Spoke with Allen about purchasing a 2006 Corvette from this dealership. We went over the cars history, condition, and agreed on a price before I drove up from Omaha, Nebraska to take a look on 2/17. The car was as advertised, very clean, seemingly well taken care of. But the harmonic balancer had a terrible wobble to it(common issue with these cars) enough so that I wasn't comfortable taking it 2 and a half hours home and I was prepared to pass on the vehicle entirely. Allen spoke with his manager and they went outside to confirm the problem. Carswap agreed to not only replace the harmonic balancer, but to deliver the car down to me after the repair was made. They are hoping to have the car fixed and delivered Monday, 2/19. They very easily could've closed the hood and sold the car to someone else but the fact that they're willing to make it right for the next owner speaks volumes to the kind of integrity this place has. If you are looking for a car I would recommend giving these guys a chance.

I had an awesome experience with Jackson at Car Swap. They gave me a pretty fair trade value for my 2014 Ram 2500 Longhorn and 2016 Mustang GT for a 2022 Ram 3500 Mega Cab Limited! Can't thank them all enough for putting in the work to make this deal work out! Def would recommend Car Swap to any of my friends! Thanks Again!!!

My salesman Jacob went above and beyond! I was waiting for a ride to even be able to test drive, and he offered to meet me at my location with the vehicle. He was nice, polite, and knowledgeable. The entire sales team including the manager were warm, friendly, and seemed genuinely excited about me finding my fresh start after a divorce ravaged my credit. I highly recommend going in with a pre approval, because it speeds the purchase time up drastically. The Spicy Lady who helped with that, even got me an initial insurance quote! Over all if you are tired of or intimidated by the Bigger franchise in Sioux Falls I HIGHLY recommend coming over to Tea for the most positive car buying experience of my life at least!!!

This review is long over due. Purchased a vehicle from them in 2021. The turbo went out after 2 weeks of ownership then the motor a few days later. Not only did the warranty company that they said was "the best" and would cover just about "anything" deny the claim but CarSwap refused to lift a finger to do anything to help, even to look at the car. I spent WEEKS of calling trying to get in contact with Mike or ANYONE. If I remember correctly I placed over 30 phone calls and got 2-3 return calls. Every time I would call Mike would just happen to be out of the office. In the end I was offered a $500 voucher for what ended up costing us out of pocket over $18,000. I would stay FAR away from these guys and definitely do not purchase their extended warranties! I now own a vehicle that we've put almost $60,000 into that is KBB valued at $20,000.

Welcoming environment and great service from Jackson and the other associates there as well! I loved that we were not bombarded the second we pulled into the lot. We were acknowledged but able to make a quick loop to look around before speaking with any sales reps. Highly recommend car swap if you re looking to upgrade or just out window shopping!

Very friendly staff and reasonable sales. Great to work with and we feel we received a fair deal on our trade-in as well as the.purchase price of the new vehicle. We did run into some confusion with the extra services being sold, but they made it right. We recommend this dealership as they have nice cars and offer friendly and fair pricing. Thank you to the team of people that helped made the experience positive.

I will definitely be back to buy a car when I want another one! John was great to work with as well as patient. I reached out to him 6 months ago telling him what I was kind of looking for and decided to reach out to him again as I knew winter is right around the corner. I told him what I was looking for, went for a test drive he asked me to drive another one out, so I did. I loved the one he suggested even more! Financing was super easy and they didn't keep me in the store for a long period of time. Becky knows her stuff! The manager Randy great too and was able to get me closer to where I wanted to be so, all in all, 100 out of 100! Highly recommend Car Swap!

Me and my spouse were very excited about the great price being advertised for a 2013 Subaru Impreza Premium when we were in need of a vehicle. My spouse worked with Jacob and the whole experience was outstanding! We clumsily didn t realize the car was outside of our search area (about 7 1/2 hours away in fact), but CarSwap didn t let that stop us from getting the deal done. Jacob and his financing manager worked out having the vehicle delivered all the way to us, and we could not have been happier when it pulled in. The vehicle was just as advertised, clean, runs amazing, and the customer service during drop off was superb! Would highly recommend Tea, SD CarSwap, and if in need of another vehicle we know where to turn! :)

I was referred here by a friend andwas pleased with the overall fantastic experience and customer service! Becci and Jackson were very efficient in answering all my questions and the process was quick and easy. Jackson was very upfront about everything. He made me feel it was more than just a sale for him by offering to answer future questions or concerns and providing his phone number. Friendly and genuine people!

These folks lied and said they were going to do a soft inquiry on my report and it was a hard one. They lied and said it was from BLACK HILLS CREDIT UNION I look on my report there s TWO inquiries from two different banks and neither one was black hills .thank God I never signed off on anything bc the reviews are now saying this is a place that sells salvage cars without letting their customers know??? Be weary!! They will pretend as if they aren t pressuring u to buy a car and that they re there for ur best interest but it s a lie !!! .Update as of 1120AM CST: the owner just called me trying to resolve the issue after seeing my Google review and instead of focusing on the fact that I was lied to he tried to gaslight me into thinking my credit dropping 7 points and have two inquiries for one application wasn t a big deal he commented on how many reviews I left literally stalking my Google account. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You call me to solve the issue then admit to stalking my Google reviews? SAD! Mind you I m 24 years old these are grown men. Yes stand on business but also STAND ON PRINCIPLES AND MORALS. Bless.Update after seeing the owner s reply I never once cursed at him nor never texted him curse words. How I cursed at you but never cursed in my review? Why would I curse as if I wanted your business? I wanted to cancel my application. Usually someone angry is the one reaching out bc they have the problem Mind you..he called me..if I was a person who had a history of bad reviews..why would u call me wanting my business still? Bc I DID get approved right? Be honest you didn t check my report WE APPLIED AND I WAS APPROVED..you pulled it, but TWICE .Salavage cars but every time I asked to bring it to a mechanic you guys refused? Interesting The owner was patronizing over the phone even saying word for word just know we re gonna have 4 more GOOD REVIEWS that will push yours down that s why I said bad customer service why call me like this if u didn t want to solve the issue? It s bc you wanted to convince me there wasn t one. God guided me to the bad reviews saying they sell salvage cars without telling. Please read ALL OF THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS, not only the good ones. He said he didn t care about my honest review but by the response it s evident. If I could give negative stars I would Bless <3

Very easy and stress free experience. Gabe was very good at narrowing down the inventory for me to look at and was prompt in responding to any of my messages/questions. They also took "no" as an answer and never tried to keep selling me on anything I didn't want. If you want Sioux Falls inventory without the Sioux Falls traffic/clutter, this should be your stop.
