Overall, thoroughly dissatisfied with the service. Never come here unless you absolutely have no other choice.It took about 2 months to fix my car. That was despite me calling about once a week. Wheels needed to be replaced and were very misaligned; I had to ask them to do it again. Hub caps were damaged in the accident as well and were not replaced.Was very slow to get pictures of damage sent to insurance as had been requested from day one. Both myself and the insurance company had trouble reaching this business because of inconsistent operating hours and a voice-mail box that was not set up.There was an additional dent on the back of my car after (finally) getting it back. Seeing how repairs took two months, and already had to bring it back once before, I was too frustrated to go back a third time. I brought my car to another auto-body shop that correctly repaired my car in two days.They do have a rental car, but you have to request it. The car is old, damaged, and dirty, but I guess it is better than absolutely nothing.Was "frankly" called a "dummy" because I wanted to tow my car to another shop after about 7 weeks of no progress, at the recommendation of the insurance company. Don't be a dummy like me, take your car someplace else.
