BEWARE!! This place is full of half truths and misleading information on vehicles that are NOT what you want to own. DO NOT buy here. They say one thing and do the opposite in actions. If they promise to fix anything, DO NOT believe them. ANY other dealership will treat you better after the papers are signed. This business will ignore attempts to communicate and make things right. They want a quick profit from you to your detriment. You do not need the hastle and headache that they more than likely will cause you and your family. My experienced opinion. Believe me when I say I am much poorer for trusting and dealing with them, don't end up the same way.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Big Country Motors and it's a great vehicle. Drove it 4100 miles the first 2 weeks I owned it with absolutely no issues. When I purchased it, the whole process probably took a half hour. Jayden and Braden were on top of everything. I would purchase from Big Country Motors again anytime.

Very nice until sale was made then the very next day the car was over heating. They said it was a crack in a spark plug .Took it to another mechanicit needs a new motor. I PAID FOR 2000 DOLLAR WARRENTY AND THE MANAGER IS NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS.Beware of thses dishonest group. manager is rude and even yelling at my husband and i.

If I could give more stars I would. These guys were awesome to work with. Even with my bad credit, they had me in a nicer, newer pickup that same day I came in! I recommend Big Country Motors to anyone and will be buying my next vehicle from them! Thanks Fellas!

Wouldn't buy a thing from there. Bought a truck a little over a year ago for 14k. Jayden said it was one of his buddies trucks and had no issues, had to take it to the shop because of a collapsed catalytic converter. got a call from the mechanic to come take a look at some things before moving forward.. this vehicle shouldve never been up for sale due to the structural integrity of the frame this is what you are buying if you buy a vehicle from Big country motors. Nothing but a crook looking for a quick flip

Being upfront with Jayden and his team out there about having bad credit wasn't an issue... in fact they specialize in helping with bad credit... hooked me up with nice truck and gave me a good trade amount for my older truck... highly recommended!!

Jaydan was one of the best salesmen I have dealt with!! Always trying to help a customer meet their goal of a new vehicle. Its also nice that he jokes around to keep things light but also keeps it professional and makes sure you are happy with your purchase. Hands down the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I used to sell vehicles and motorcycles myself for vern eide so I know how difficult the business can be sometimes, as well as the stigma of selling your soul just to get a deal done whether that be lying, misleading, putting someone in the wrong vehicle that they don't know is not right for them. The list goes on forever.I came there not knowing if I would be able to get approved but from the very first second they treated me like a friend to begin with which meant a lot to me, and then within about 10 minutes of talking to me he said I will get you approved on that car. Two days later I have the car I really did want. I looked all over but the one they had happened to be what I needed and now I get to call it mine. By the end of the deal I liked these guys so much I wanted to take them out and buy them beers because I felt like they treated me so well, that's what the experience was like. And if car buying or truck buying from them is for other people what it was like for me, then they won't be going anywhere soon because word will spread and more people will see what I'm trying to illustrate. Having a near perfect rating on Google this day and age when people will complain about dirt from a gravel road is very impressive and people should consider this. As a new customer of theirs however it makes all the sense in the world to me. They treat everybody the way they treated me and they made it fun and when you think about it buying a car should be fun, right? Thanks again you guys, anytime I'm in the area I will swing out and say hi and you can bet your bottom dollar I will be sending people your way. That's just old-fashioned good way of doing business. These are the kind of experiences that seriously restore a guy's faith in mankind, there are still good people out there.

Bought a truck from them and it was a great experience! The owner Jaden is so nice and down to earth we are so happy with the level of service we received from him. And will be repeat customers and will recommend them to our friends and family for sure!

Jayden and everyone their were super helpful, you can tell he truly cares about who he is selling a vehicle to. He stands by his vehicles, and he is super friendly. It was like buying a truck from your best friend. I would recommend big country motors to everyone!

Please make sure you take any vehicle you're planning to buy to an actual mechanic. I was unfortunate enough to drive one of their vehicles for repo and it was sold to a mentally handicapped person with almost ten thousand dollars worth of immediate repairs needed. I would not personally buy here but I was blessed with good enough credit to not have to. Hope this helps someone else avoid a repossession!

If you are looking for a great buying experience, this is the place!! What a huge, quality inventory of used pickups...the hard to find kind!! Jaydan is very helpful, laid back and fun to buy from...it's a quick process and you are done. The dealership offers several subprime lenders so if you are struggling to finance Jaydan probably has the answer!!

After a rough start, they pulled through for us. Applied for a vehicle on the 17th of January. Spoke to a salesman on the 18th of January. I was told we were approved for the loan. Something was supposedly wrong with the title. Numerous phone calls occurred and we were told they were "working on it." Friday the 5th of February, my husband called and was told he would get a call back. By 5pm, there was no call back so he called with no luck. This morning I call and was told the car was auctioned off this weekend due to the title having issues. My husband went on their Facebook page to see if they had another vehicle we were interested in only to see the vehicle we had applied to buy was sold all the way back on the 29th of January to someone else.. not auctioned this weekend. After speaking with the salesman, we found out that the car was sold and returned due to title issues and then auctioned. They worked incredibly hard to get us into a vehicle within our budget that we liked. My husband went today to pick it up. We appreciate the quick response to issues and them making up for them.

Best Customer Service Experience you'll ever have. The boys here know their stuff as well as their cars on their lot inside & out. They go the extra mile even if it means no sale just so you have a great experience & because their awesome peeps! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Its saddening to see yall support Tea Storm Chasers whom are very dishonest and lying about thier business practices. I would also warn you, should your trailer get damaged, they do NOT have insurance or the funds to make it right with you. AJ is very crooked.Signed, Former Tea Storm Chaser Member

hey if anyone wants a good deal on a car or truck go through BIG COUNTRY AUTO and they will work will you on payment issue or anything along them lines good people and good vehicle to go get from them guys also JAYDEN is a god sales person that works with you
