What a wonderful business! We were from iowa visiting family when our check engine light came on. We found Richter's Tire and Exhaust and they checked the code and fixed the problem and we were on our way . Great customer service and it was a Monday morning so they were busy with customers and phones a ringing and still were able to help us . Would recommend percent.

On our way to lead we had tire trouble and I made 3 or 4 calls in Rapid to get new tires and no none really wanted to help me. I called Richter's and he had tires there the next morning got me in and out in no time. Awesome guys there. 5 stars isn't enough for this shop. A true definition of a American ran business.

Great service! Got 4 new tires recently at a great price. A few weeks later my fuel pump went out, they got me in, replaced the fuel pump and had me on the road in no time. Was in Sturgis for the rally. My water pump on my truck crapped out. Was told about these guys. They did the job the next day (had to order parts) and at a very fair price too!!!! They didn't take advantage of the situation during the rally as most do. Thanks again!!!

Great place and service during the rally. Dealerships weren t doing service until 8/13 but Richter s got me in the next morning and completed the brake work in a few hours.

Fantastic service and great people! We lost tire pressure 8 hours into our road trip and they were nice enough to get us right in! Thanks to Richter's, we didn't skip a beat and we were back on the road within an hour!

Actually they didn't even work on my car. They were way too busy. But they diagnosed my car for me. Helped me find a part and directed me to a mechanic that could fix it. The lady at the counter was so nice to me along with the other staff. They definitely deserve 5 stars from me.

We were there during the rally and had to have the car towed to them. We got there at 5:30pm and they called me at 9:30am the next morning saying the car was done. Ended up being the starter. One of the best experiences I have had with a repair shop. They where able to diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle and had it fixed by the next day. Quick and efficient. Price was pretty dang decent to. Give them a try and you won't be dissapointed.

Had problems with my vintage Mustang during last years Rally. Derrick drove into town on the weekend, got me up and running on short notice. Worked with me later to solve some issues. This guy is a class act, good mechanic and has that "can do" attitude you rarely find any more. Would highly recommend this shop!

I would never take my vechile there as they don't know what they are doing and stand around and wait for someone else to do something which there is no communication st all. And then being lied to in front on my own face about what they said they didn't do but had done it and I had seen it myself personally. I am surprised they have a business to talk about when they can't be honest.

Showed up on the coldest day in December 2021. Those guys helped me unload a pickup and load up my vehicle he didnt even work on. Top shelf! And Thanks Boys!

Great experience, broke down in Sturgis. They were great took care of everything. Even got my camper to my campsite while they fixed my Truck, which was ready the next day. Thanks Derrick and staff.

Slow and over priced!! Had to take to another shop in town after waiting over three weeks. Some of the bolts were still loose on the wheel bearing.
