Biggest Indian dealer in the Continental. I love browsing the current selection of bikes and apparel as they have the broadest selection available. I generally find some good deals on apparel I can't find elsewhere. This last visit I had a great chat with Dusty and am seriously contemplating getting my next bike from him.

Well I just buy a used bike and the customer service it was excellent,profesional and friendly from the beginning everything runs smoothly the sales guy Jeremy very helpful attentive excellent customer service and everyone at the dealership very attentive and helpful! Good prices too!

What can I really say about sturgis Indian other than being the best is the hills, went to just see Santa and do some looking around and one bike absolutely caught my eye, 4 years ago I bought a 2008 BossHoss cycle from them and the past year my hip was giving me problems with the weight of it so got to talking with Dusty on possibly trading it in and I m million percent satisfied I did, this was there first brand new 2024 pursuit and not only that my very first brand new bike in 40yrs, everyone there are not just salesman or techs or whatever they are a huge family and treat you beyond excellent, last bike was a 2020 chieftain limited and now a new 2024 pursuit, and yes I still own the Cheiftain, I would strongly recommend them to get you settled into a tremendously quality machine, get a Indian and never look at another brand. 5 stars is to low it should have 100 or more

Bought a Roadmaster Trike 1 year ago put 7000 miles on her. Loved every mile .Bought the trike all over the phone from Tacoma Washington. Caught a flight to Rapid City and Ubered to Sturgis Indian. Great ride home.

I looked at my tires and realized that even though they had some life on them. I should have gotten new tires before we left on the trip. ( 8000 miles )So even though I knew it was a huge longshot. I called the Rapid City harley. Yep, you guessed it.. The first thing they said. Nope, we are booked out for 2 weeks.. I realize it is the 4th of july holiday weekend. But you would at least get a "sorry" we are booked. I asked if they could recommend another place. The guy said no and said, "i would just have to call around."So this morning, while i was taking an early morning ride around sturgis, i saw the indian dealership. Came back when they opened up. The service guy at first said, "Sorry we are swamped," which is understandable. I did like it that i got a "sorry."I asked the guy if he knew of another place. He told me to hang on a minuet. He made a call and said we might be able to hook me up. He said, lets go to parts to see if they have any whitewalls." They indeed had what I needed. Long story short. The bike is in the shop right now getting new tires on.. All of the people here are extremely friendly, and not one of them have the "im too cool for you."" Dealership attitude..I do love my Harley, and it would be hard for me to jump ship. But with service like this it is a strong possibility. The thing is, i know a couple of other people who have had the same experience with indian dealerships. helping when Harley wouldn't. Thanks Indian Motorcycle dealership of Sturgis. They are the largest dealership.. ..

Never gave the shout out before. But great dealership to work with. Bought my 21 challenger over the phone from 5 hours away. Paperwork was quick I arrived. Got introduced to everyone in every department and got a thorough walkthrough of the systems. 10/10 would recommend

Awesome place I have purchased a slingshot and a fat boy from Abby she is the BEST John in parts is awesome got me all the accessories for my slingshot.staff helped my wife load my slingshot (I was sick) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IMS

Sturgis Indian Motorcycle is awesome! Randy, Jacob, James, and Bryce, did a great job, and really helped me out.They saved the day when my fuel pump went out on the last day of the Sturgis rally.I also got a flat tire, and they saved the day again.Jeremy showed me some bikes while I waited for my bike to get fixed. He is very knowledgeable, and when I buy my next bike, I will buy it from him.Thank you guys very much, I really appreciate it.

I was actually there for a different job, not to purchase or fix a motorcycle....but the staff is amazing. Super friendly, eager to help, and answered all my questions without once making me feel stupid or u knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking to buy.

I recently purchased a 2023 Indian Sport Chief from Abby. Through the entire process Abby was wonderful. All of the staff here were great, including the gentlemen at the service desk. It was an amazing experience to be able to purchase such a beautiful bike from such wonderful people. I love Indian Motorcycles and will be buying only from them from now on. Can't tell you enough how amazing this dealership and people are! Best dealership experience I have ever had. Aric was amazing and did a ton of work over the phone with me before I ever arrived. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier!

What a great dealership! Lots more gear than my home dealership has. Rolled in for the rally with a mechanical problem, got to the dealership bright and early (first come first serve during the rally), and by noon I had a new rear shock.

Easy to set up and Brent was fantastic to work with. We rented three bikes x 4 days and rode all the twisties. I would recommend this place for your next motorcycle rental adventure!

Super Duper Amazing Staff!! Excellent customer service! Love, Love, Love my Indian Springfield and the ease they made to ride off into the sunset! Can not even say enough good things. Forgot my jacket and they mailed it to my home so it arrived before I had even ridden my bike back to Texas. The knowledge the helpful staff shares is invaluable! If you want to ride, buy a bike here!! Inventory selection for bikes, clothing or accessories is top of the line stocked!! Thank you to all who helped me become a first time Indian Owner!!

I was there just before the rally and holy cow! They have a thousand bikes easily. Used and new, something for everyone. My brother ended up buying a bike there, completely unplanned. They just had what he wanted for the best price he had seen. They stock a lot of Indian clothing, parts and accessories and it was fun to just stop and see the store.

My battery was dead at the sturgis rally ! They sold me one and let me borrow a screw driver to install it!! Awesome people chase .

Everyone was amazing here. Abby really helped us out and Indian of Sturgis was a ke to help us with my wife's 2021 Chieftain elite clutch issue where my hometown Lone Star Indian said we would have to buy after market to fix the factory clutch on a 1 year old 1 owner Indian. Thank you all for the help and exceptional service.

Service Dept was excellent! I was visiting from out of state and had damage to my new bike. They were able to get me in for service right away due to a person not showing up for their appointment.Also got new slip on pipes.Very knowledgeable and friendly personnel.I didn't realize they spelled my last name wrong on the receipt though...

Rented a side by side from Indian / Northern Rentals. Upon arrival to pick up my reserved RZR, the prior renter hadn t yet returned it. They didn t have another RZR to put me in. So my options were to wait (as everything was completely rented out) or they offered me a General (that somehow wasn t part of everything being completely booked). I took the General option and it was fine. It was a newer machine in great condition and ran well.I returned the machine after hours on the same day I picked it up. 2.5 days later I received a call claiming I had damaged one of the plastics and needed to pay $460 to replace it. I asked for before and after pictures and asked why it took so long to inform me. They said they would get back to me and call me back. After a couple hours, they called back and said that they were mistaken. The damage was on a different machine.So while I didn t have a horrible experience here, my guidance for the reader is to do your due diligence and document yourself the before and after condition of the machine.
