Pernell's Alignment went out of there way and aligned my lifted Chevy pickup with 20�12.5�33 tires. Aftet four places turned me down the owner said he would do it even though it was a hassle to do. I will be install new coilovers and shocks and will be bringing my truck back for an alignment and also will bring my son's car in to Pernell's for an alignment aswell. Bring your vehicle's to Pernell's for you automotive needs and I guarantee you that his work will not disappoint you. He is fair in price and does a fantastic job. Thanks for the great job on get my truck back on the road with an A+ alignment.

Dont take trailer tires there. I need to swap out tires for my trailer. Was told " my machine is to fancy to do trailer tires"Plus when i walked in there was no greeting the customer. Just told me " its lunch time bud"

Stopped in after my tire pressure light came on and I realized I had put my pressure gauge in my other car. The owner came outside and filled my tires for free. Thanks for doing that.

Awesome Experience... totally worth the extra 10 minutes to drive to Tea!Pernell was able to fix an undiagnosable alignment issue that two other alignment shops were unable to resolve.After replacing a full set of brand new tires from Costco (Even though it felt perfectly fine), I took my T&C van into my Sioux Falls dealership for an all-wheel alignment. Right after the alignment, the second I pulled off the lot, I knew something was wrong and brought it right back. I had them test drive it, and was told it was fine (claiming it was getting pushed around by wind) and was advised to just drive it for awhile... and if I still felt it had an issue they would schedule a realignment.Long story short, (2) alignment shops, (4) within factory spec alignments, countless rotation of tires, plus going back to Costco to verify the new tires weren t the issue, (and even replacing the right front strut to try and resolve the issue), our van still kept pulling to the right.After much frustration, a lot of wasted time/money, and to the point of seriously considering trading in our perfectly good van... in less than an hour of labor, Pernell had my van DRIVING STRAIGHT AGAIN!Can t thank Pernell enough for getting me safely back on the road... and shockingly was even charged less than the initial dealership alignment that started this whole mess!Service: Wheel alignment

Called for an alignment, guy complained and swore about people doing their own mechanic work. I ve been wrenching on vehicles and equipment since I was 5, I know how things go back together. Go to the Subaru Dealership for an alignment, they do a great job! Maybe this guy lost his 10mm sockets and wrenches?

I don't typically take my time to write positive reviews, but I'll make an exception here. Pernell got me out of a bind on fairly short notice. Another shop had bent a tie rod badly (then said they couldn't fix it for 2 1/2 weeks because their alignment rack was booked solid), and he got me in within a couple days. He had the new tie rod installed, car aligned, and ESP/BAS lights all shut off within the same day I dropped the car off.Pernell is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. As a gearhead, I am fairly protective when it comes to other people working on my vehicles. I would recommend his service to anyone who needs suspension work, tires, or alignment. He is honest and upfront about the issues and very reasonably priced for the caliber of work he does.I will be back to Pernell for any future alignment/tire needs. Thanks again Pernell!

Pernell dropped everything and helped my family get a replacement tire on our vehicle after we got a flat on the interstate. We were back on our way to a family funeral in Nebraska in an hour with a new tire. After a rough week and an even worse day, his generosity with his time and willingness to help us last minute was GREATLY appreciated! We will definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone in the future!

I've always had a positive experience at Pernell's. The owner runs the place by himself and I appreciate knowing that only he will be working on my car. Very knowledgeable and willing to work with the customer to meet their needs. Just be sure to get there early, as it's typically pretty busy!As others have mentioned before, if you have a specific setup you would like to run at the track or autocross, this is the place to go!

I asked him to check the suspension on my 2000 Dodge Dakota truck and I assumed wrongly that he would check both front and back. I did say the rattle was coming from the back end though. He replaced both shocks on the back of the truck. I had a family member come with me ( gave me a ride to the shop) and they asked him if he test drove the truck after repairing it and Pernell said "I've been doing this so long I don't have to." Which I thought was pretty arrogant. My ride left and when I got in the truck to drive away I heard a grinding noise coming from the front end so, I shut it off and asked Pernell about it and he said "I worked on the back end of the truck, I guess it was a miscommunication on my part." I had to take the truck as my ride had already left. I drove the truck to another shop and the front end noise turned out to be a left front wheel bearing that needed to be replaced immediately. I will not do any other business with Pernell's ever again.

I've known Pernell for at least 10 years, great Guy. Extremely pleasant to work with, His shop is always immaculate, i mean super clean.He'll treat you like a friend/family, he's a straight shooter.And of course He does excellent work.Thanks

Definitely a straight shooter, as another reviewer said..no BS. I had never met Pernell prior to taking my Jeep Wrangler JK in to him for alignment (of which he graciously squeezed me in, when he really didn't have the time too). He does excellent work and will point out any potential issues that should be addressed by a professional, himself, or something you can maybe do yourself.

Wouldn't go again. I had to get the job finished at another shop. Got told how impossible it would be for him to correct it. Repaired at another small one man shop in 45 minutes. It should have been found and fixed before doing my alignment.

The guy knew I had put on new ball joints and tie rod ends, but didn't bother to grease them. Almost had my alignment in spec, but the truck drives straight now. Overall, not awful.

By far the best place for tires. Great prices and even better service. The owner is very nice and goes out of his way to help. The shop is spotless - you can tell he's very organized and thorough. I can't recommend him enough. A really great guy!

Word on the street was right about Pernell! I would recommend Pernell's to friend or family and that is the highest level for my personal rating scale. The owner is the mechanic, I love the tires he recommended, and the price was more than fair...it couldn't be beat!

Pernell is great guy. Perfectionist? Maybe not, but he does it right the first time. A bit too honest sometimes. I highly recommend Pernell for any work under the car.

Pernell is a straight shooter. Service is great, price is reasonable and you won't get charged for stuff you don't need.
