here again and tell everyone I know to never buy a car here horrible and dishonest people.

Told me it would cost no more than 35 dollars to change my oil. They changed a filter and put the more expensive kind of oil in my car without informing me or asking. When I went in to pay it cost over 70 dollars...over twice what they told me it would be! When I asked why it was twice what they told me it would be the guy was extremely rude. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
