I've had these guys help me with a couple issues over the years, and always had a good experience. When my sunroof broke, they tracked down a used panel for me at 60% what the other two shops were offering. The first, and frankly more impressive thing they did for me however was a chip repair on my windshield. I got quotes from a few people, and everyone told me that the chip was too deep and would likely not hold a repair very long. Fast Auto didn't bs me about it, they just gave me the facts. They also said that when it fails. I could get the price of my new windshield reduced by the cost of the repair job. Smart business practice and very kind gesture. The real impressive part of it all though, was that after 6 years the chip has only spread about 1/2, or 3/4 of a CM. That is some serious quality. Awesome experience. We replaced our windshield with them. Just a little over an hour with them. They were very nice, and we totally enjoyed our wait with them.

Quick fix. Had a rock chip that they fixed in just over an hour. Dropped the truck off on the day they were doing chip fixes. Went to lunch and came back and it was fixed and I cant even see where it was.

Came to my house to repair my windshield. We decided to replace it due to the large size of the chip. Coming back Thursday to install new windshield.
