Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had. Brought my car in to fix my rear brakes which they did in than an hour, which was great until two day later when it started acting up again. Tried to call to get it figured out, to which I got laughed at and was refused service because it was 5 mins to closing. My car is still messed up and now have to wait 2 day for them to open just to see what s wrong with it now because of them, plus missing two days of work because that is my only source of transportation. So not only is there customer service bad, I would not recommend getting a brake job or any tire work done from them, just because if they do screw something up, they ll end up not helping you. The guys name was Will, and he WILL NOT help you.

I have been taking my car there for for over a year. I am so glad I did. My car runs like a new car. I niece also has take her car here. We are both delighted with the attentive care they give to us and our vehicles. People there are great.

Always very helpful. Especially when you don't know the technical names and terms for things. If they don't have what you need in-stock, and are able to get it, they typically get it really fast.

These guys were GREAT!On the road early and the low tire light went on only 300 miles on them.Their tire shop got to it with in 3 minutes, came back 2 minutes later said it was a leaking valve stem. The fix was less than $10.00

Best place in town to get the right part for the right job, helpful staff make sure you never get the wrong parts and sometimes the prices are just right.

Biggest NAPA I've been in. The place used to be a grocery store if that tells you anything. I'm used to ordering speciality tools or sets, but this place had it all in stock.Haven't order parts from this store in particular, but I needed a flex head ratchet to gain access to an AC compressor. They were able to help me out.

Awesome customer service! I had a problem with my battery, they went above and beyond to help! Thank you (Mr.Cooper) staff for all you do for the Sturgis community and surrounding areas! Highly recommended!!
