Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, they were able to get me in quickly. Price was very fair for mounting and balancing 7 tires. Only negative was some mechanic yelling at me from across the parking lot. He was really rude, but I guess that s why he s in the shop instead of working with customers up front.

They are the friendly and listen to what you have to say. I tell everyone how great they are. I got ripped off at a and j auto and Sturgis Tire fixed it. When the extra time to get parts that are rare. I appreciate them. They are fair and don't charge for every little thing they do.

We were in town for another motorcycle event before the rally when we realized the tire on our car was flat. The motorcycle mechanic at Buffalo Chip (Fozzys) recommended Sturgis Tire Pros. When we got there, they only had a single tire guy working at the time and it was a Friday before they closed for the weekend. They easily could have turned us away but these guys were so down to earth and wanted to help. They got us in and out with a tire patch quick and cheap and even gave us the scoop on some local dirt trails and etiquette in town. Good shop, good dudes, highly recommend!

There were no tires in the store that suited our car, the staff called other stores to look for the tires, and solved the problem for us.The charges were reasonable, and we're very grateful. Thank you very much.

This was the first time I have taken my car to the shop to have my brakes worked on. I was a bit nervous but I definitely shouldn't have been. The crew here is extremely knowledgeable and very people oriented with great communication skills. They made it a very easy pain free experience and definitely made a return customer out of me! Professional! They worked with my schedule and got me in the next day, even when they were busy, to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Every time I have had an issue with any of my vehicles the guys at Sturgis TirePros are on top of it and get it fixed right. They are super personable and friendly. It s now my go to shop!

I used Sturgis tire pros services for the first time yesterday to fix a flat tire. I needed a quick turnaround. I learned that they operate by appointment only, not walk-in. However, they were very kind and gracious and worked my small job in between their other work. They got it done well ahead of when they promised. They did a good job and their prices were reasonable. I have good feelings about Sturgis tire pro and ask for their help in the future! Thank You!

I have been here a couple times and both times they were very professional and accurate with their work. Had a new set of tires/wheels mounted and forgot to mention I wanted white letters out, they called and clarified rather than just assuming white letters in. Also had a slightly unusual alignment request due to a lift but they were able to get it aligned properly without issue. Pricing is very fair compared to other competition/dealer prices for similar services. Highly recommend them.

Great service. The guys were shorthanded but they still managed to service our car on such a short notice. I actually felt bad because the guy who scheduled our appointment for the next day said he would skip his lunch break so we can get the tires done. Above that the product was really good as well.

TRULY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Clean, friendly, professional environment. Stopped in to have the torque checked after a flat fixed in Montana yesterday. Just passing thru town at 8am on a Saturday morning. Got me right in with a smile. Checked not only the tire that was flat yesterday but offered to check all... above and beyond customer service and care IMO! Didn t charge me a dime for the quick but thorough check and wouldn t even accept a small tip (I offered twice!) for their help. Just replied that s what we do - help! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Helpful and friendly. We were traveling and needed some tires in an unexpected snow storm. Although they didn't have what we needed on hand, they were able to get us back on the road with help from the Rapid City location. Definitely would recommend

We have been on the road and blew a trailer tire. We came in asking for one tire to match. They were less than polite or informative. They would not look at the tire or give any service just said the tire is not for a trailer. They didn t seem to want to help us at all. Would not recommend if you are stopping in town

I needed help while at Sturgis 2020. These guys helped me get a direct replacement tire that matched what I was running for my fifth wheel during the rally. Competitive pricing and very quick service and friendly staff. They have a large parking lot that makes it easy to get in and out.

Pulled in with a dangerously flat tire pn a Ford F250. Andy cleared a lift & Rex discovered a punctured sidewall. I had hoped they d make it thru this winter. Rex installed the spare & I was able to complete my business day.The only tires that fit 20 rims available were the brand new Hercules X-Ventures E rated. Andy went after work to pick them up 35 miles away. They installed them the next morning on time. So far so good- great recommendations; prompt service; above and beyond response and a fair price. I couldn t be more please AND by noon the winter storm hit closing 100 s of miles of interstate travel. Whew!

Leaving Sturgis from the Buffalo chip we noticed one of our trailer tires was about toast needed to get a new as fast as possible put a lil air in it and get to tire pros as this was the closest we ended up possibly having to wait 4hrs to get a new tire but since we were going 1700 miles home and kinda needed to get on the road the tech there was kind enough to quickly change our tire and get us on the road a completely awesome guy to do this for us in 30min were on the road and headed home thank you for your quick service very much appreciated

We were in town for the Camaro Rally and ended up getting a flat on our motorhome. Rob and his guys went above and beyond to make sure he could get a new tire for us and get us back on the road that day!
