Excellent towing company! Put in an AAA request at 3AM for a locked out vehicle, they reached out at soon as they were on route, showed up to Deadwood promptly from Sturgis, worked around our parking garage constraints, and had the issue sorted safely within 10 minutes.The Lockout remedy method was non-invasive and caused no damage on the vehicle.One of the most professional and painless auto services I've ever requested. These guys really helped us out! Dayton took my call and sent Scott to the rescue when my engine blew on the hwy at night. Scott was professional, careful, and was able to lighten the mood for us after being stranded for over an hour after my roadside assistance failed at sending timely help. I called Olson Towing, Dayton handled the insurance company, and Scott got us safely home and put the car ever-so-strategically into the garage. Called them again a couple days later after dealing with yet another roadside assistance failure to get my car to the dealership, and again Dayton helped set up a time and a reasonable fee to get my car to RC. Needed a tow to my truck 100 miles away while in Deadwood and Dayton came to the rescue. The Truck was perfect and made loading and hauling my bike very simple and secure. Excellent service from the moment we spoke on the phone until drop off. Can t thank these guys enough. Highly Recommended!

Honest up front no games or bs. Although when I got my harley out mid Sturgis week I was shocked to know during the rally they only charge $280 no matter if your bike is there a day or 5.

If you get your car stolen make sure these guys are not the ones picking it up. Wanting to charge 500 yelling and cussing saying it s not their problem and won t let you get anything out of it including money!

Can make it feel fairly I parked in illegal parking space they towed my motorcycle which is their job but they actually did a good job no scratches no dance no dings I appreciate that

Sturgis police decided to tow 200 bikes and these guy knew they were going to be in between a rock and a hard place when I got to their facility the guy was cool and explain everything and de-escalated the situation

Literally got towed in rapid a day before being towed by zylstra and under worse circumstances 80$ zylstra charged me 230$ thieves and the son was very disrespectful to my mother
