Friendly, professional, fast service. Highly recommend.We stopped overnight in Sioux Falls and found a soft tire in the morning. Went to Pernell's down the road and he recommended Sioux Empire. Thanks to both of them!

We came in without an appointment with a wiring problem from our truck to our camping trailer. They got us in troubleshooted the wiring problem and then discovered that we didn't even have a trailer brake module. The next morning one of them drove to Iowa to get the module. They got it installed and had us out the door by the afternoon. They gave us a loaner car to use while this repair was happening. Their helpful attitude and good-natured demeanor went a long way to keeping us at ease during this process. They were also very fair with their pricing considering all they had to do. We would recommend them to anyone who needs auto repair!Service: Electrical repair

I stopped in to have my car looked at after hitting a raccoon on the highway as I was passing through town. Blake and Isaac were so helpful and fit us in right away to be sure our car was safe to travel home out of state.The team is professional and friendly, they provide exceptional service and the shop is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

They sent me an inspection link and a complete breakdown of everything that was done and the things that needed attention. I love that this is a feature. It really helps me as a customer to understand what is going on. Very appreciative of this feature. Everyone was very polite too! My wife always took her 2013 Escape to the Ford dealership for her maintenance, & auto repair. In the past few months it was one thing after another. Take it back, & back again with another issue. I told her we'll just take it to Sioux Empire Auto Service this time. Not only did we get it in the same week ( where the dealership said they're two weeks out) but, they fixed the issue, & found other things that should've been fixed while Ford had it there.Sioux Empire Auto Service treated us right again, & my wife is very impressed with their service!Services: Electrical repair, Auto water leak repair, Auto maintenance

Would recommend this service center to everyone. Very upfront and honest. Explain everything and don't try and fix things that don't need fixed. Love that bill ended up being what was quoted. These guys are friendly and super easy to deal with! I've had them work on several of my vehicles and the service, courtesy, and speed are always top notch! Other shops seem to give you the run around while Sioux Empire Automotive Service is quick, fair, and to the point. I'll keep coming back! Thanks guys!

10/10 service every time. The guys are quick and extremely knowledgeable on everything there has to do with my vehicles. They always have the cheapest prices as well. It's very hard to find a place that you can trust to do a great job but I have always had amazing service here! The guys always get me in asap, Blake is a great mechanic and keeps all 3 of my vehicles in great shape and I've always been treated with respect. I couldnt ask for better and will always trust them with my vehicles.

A big 'Thank You' to Derek and the folks over in Sioux Empire's service department for taking such good care of us. Brought in our daughter's SUV for repair; got it in right away and the brakes work awesome now! Fast, friendly, and priced in line with any other place I could have gone. Can't ask for more than that. Thanks guys!

These folks are wonderful and have helped me to get my clunker back on the road again. I will stick with these guys, it's really nice to find reliable mechanics after being shafted in rapid city. *edit* they were still very nice and understanding with the loaner, but the problem ended up persisting. In the end I m a little sore for paying so much to have not much come of it. It s whatever I guess, not gonna have an aneurysm over it. Again they are friendly folks for routine work.
