Glass Doctor has been wonderful to work with! We purchased a glass shower door from them, and it turned out beautiful! Talon installed it quickly and it looks perfect in our bathroom. Would highly recommend!

Repair process:Talon was very professional during both the estimate and installation process. To me, it s the little details that matter when it comes to quality service. Talon was both courteous and thoughtful. He removed his shoes before coming in, which I greatly appreciated. He also explained the process before and after installation which made me feel more comfortable with the repair process.Estimate process:Called me almost immediately after submitting my online request. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He measured the window and gave me an estimate same day.Feeling confident that this repair will go smoothly once the new glass arrives. and am looking forward to recommending these folks in the future to anyone who needs a repair.

Justin is a true professional! Our glass doors for three bathrooms look amazing. When we had an issue with our original order through the builder, he stepped in and saved the day! The final product turned out even better than the original order. His level of communication never left us wondering, which can be rare these days. We had concerns about one of the shower doors placement. Justin had no problem coming back, making a change and ensuring we were completely happy! I highly recommend him and Glass Doctor!

Glass Doctor men delivered my dining table glass 50 X 66 . half inch glass to set on my base and they did an excellent job of cleaning both sides before setting it in place. The 4 corners seemed a bit sharp so Pam at Glass Doctor sent Tony to our house and he sanded the corners to take the sharp edges off. They look great, very nice finish. Tony was very friendly and very reassuring.

So glad we got we finally contacted Glass Doctor! We struggled to get our house window fixed from last summer s storm. We had 3 other attempts fail. Glass Doctor s Talon came out to measure and included me in the color matching. He delivered and installed today and it s perfect! So happy. Thanks Talon for the friendly, efficient service.

I have had 2 repairs done on my vehicles now, one was a rock chip, one was a windshield replacement, I gotta say, you guys knock it out of the park! Both repairs were done to perfection. You are my new go to for any glass repairs needed. I have no idea i had a rock chip after the repair you did on it, my previous rock chips were always obviously still there after repair by other companies. Thank you!

Will not only filled the nasty chip, he cleaned my whole windshield and it was gross with bugs from just getting back from a trip. I really appreciate his professionalism and calling ahead of time with his ETA. Highly recommend!

Friendly and smooth process to get a quote for my windshield and ultimately getting me scheduled the same week. Install only took just over an hour and their office is spacious, cozy, and clean so waiting was a good experience as well. Start to finish can t complain!

Very pleased. We had to make appraisal and had multiple damaged windows requiring replacement. Pamela patiently discussed every detail with me and gave me detailed invoices for prospective work. Couldn t immediately decide whether to go bigger on the project because of budget but eventually made a decision and paid them. They scheduled us right away and completed all the work in one single day. Their man was very helpful and professional. He even assisted my husband in a pinch. Good people. Efficient and on time. Clear on costs and fast working. Up to standard. We made appraisal and closed on our house. Everything looks good! Thank you so much!

The people at Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls could not have been more accommodating. Scheduling both the measurement for the shower and the installation was difficult because I actually wasn't in another state most of the time, but they helped me arrange everything. They also helped with some very good suggestions involving my developing limited mobility problems. The installation went very smoothly. I can't than them enough for their very friendly and super professional workmanship and assistance.

I called MULTIPLE glass replacement companies in Sioux Falls and none of them wanted to look at our broken residential double pane window. Those companies told me they were too busy or that it wasn t a big enough job.Talon and the team at Glass Doctor didn t hesitate to help and they quoted me a fair price and completed the work in a timely manner. This was insane... We dropped off a pattern for one piece door glass for our 55 Chevy pickup and it was ready the same day. We are from west river South Dakota and they even set it out for after hours for pickup which was super cool. Customer for life here! Before and after photos.

We contacted Glass Doctor to install two new shower doors in our bathrooms a few weeks ago. They measured it that same week and contacted us to do the install a few weeks after that. Every person we interacted with from the company was very personable and professional. Talon, the tech who came to do our install was very respectful of our home and did an amazing job installing both doors. I would recommend Glass Doctor's services to anyone.

Tony Buehlmann , a service tech from Glass Doctor, did outstanding work for me. Not only did he replace 2 windows for me, but he also came out on a Sunday which is above and way beyond the call of duty. Friendly, very professional work. I will call and set up an appointment for more work this coming Spring. I am well pleased with the service.

Talon was very professional and the results were great! I am very happy with Glass Doctor from start to finish. When the product was a bit delayed, they scheduled my install and when the product arrived- they bumped up the install date. The staff was very quick to respond and helpful.
