We purchased a bumper for our semi and had it installed by them. By day 2 we could not get the bumper to unlatch. After complaining about the issue they sent a technician down and had to replace all of the latching mechanisms, due to poor instalation. Three weeks later we are still having issues with the latching system. We have called several times and left messages. One call back said to beat on the middle release latch with a hammer. It takes 2 people to get the bumper to release or put back in place. And have to manually release the levers to get it to unlatch. So far customer service is bad and the latching system is bad. The bumper it self looks nice.6 month update.... the bumper mechanics still don't work properly. The owner did call and extend their apologies about being blown off.The bumper has held up against 3 animals. But not to a stump. The bumper is tacked together instead of a solid weld. Not impressed. When I asked the owner why the entire bumper is not welded all the way she could not answer me. She told me that I would need to talk to the welder. Ummm... if your the owner you should know the specs and why or how to answer a welding question.

Been waiting on a bumper since July been postponed 3 times. All I get is we are sorry, no option for refund. Would not recommend ordering from them at all!I finally received my bumper 7 months later and it is a very shoddy piece the welds are terrible ordered polished aluminum came looking very dull! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

Love my Truck Defender bumpers. Have put them on my pickups for more than 10 years now. Just had two more put on. Strong beautiful bumpers that add value to the vehicle. Dean, Becky and the crew do a great job!!!!

I had a couple of bumpers made for 2 of our work trucks. Needless to say I was more then impressed. They went above and beyond while crafting these bumpers. They have my business for life.

I for the life of me I can't express how Grateful I am to have accidentally found this Great company. I've been buying Herd and Ali Arc bumpers for years, both are fine products. However Truck Defender is the American dream, they built their company out of necessity and became the best in the industry.If you're an owner operator like me, you don't have to go through the dealer, I literally showed up at their door to get it installed.The Pride that they take in their product is mind blowing. I'm a guy that likes to meet my vendors and these people blew me away.As far as the bumper goes, it's superior to herd, Ali Arc, and Magnum with a cheaper price. The other advantage is, if you choose to get the option I ordered, parking your truck in sketchy areas is no longer a concern, without the custom key, you can't open that hood. I would recommend getting some spares however. I would also recommend, if you're a fleet owner or first time buyer, let them install it, I'm positive any compitant shop can do the job, but they won't care how it looks and lines up. Truck Defender has a clear standard that they want people to notice.****update***November 16 2020, hit my first deer at 75 mph with the new bumper a few weeks ago, only damage was the cost of a truck wash

I ordered a bumper from this company for my semi truck. I was very mad when I actually got the bumper it was $3300 the bumper did fit the truck and it looked good. However the quality of the mounting part is very very cheap and the bumper shaked very badly I was actually worried it might fall off from all the shaking at every bump I couldn't even put lights on it. I ended up paying another local company another 800 bucks so they weld a better mounting kit for me. So with all that said. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Better off go with herd they r way better also aliarc is a Canadian company they r also good. I have 10 trucks I planned to order 9 more bumpers from them but instead I went with aliarc and they made the bumpers really nice and for the same price too.

Do not order from these people, placed an order for a bumper 16 weeks ago, and now they are telling delivery will be another 16 to 20 weeks. The excuses that we get sounds like poor business management.
