Great service! Dana answered the phone right away and was friendly and helpful in answering my questions. Taylor arrived the next morning and was professional and knowledgeable, and she quickly fixed our furnace and explained ongoing maintenance of our older system. Highly recommend.

The tech who takes care of my ancient heaters is so nice, thorough, and professional. They were able to help me in a timely manner and now I have a nice warm house. He deserves a raise. I definitely recommend this company.

Needed a pre-Winter heating service and check. Tyler R serviced two fireplaces and 20+ yr old furnace. Extremely friendly, professional, transparent, knowledgeable, and respectful. Whole process from requesting a quote to payment was simple and efficient.Thanks!

Liked it when the technician Tyler called to give me heads up that he was on his way to my home. Very friendly person and explained everything he was doing. Kept booties on his shoes to keep from bringing dirt inside. The tenant commented that Tyler is a nice guy, always pleased when he is the service person, because she trusts him. His work was done quickly and efficiently , even explaining the problem and expectations for the future.As the owner (landlord), I appreciated being consulted, having options explained and costs. Tyler was absolutely amazing!!! He came on a Sunday within an hour of my call. He explained everything and gave me several options. No one likes to face a broken furnace in Jan when you live in South Dakota bur he had it up and running in no time. Excellent service!

We are new home owners but Kalins had installed and had a service plan with previous owners so we are staying with them. Kevin came out to run diagnostic and maintenance service on AC, but he went over and above that. He installed a new thermostat for us at a great price and answered a myriad of questions I had. The person sent ( Tyler ) was very helpful and professional. He kept me informed on everything that was being done. Completed and checked and rechecked everything multiple times to make sure nothing else was wrong. He was on time and ready to start. Listened to the issue at hand. Was very pleasant. And was knowable about what he was doing. He also had a plan in case anything else may have been an issue. I am very pleased with everything that transpired to bring coolness back into my home.

Can put on an emergency call because our heat stopped working. Couldn t fix the problem that night but warmed the house up and was out right away next day with the part they ordered. Reasonably priced as well considering the circumstance.

Luke did a great job. We couldn't have asked for anyone more polite and helpful. He is very knowledgable and answered all our questions. Sorry this took so long. We had an issue with our new system during the really hot spell. The service tech showed up and did a great job helping us understand the issue, making some adjustments, and pointing out some things no one had brought up before. The fix was fantastic. We are (and always have been) very happy with the service and professionalism that Kalins provides.

We got a call early afternoon that our semi annual furnace/AC was due, and that Tyler would arrive shortly (if we were agreeable). He called to alert us, listened to our questions and got to work checking everything. He was polite and thorough. We were totally happy with Kalin s!!!!

Tyler Mohr was very professional and explained things clearly. He made some great changes to the humidification system that is going to prevent problems in the future including a new drain hose and rerouting it so is can t drip over the electrical components. I also understand the system better and can control it the way I like. He also helped with cleaning and adjusting our fireplace. Tyler came to inspect my gas fireplace. It needs the gasket and glass front replaced to be used safely. I considering replacing the whole insert. Tyler was friendly and helpful. Wore shoe coverings and a mask, and cleaned up the fireplace very well. I highly recommend his work!

Jeff and the customer service reps at Kalin s are so great to work with! They are always clear and kind in their communication and so reliable. Today Jeff went the extra mile by informing me of a propane leak at our vacation rental home. He even took video of the problem so it would be clear for the propane company to understand the situation. We will continue using Kalin s! (We received this service at our home in Yankton but have also been happy with the service in Vermillion).Service: A/C system maintenance

Kalin s was very prompt about service time when our heater stopped working. Overall we re very happy to know that if anything happens with our heater again, they ll be able to fix it.

Bob is an excellent worker. He has maintained and repaired my heating and air conditioning unit for years and he has always done an outstanding job. I trust his work and that is very important living in a cold climate with hot summers when your furnace is getting older. I trust Bob and am grateful for the good service.

Kalin s fit me in the same day when I had a concern about our furnace. Additionally, Bob the tech was phenomenal. He explained the system to me and showed me what to look for if concerns in the future. He was very polite and I appreciate the time he took to ensure me that all was working properly.
