Very quick to respond and get my truck in to get diagnosed. Great experience with them. Being from Alberta Canada, they are a top shelf shop that really were helpful and went the extra mile.

I would recommend these people they did a pretty good job overall, I thought they charged a bit much for the job that I had them do but after they explained it, it kind of made sense and they deducted two hours off of my labor one downfall is is the communication was kind of lacking it could ve been because it was the Saturday and SundayAnd they also stole candy out of my truck, which I did not think that was cool, but overall that was a good laugh

Very kind and professional people. Nobody in town took us the same day. But this guys did. Fixed everything very well and did some extra staff for us without charging anything extra. Highly recommending them.

Cannot recommend these guys enough!We broke down late on a Friday evening. Early Saturday morning they were ready to have us there. Abe clearly knows what he's talking about and after a short conversation and listening to our motor he knew what the problem was.They arranged a hotel reservation for us and got us a ride there. They always answered the phone when we were reaching out for an update. Abe worked well past normal business hours to get us done and back on the road as soon as he had the parts delivered.They got us done and rolling again as fast as they could and in this business that's VERY important. Time is money after all.They have a very comfortable drivers lounge/ waiting room. Two full size couches, a large tv, and snacks available.They truly went above and beyond, and I can confirm they guarantee their work.Thank you guys for being the best shop we've dealt with in 30 years OTR.

I couldn t be more pleased with their work! I have several mechanics throughout the country but from this day forward Northern Lights Diesel will get all my scheduled repairs!! Abe & his mechanics have the experience & knowledge I ve been looking for. They overhauled my old Cummins in my Freightliner plus a few other repairs I ve been putting off, they quoted me a price & stuck to it! Their shop is clean, the mechanics work in the shop away from office so they aren t continually interrupted by drivers wasting their time shooting the breeze office crew are kind, understanding & helpful. Top notch service indeed!

On my way home with 1300miles to go my emissions system failed leaving me under the 5 mph derate. I looked at my options and decided on these folks at Northern Lights. This guy Abe rolls up in under an hour like i was told on the phone. After a few min of checking things out with the computer and under the truck and hood. He hands me the keys to his truck and says go get you a room up by my shop and Ill take care of this . You dont get service like that these days , not where Im from.

I called everyone and they said no they couldn't get my RV in to get serviced. I called Northern Lights Diesel Repair, not only DID get my RV in the same day to get it serviced, but the estimate they gave me was very reasonable and got my RV back the same day, they also provided shuttle service for me. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your RV and Diesel Repair. Jennifer was extremely helpful and very nice.

We called several places to have our new to us Winnebago serviced, and some didn't seem to understand what we wanted and others just said no. Northern Lights not only got us on the same day, but it cost less than they estimated and they provided shuttle service as well. A+++ would highly recommend!

Northern Lights is a husband and wife ran business and goes out of their way for their customers. Abe is a top notch mechanic and has pride in his work and treats your truck as his own. Jennifer is on top of all the office work and very friendly to work with. They set up a comfy room for their customers to relax in while rig is being worked on. Why be just another customer at A BIG REPAIR SHOP when you can be treated like family at Northern Lights...

During the crazy cold snap during Thanksgiving, we could not even get a wrecker but through them they had relationships and was able to send somebody out to pick us up and had us back on the road within a day and a half. Good people and Great Service!!

We were traveling through Sioux Falls in our motorhome and noticed that our front brakes were making noise. We live in our motorhome so we couldn't just leave it somewhere. Northern Lights got us in in the evening and we sat in their lounge with our puppy until they were done. Fast and good work. Thank you Northern Lights.

These people are super friendly and very respectful..Best person I've had working on my truck,fixed issues that other shops screwed up..Let me get a shower,and fed me..Thank you very much Northern Lights Diesel for your hospitality..Highly recommended place to come for repairs of any kind,with 24/7 roadside service also..Awesome job

I had work done here on 2 vehicles. 1 2004 Chevrolet C4500 Kodiak 5 ton pickup truck with a 6.6lt Duramax and 2019 Volvo VNL 860 with a D13. Both experiences were exceptional! Value in diesel repair is all about the work being done right the first time! Abe is an actual mechanic and not a parts hanger.

Brought my ram 3500 in for DEF issues. They picked out all the problems and solved them beyond what you'd ask for. If brought to billion you'd be going back in a week... Will not miss a point on what is wrong on your vehicle. Just stick to talking with the abe or other mechanics.
