I called in today and spoke with Caleb in Service. I run a dealership in Rapid City and I needed guidance on an issue with a used car. He took the time to really listen, troubleshoot and ultimately we set an appointment. I was absolutely impressed by his excellent customer service and cheerful demeanor. He is a true asset to your company. Well done.

My buddy had a terrible experience here, so I was a little skeptical using them again. I have to say I am glad that I did. I had a really nice Harley truck that was a 2007 that they gave me 15.5 for which was definitely low for what it was, but I was ok with it because the 16-ford edge we were looking at was only 14 so we didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. Needless to say, we had a noise upon purchasing the vehicle and as soon as we brought it home the rear seat belt stopped working. We drove it back a week later and they said they would cover it just had to wait for parts which goes a long way in my book making sure the customer is taken care of. On top of it they even gave us a loaner even though they don't do that anymore, so we didn't have to wait the 3 hours there with our babies. That was above and beyond, and it was all thanks to our salesperson Jacyln who I recommend to anyone asking from now on. Also, a special thanks to the owner and GM for taking responsibility for the car being broke and giving is a loaner like I said amazing customer service. If you need a new ford or used car definitely recommend this pace.

Well if you re looking for a deal, you ve definitely found the wrong place!!! They charge $400 for oil and fuel filter change. I definitely won t go back for one hour. They charged me 300.00 for my fuel filter!!! These people clearly don t care about repeat customers and providing competitive pricing.

Ed was wonderful from start to finish. Answered my many ( so many) questions cheerfully. This was our 2nd purchase with Ed and our third with Scott Peterson (Wareing Motors). I highly recommend Ed and the dealership. And their finance person ( I can t recall her name at the moment), was amazing. All around a great experience I would recommend to anyone.

Worst dealer I have ever encountered!! I am a senior master ford technician who was trying to purchase a 2022 new super duty f350 was approved for the loan and had all my paperwork completed and drove 3 and 1/2 hours one way to buy the vehicle upon arrival found damage to both bumpers and had noted Scott Peterson ford did a warranty claim at 5 miles for the bumpers talked to the sales manager who said never In his career as a salesman has he ever inspected the underside of a truck and that paint and body damage should not matter. Even though they claimed they replaced them. bolt heads were damaged and plastic trim was not installed correctly after all of that I agreed to still buy the pickup if the damage was fixed and the manager refused to do the deal saying I needed to pay full msrp and not my ford employee pricing even though ford reimburses the dealer the difference. Note they also required me to put a down payment on the vehicle. I have lost faith in ford if they can t even take care of there own employees I recommend doing business elsewhere as Scott Peterson ford has proved they are only In It for profit. Please think long and hard and really inspect the vehicle before purchasing from such a crooked deceitful dealership.

Very easy process buying a new truck from Wareing Motors. My salesperson Jaclyn was very knowledgeable and just a nice person. By the way I was surprised at how many trucks they had on the lot. If you're in the hunt for a new car or truck give these guys a chance. Small town values , ya can't beat them .

I took my Ford Expedition into Wearing Ford of Sturgis for a routine service. Upon examination of my vehicle, it was discovered that I had an uncoupled tie rod on my back right wheel. Matt, my service attendant took control of the situation, ordered a new tie rod, knuckle and bolts for the vehicle, and had them set up for overnight delivery for installation the next day. Matt also arranged for a loaner for my wife and I to continue our tour/visit in the area. The parts arrived the next day, and Matt and his service technicians had my vehicle back together, fully serviced and back on the road home to South Carolina! I will be forever thankful for the prompt and professional service that I received from Sturgis Ford.....THANK YOU!!!

Tim, Nick and Brandon work hard to keep our company trucks new, serviced, repaired and on the road. They have always done the right thing. You will not find passion for the customer or the vehicle at any other dealership.

Scheduled to diagnose fuel pump problem and was very satisfied with Matt in the Service Department. Matt kept me informed of progress on vehicle, service was completed and was very reasonable on cost. I am a customer for all future needs. Kudos to Matt and Ford of Sturgis.

Long before we moved to SD Scott Peterson proved to us through their fantastic service department they were the dealership we want we do business with. Because of that one incident I decided to do all my business with Scott Peterson and they have never disappointed. The one time I worked with the Lincoln dealer in Rapid City I am still regretting today. Scott Peterson s motto is making customers for life and they certainly have always acted in that manor whenever I have been there. I drive about 50 miles out of my way to get all my service there but it is well worth it. Thank you Scott Peterson for being a stand up dealership!

Passing through the area, we had a critical part fail in bad weather at the end of the workday, which could have stopped us on our trip. This was the nearest dealership. They were quick to answer, quick to collaborate between parts and service, and quick to work on the repair as a team. Brandan made it happen. We were on our way in less than an hour. Fair price. Super nice. Welcomed our dog. We couldn't have been happier.

You want friendly, knowledgeable and experienced team working on the vehicle that transports you and your loved ones- you want to go to Scott Peterson Ford!! I don t generally recommend going to a dealership for service however, for the past 6 years, I wouldn t go anywhere else!!

I bought a brand new vehicle in May from Mckie Ford in Rapid City. I went back to get my 10,000 service check and they were no help at all. So I called Scott Peterson Motors In Sturgis they not only got me in that day for my check up, but also cleaned the inside of my vehicle! Very nice people! Recommended!

I needed a car before next week because mine became inoperable due the the engine seizing up. I walked on lot talked to Joel who was very helpful securing a car within our budget and expedited the detailing.. so happy. In fact, all staff were pleasant to deal with therefore will highly recommend Scott Peterson motors/ Sturgis.

They had my vehicle for warranty work and they could not replicate the issue but decided to do the tsb anyways. It fixed the issues and I went from wanting to trade my truck in to falling in love with it again. Brandan V was great and easy to work with. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle! This is the only Ford dealership around that I d trust with my vehicles!

Joel was fantastic! I got a great deal on a hard to find model, and since I was coming from out of town, he went out of his way to send additional pictures, video walk-arounds, showed any imperfections he found, and cleaned the seats because it looked like there had been a small coffee spill on it. I put a deposit down, and flew out several weeks later. He had everything ready to go when I got there, and even had someone pick me up at the airport to take me to the dealership. I was in and out in an hour, and the vehicle was exactly as described. Joel has even followed up about the vehicle several times personally, and email when he had a similar model come in on trade recently. I can't say enough good things about the experience! Thank you!

I m new to the area so when I looked for a dealer to take care of my car I went to the one in my town. That worked fine for oil changes and recall work but when my car suddenly acted up things were different. I called right away and explained the problem. I was told that they only work by appointment and I could drop it off the next Monday (they don't do weekends) and leave it, they would work it in when they could. It might be a week... So I would have to rent a car for up to a week!I talked to a friend who told me he never goes to dealers in our town always takes his to Spearfish , this opened a new door for me and I started looking out of town. I found Scott Peterson Ford in Sturgis. I called and talked with the nicest man. I made an appointment for my next day off. The man told me if I get worried about driving the car or have any problem to call him right away and he will get me in and he has a loaner car for me if needed. Oh my goodness what a difference.Today was my appointment and you know it the car has acted fine every since that day but I went anyway and told them what happened and that it hasn t done it again since. They had it 1 hour while I waited in their waiting room. Upon entering I was told to help myself to snacks, they had variety bottled water, juice for the kids, soda, coffee, some food, too.Very nice people focused on customer satisfaction. When my car was done they found nothing. It could have been a computer glitch who knows. My charge was $0 for a hours work.I really appreciate the small town comfy feel; the excellent attitudes by all and the quick service. I will gladly drive to another town for this type of experience.I ve found my new dealership and I invite you to go and get yourself some good service. Highly Recommended.

We recently purchased an F-250 from Scott Peterson Motors. From the moment we arrived Joel, our salesperson, was attentive to our needs. Joel was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, informative about the rebates and financing options, and was very straightforward about the bottom dollar price on the vehicle (which we greatly appreciated!). Joel was also helpful with our trade. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and professional. We highly recommend Scott Peterson Motors!!

I took my son's truck here for servicing even though he lives in Rapid City because of the great service they provide. We were greeted by a very friendly man at the service desk who then directed us to a bright, cheerful waiting area that included various drinks including juices, soda, coffee and tea along with a variety of snacks. You can tell a lot about a business by the demeanor of the employees. We noticed how pleasant everyone acted toward each other and the customers. They were happy doing their jobs making for a comfortable experience for visitors. The truck was promptly serviced and after being escorted by the friendly man at the service desk to our truck, we went happily on our way. Before leaving, I mentioned that I could see why our son drove to Sturgis rather than stay in Rapid for service.

Could not be happier, period. I'm from out of state and had issues with my 6.7 diesel truck that I pull my camper with. Contacted Rapid City ford and they were out 2 weeks before they could see me. Scott Peterson motors told me to come in 7.30 the next morning. 100 dollar part and 150 labor I was out the door in less than 2 hrs. Brandon in service took care of me in no time. If I was a local or in driving range I would be dealing with these guys. To many times I've heard from dealers that they are 2 weeks out and can't fit me in basically because I'm out of state and didn't buy from them. To be tied up for 2 weeks for a 1.5 hr job doesn't feel right. I bought a Ford pickup and for the price expect to be treated accordingly. When you are from out of state it's hard to come by dealers that will take care of you like Scott Peterson motors in Sturgis.
